Well Mr. Ortega, I have called to talk to you twice so far at your request. And as of yet you have either refused to answer my call or refused to call me back. I see now why myself and other costumers are disappointed and not satisfied with your service department. They are a reflection of your management. Again I dont appreciate your Service Dept trying to extort money from your costumers especially when our vehicles are brought in for service and being told that the fix is totally different and very expensive. There are some of us that know our vehicles and know what I/we are asking to be be done. Again I for one will not be bringing to vehicle to your Service Dept to be worked. We should be able to TRUST your Service Writers and Shop Foreman to do the right thing. But thats not true.On Monday (9/20/21) I brought my 2012 Chrysler 300 in to be serviced because I was feeling warm air exhausting out of the passenger side air vents while feeling cool air out of the driver side vents. I felt that I needed my passenger side actuator looked at. Upon doing so your Service Writer and Shop Foreman informed me that I was low on refrigerant and had numerous leaks. Saying that was reason for the warm air on one side, at a repair cost of $2100. After doing my research and talking with other Chrysler experts and Automobile AC experts. I was informed that is WAS NOT a refrigerant leak causing that situation. That the Actuator either needed to be calibrated or replaced. Which your Service Writer and Shop foreman tried to tell that wasnt the problem. I stopped the original repair and reguested the fill valve to replaced and system refilled at a cost of $300 far less than the original price.Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. Instead of checking and fixing the the problem I brought my car in for, I was being told that it was something else causing my problem.We as costumers bring our vehicles in to be fixed, not to be taken advantage of and have to pay more for something else to be fixed/charged that was working properly.I will not be Visiting your Dealership or Service Dept. ever again, I will taking my business elsewhere.

Please DO NOT come here for any type of services. I paid ahead of time for three oil changes/tire rotations. I went in for my scheduled appointment and the service advisor, Francisco, recommended additional services which I agreed to. My back passenger tire was low on air BEFORE I took it in and when I got my Jeep back, the same tire was still low on air. Assuming they did a tire rotation, it should have shown a different spot with low air. I brought this up to Francisco, which at first he was nice about. He said a tire rotation was done and it should take about 5 miles of driving the Jeep for the sensor to update. Never happened because they filled the back tire with air so of course it was not going to show low air on any tire anymore. The problem was not my tire being low on air, problem was a tire rotation was NOT done. I called Francisco to address this and the way he spoke to me was very RUDE. He kept telling me over and over “I will change the tires back how you originally had them” but how would he change them “back” if they were never rotated to begin with?! I complained to Gary, the service manager, about this and he was very very kind so I let it go. BUT now I am frustrated all over again because when I got in my Jeep today, it said I have 5% oil life. There is no reason at all I should have such low oil life if my oil change was done not even a month ago. I do not have a leak, I checked. This obviously leads me to believe NOTHING was done on my Jeep. Even the extras I paid for. Driving with low oil or no oil at all can mess up the car’s engine and I thought at least they changed the oil but I was wrong. This is so unprofessional on behalf of Francisco and his service agent. No integrity at all. Again, please DO NOT waste your time or money here. Not worth the headache.

Great service and Mike is always willing to fully assess and provide great feedback and updates throughout the day. No loaners which is an inconvenience considering we only have one family vehicle which I use for work but understandable considering the shortage of cars and pandemic; my car needed repairs and took two days to get the part and conduct the repairs, but they did provide an Uber. Guys in the service department are always helpful and considerate.

We have had terrible experiences with this place. So first of all I highly recommend to not have Epi as a salesperson. We were forced to buy a vehicle due to a car accident. He sold us a vehicle with the promise of two keys ( it’s a certified vehicle) and 5 free oil changes. He refused to return my text messages and literally hung up on me when I called him about the second key. When I came into the office he proceeded to yell at me, gesticulate angrily, and be incredibly disrespectful by mocking me and saying I was lying about what he promised. (He even told my husband he hung up on me and laughed about it saying he was “too busy”).The manager had to kick him out of the room because of the way he was acting. They refused to give us a second key- wanted to charge us over $300. This jeep renegade only has 28,000 miles on it and already the sensors are acting up and the vehicle won’t work properly. Unlucky for us the soonest they have to check this issue is a week away. Avoid this place like the plague. They have definitely lost us as customers in the future and we will go elsewhere for service. Very unprofessional and over charges for everything.

Strike 3 - Service Dept is an absolute mess. The last three times I’ve taken my Jeep in for warranty work it’s been one headache after another. Two times they’ve left a pile of plastic parts and screws/fasteners on my floorboard and passenger seat. Today I’m picking up my Jeep for a steering box recall and some check engine lights. But of course they claim there were not any CELs when the tech looked into it.

