Best in the west. I have had 2 computers bult by these guys. Both state of the art. Faster and better that anything you can buy at the store. Also half the price of store bought computers. They can also wire your house for wifi boost great company.

This store and the people the work here are honest reliable!Needed help with a computer in my water store, it was a rewards program that crashed. These guys got the program up and working is a new computer! They went way beyond the call of duty to help us get this system back up and running! My old unit was 20 years old. Terrible experience.I had them at me home to check my speed of my internet and hook up a new computer/printer.They didn’t install my printer all the way.I had to connect it to my computer after the guy left.My internet is still slow.Can’t open pages at times.Had them take a brand new computer to load windows.The tech diagnosed it at my hone before taking it stating that I need windows.An estimate came later and I approved it.I went out of town and they wanted the money before they started the work. Thank was back and forth from my two homes in Arizona and California.They left me messages that they needed a credit card number and then they left another message stating that the estimate they gave me was an inaccurate that I needed more storage. They then threaten to dispose of the computer if it’s not picked up.Estimate is now 200.00 more than first quoted and approved.Complete scam of a company.While this was taking place they change their names to JCO computers all of a sudden.I called SL computers.It is against the law to change an estimate after it’s been approved.So I had the computer picked up and now I’m filling complaints.Watch out for these thieves.They told me it was a miscommunication which is still unacceptable because he quoted me one price and then quoted me another on their mistake.List a customer and any referrals.

They are genuinely amazing! They are nice, honest, and fast! I took my computer in and they instantly diagnosed the problem. They did not try to sell me on getting a new computer or spending more money than I have to! They worked very quickly and I could use their website to track the progress of my ticket. If you have any computer issues, I would easily recommend going here!

This was a VERY good experience. They are friendly and responsive. They really know what they are doing. My laptop came back BETTER than new. I am very comfortable doing business here. I am 62 yrs. old and I am picky. You can trust these folks.

First off entering the place you are surrounded by Gaming desktops ready to be played on, (as a nerd this is legit) but I went in just needed knowledge about my personal computer and what to expect and what to move forward on, and for once it was nice being somewhere where you have very knowledgeable staff about the things you need for youre gaming rig, I would definitely return based on their staff and environment.

These people are AWESOME ~!~!~!~!I was tasked to work at home and I was desperate for a cable and these people came through with a free cable for me in under 10 minutes.. I have to give them KUDOS... Great people ~!~!~!~!

Need a.c. for my desktop computer. Fast print service and will be returning for any other computer needs.

So I tried to be mr hacker and rooted my Galaxy S7. Little did I know that sprint deactivates your service when you root your phone. So I was mad and went to a sprint store for solutions. Of course they wouldnt even try to help me because my GS7 was rooted. But they did tell me to go to another sprint store but they will charge over $200 to fix. So I declined and left. I was dissapointed and also scared that I would have to buy a new phone. But while I was driving around, I thought that Ill go to SL Computers (since they always did a tremendous job on my computers). And I also knew that they did phone repairs. So I called and they said that theyll help me and I dropped my phone off. I got a phone call the next day and they said that my phone was ready to be picked up. My Galaxy S7 was exactly the way I bought it and I thanked them. And they only charged me $45! Thank you SL Computers for doing an amazing job as always.