The service department is terrible, absolutely terrible!! We had a scheduled appointment on Friday @ 9am. Dropped off @ 8:30, didnt hear from service advisor Cliff all day. I then called at 5:15, as they close at 6pm. Jeep had not been looked at, still sitting there and would not be diagnosed until Monday! Cliff had no intention of calling us to let us status. Then several messages left on Monday and Tuesday for Cliff. All which went unanswered. He ordered parts and didnt ok with us. No time frame when Jeep would be returned. Discussed all of this with Service manager Gary and he too was terrible! He really could careless about poor customer service. The only good thing about this appointment was Oscar. He really helped by answering our questions and returning our phone calls. He wasnt even our Service Advisor. I would honestly give the service dept 1/2 a star.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They don’t care for customers at all & they provide the WORST customer service. My car went in for service & 3 days later I took it back for the same thing ! They told me they want to keep my car for a month or two but they WON’T let me borrow a rental & they said they can’t do anything for me whatsoever. They don’t call me to give me updates & don’t even bother to help me in anyway.

Absolute crooks. I don’t live in the area so I called to discuss financing for buying my leased vehicle at the purchase price stated in my lease. They insisted I come in person, and after being very specific about what I wanted and asking again to do it over the phone, they insisted they would give me the low interest rate and honor the purchase price states but I had to bring in the vehicle. So I drove 4 hours round trip to have my time completed wasted and to be fooled and lied to. They first tried to make me buy my vehicle at the ORIGINAL price it was 3 years ago…. And after I said no freaking way, they said ooops sorry must have been a glitch in the system. How dumb do you think I am? I admit I’ve never dealt with lease end options before but I had a purchase price from Chrysler capital and if financing through them was going to be way more than that purchase price they could have avoided this whole thing by just telling me that on the phone when I called beforehand. Instead of wasting my time, gas, miles, and money. I would have appreciated honesty when I first called. What a day of frustration and waste. I got a private loan instead to do the pay out and will never be going to this dealership again nor ever recommend ing it. An absolute disappointment of an establishment. Please choose elsewhere if you want honesty and dignity.

I went to get my car serviced for a cross country road trip and the guys did a great job. They fixed what was already wrong and even informed me of something minor that needed to be taken care of. I was road ready and my baby rides so smooth. Didn’t give 5 stars only because they told me they washed the car when they didn’t. I just didn’t have the time to go back in and wait but other than that they gave great service.

I don’t know why I keep bringing my vehicle here smh. First time I got a oil change and tire rotation they forgot to tighten my lug nuts, I brought it back immediately, because my car was shaking bad, and showed the rep how loose they were with my fingers and he swore that they weren’t loose but he asked for the keys so his guys can handle it. Today I brought a part in to get my vehicle service, a part that me and the rep that works with me talked about and he recommended. Now today he tells me it’s not a guarantee fix after I’ve paid $350 for the part and Can’t return it. Then he tells me service fee to install and see if it’ll even work will be $290. So now I’m about to be in the hole $640 and it’s not even guaranteed when I could have gone a different route. Pathetic is the best sum up for the service department

All the staff on site are extremely hospitable and quick to answer your questions. I had great conversations with all of the staff throughout my visit. They are like a family there and you can tell! Im not happy at all with the purchase or the lack of customer service at this location, my salesperson was good but everyone that Ive dealt with after him did not have any concern or compassion for what I was trying to tell them all they were concerned about was keeping the deal, I voiced my concerns the very next day that the payments were extremely high for me and they did offer to try another vehicle to get the payments lowered but then said that they could not locate one and the one on the contract was the only one they could get the bank to accept I requested to cancel the deal and was told I couldnt cause everything was already sent to the bank but I spoke to the bank and they have not received the deal and said it normally takes 2 weeks for them to get therefore its not a done deal until they get the paperwork and I also found out that the only way they were able to get a approval was by changing application to say that I didnt pay rent so the income would qualify, so they will do anything to sell a car cause after they have been funded by the bank then anything after that is no longer their problem all I want is to cancel this deal and get my trade in and deposit back, Ive been calling the general mgr. to speak to him about getting this deal cancelled but of course he has not answered or called me back plus they keep saying that hes there but unavailable, whats the point of being there if your not going to make yourself available for the customers who have issues.

Had it not been for the superior customer service and empathy of Mr. Emmanuel Gonzalez, this review would have been a one-star! Juan in the service dept was very professional and courteous, and kind enough to cover my Uber. The vehicle has not been serviced yet, an update will be provided with said outcome. Mr. E Gonzalez, he treated me with respect and compassion with regard to the situation. Initially, I had spoken with Aurelio Gonzalez (no relation), whom had the WORST display of customer service ever experienced! Sensing this matter to be ABOVE his pay-grade, I requested someone more suitable and professional. Thats when Emamanuel came and attentively listened to the nature of the situation. He was both patient and kind. These attributes are what matter most when working in ANY type of service industry. Emmanuels dynamic shift from negative to positive energy moved me , an a unhappy consumer, to tears. Thank you, Mr. E. Gonzalez. Larry H. Miller should salute you, because I sure do!

How can a car break sitting at the mechanics??Apparently their sells department is great. Staff was nice, but not very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a vehicle off the lot because it was the closest to the specs I wanted within several hundred miles. The vehicle had multiple damaged parts that I didnt notice until after Id driven back home 100+ miles later. The salesperson was entirely unhelpful and basically told me to deal with it before stopping responding at all. Luckily everything was covered under warranty since it was a brand new vehicle. Overall, though, Id find another dealership if possible.Editing review to lower my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. I had some warranty service done at a Larry H. Miller in Tucson. They needed to order parts, and told me theyd be able to ship them to this location no problem. It took several calls between the dealerships to finally get them to communicate with one another. Finally I got a call back from this dealership, and they tell me theyre unwilling to do anything until I come in for a service appointment. So now I have to spend a half day going in to their location so that they can confirm what they could just talk to the other dealership about, before they will even agree to try to get the parts from the Tucson location. We are not talking about complicated things here - its a small plastic bezel and a soft top rear quarter panel that were damaged by the dealership. Bottom notch customer service from every department Ive interacted with here - sales, parts, and service.

We had such a wonderful experience here.They gave us a fair trade in value for our Jeep Wrangler and spent hours working with us to get us the payment we wanted for a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee.We have gone to several dealerships in the past and walked out due to employees being rude. Just got back from a service appointment that I scheduled over a week ago. I told them up front that I was getting a P0456 error on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. When I arrived for my 10:45 appointment, I was told, yup you have a P0456 Evaporative system leak. I asked how long it would take to repair it and was told that they probably couldnt get it in until tomorrow or Friday at the earliest. Why wasnt I told this when I scheduled the appointment? I had similar issues after I purchased this vehicle from them.

Found the vehicle I wanted online, 2020 VW Jetta GLI. Went to the dealership and was welcomed right away by Alfred Aguilar. Test drive was relaxing and not pressured. Good experience overall, however the used vehicle I purchased did not come with a second set of keys. We had already confirmed the deal before I became aware of this issue. Would gladly change review to 5 stars if they get me a second key, they run about $300-400 to get.**Update**Called and left email, no response from GM. 1 star it is.

Went here to trade in and get a new jeep sales guy was great then it went down hill. I was very clear about not running credit multiples times the acknowledged that. I was very clear if they did I would cancel the deal.After a few days I saw the multiple hits I called finance told the to stop running my credit. I was then told they would run it as many times as they needed to make the deal. After my call they ran again. After numerous attempts to speak with the GM or Assistant GM and was told they would have them call me back i returned the car and took my trade in back. This dealership has complete disregard for their customers concerns no remorse or care.The night sales manger had no idea how to do a return then put down reason as customer wouldnt bump. When true reason was internal issues they even said the damage is already done so why not make the deal when we have your approval.If you want to make a deal with a location that cares go to surprise location ask for Jason.See picture below of the shady people.

I had been working on another deal with another dealership that just didn’t feel right and they came in and helped me get the right car for the right price.What was more incredible was the amount of people who got involved in the transaction willingly. Everyone took time out to make sure everything was right. Called and setup an appointment a week in advance for 3 recalls on our 09 Wrangler. Took it in and was told see you tonight. Later that afternoon they called and said they didnt have the parts. Why didnt they have the parts and why didnt they inform me before I drove all the way to the dealer that is in another town. They had a week notice either get the parts needed or inform us BEFORE driving 2 cars out there just to find out several hours later they didnt have the parts. Shouldnt a dealer know what parts were needed for the recall. Jeep sent letters to us on saying how dangerous the air bags were and get them fixed now.On the upside, the people I dealt with were very nice and professional.

We bought 2 Cherokee Trailhawks from Robert Cassidy 10 days apart. Robert was the best! Super knowledgeable and really works hard to get you the best deal. Would definitely go see him again! However Michael in service is lazy and doesnt care about customers. Had a problem with one of the hoods and he worked on it a couple of hours without fixing it and said he did all he could do. He is awful! Take you car somewhere else for service. They also dont keep there appointment times. How about you tell me youll fix the problem I came in there for. That would be a great start.

Dropped off Jeep for general service, oil change, etc... Jeep has been sitting for some time while son is on deployment so we were getting things ready for his return. Mike, our service rep, called and recommended several additional service items that were pretty reasonable given the circumstances. Jeep was scheduled to be ready the next day with the additional service, but surprise!, LHM was able to get all service done a day early... I go to LHM for all service on two Jeeps and have never been disappointed.

I have been trying to get ahold of Eric Ortega to no success he’s either on vacation or I get people that tell me he doesn’t take calls everyone be careful of the fraud that gets done here they pack peoples contracts and over charge for Add ons that are not requested but they get paid for also you are not required to get service contract and if you were told you did have to get them call the attorneys generals office because what they are doing is packing your contract I have been trying to get ahold of someone at the dealership but no one seems to be in charge there

The manager that works here has no sympathy or consideration for others. The sweepstake mailer is completely a scam. They just want to get your information and to attempt to sell you a vehicle.After, I told him that I don’t have time if this is just a fake promotional event and that I am recently dealing with a passing of my loved one; he still proceeded to convince me to go forward with asking for my information. Also, asking me what kind of vehicle I drive. I feel disgusted and I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I will never go to this dealer again. They were to install an accessory for me. Told me my Jeep didn’t have correct wiring harness. They failed to take two minutes to actually look under the dash and find the harness. They then admitted they were wrong and wanted to reschedule to do install. I told them no way. Too many other dealers in the area. And dealers that will actually listen to the customer and realize customer knows more about the vehicle than they do.

Wednesday, my boyfriend and I went truck hunting. After going to 2 different dealerships, I decided to stop by here. We had several different ppl help us, by Ruben made the sale. (We almost walked out empty handed). I am very pleased with my new 2020 red jeep renegade. With only 1040 miles, this bad boy is gonna last for a long time!! I did get gap insurance, maintenance, road side assistance and tire replacement for an extra $53 a month. I will most diffently go back if we want another vehicle!!! Thank you for making this happen, I know we was a couple of complicated people. Thank you for selling me my meant to be jeep. 😍

Do NOT take you Jeep here. They’ve had my Jeep for 3 weeks over something simple and they have given me the run around as to why they can’t return it to me. Parts being delivered to the wrong place or missing items or their mechanic going to physical therapy. 3 weeks!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

1 week later and Im still waiting for a service department member to call me back to let me know if they have the fob key for my vehicle, Chrysler 300 or if they need to order it. Smh. I called Bill Luke and was transferred to an associate right away, they asked for my Vin and verified they do have a key in stock. Will be there tomorrow. Unfortunately Larry H Miller lost my business, all for simply not returning a call.

This has been the worst experience! I went in, purchased a car or at least thought I was was, was told it would be ready in two days as it was in shop. Two weeks pass, I get a call stating the cars transmission went out and that I was able to pick up my money. Went to get my money when they told me they had another jeep, same exact one as I was originally purchasing. Of course Im super excited because Ive been waiting two weeks. I drive the car home after hours of waiting only to find out its NOT the same and doesnt have the same features. I called the salesmen and explained I would not be able to pull my boat without the 4x4 and asked if I can take it back. I was told no and if I did it would be considered a repo. One of the salesmen was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I asked for the GM number but of course they werent able to do that. Im frustrated and overall disgusted with their service.

Terrible experience every time I come to this dealer! They will promise you 3 services which are oil change tire Rotation and filters. They do a bad job in all 3. My engine bay cover can never seem to be put up correctly after the job. The tire rotation never happens because they don’t have the wheel lock key to switch out the wheels. The same wheel lock set that they put on every car as an additional 100+$ .

Epi Perez is the man to look for when needing an up front, no games type of sales man. I can honestly say, he was straight forward, took his time, if I didnt feel comfortable with something he would suggest a different route. Hes nothing like the car salesman that handle my first car. This is by far thee worst place ever!!! I had a appointment for 7:15a got there at 7am waited 20 mins in my car for them to find my advisor. Then I spent an additional 3 hours waiting for a simple oil change. Nothing more nothing less. 3 hours! With an appointment absolutely ridiculous I will never come here again .

Horrible customer service this visit. I walked into dealership and stood in what looked like a line. Two service people one helping others (Juan Martinez) and the other head down into the computer (Nick Fontana).Juan finally finished helping the customer and said he would be right with me as he walked out. Another customer comes into the service office and stood off to the side. Nick finally looks up and makes contact with this customer (who just arrived) to help him. Even though I’ve been standing there for at least 3-5 minutes.Made me feel devalued and ignored as a customer.
