Best AC service in Phoenix. Sean was very kind and didnt try to overcharge us. He knew his job and he completed the work very quickly. Our AC is so cold and runs like a brand new unit.If you want honest service and fair pricing I would recommend using this company. As of today Im on day 24 without A/C. This company miss diagnose our unit then had to come back next day. He ordered the part supposedly and never came back to fix it. This is the space cadet our crappie home warranty company sent. Never use American Home Shield either.

This contractor got assigned by my home warranty company. This worst company i have ever seen. if option to rate, i will give him zero star. he came couple of days after got assigned and heard sound from blower motor, it was loud and said he said he will get part 2mrw and come in next couple of days to replace this motor. After this he have me 4 appointment and never came. He stopped taking my call and his voice mail is full. Contacted AHS and they try to contact him and nothing happened. After 4 call to AHS they reassigned to different contractor. its more than a month and he never called back.

This is the most incompetent company I have dealt with. They were my assigned vendor through American Home Shield so I had no choice but to attempt to work with them. I say attempt because over the course of a week they cancelled two appointments with me. They just give excuses. They said a work truck broke down and they told American Home Shield a tech had a heat stroke. I think it just boils down to they dont make that much money working with American Home Shield so they push those appointments out last to take private customers. Instead of just being straightforward and honest so I could find another vendor they just lie. I went a week with no AC in Phoenix with temperatures over 100 degrees. I finally was able to get another vendor assigned. The worse part is this is a rental property for me with a mom and 5 year old kid. I had to move my tenants somewhere else because it was just too hot. If a home warranty company assigns this company to you good luck. You are going to need it. If you are a private customer I would recommend looking elsewhere. They are not professional and I would never work with them on any level at all. Trash company and trash employees. I think the positive reviews they have some of them must be fake.

STAY AWAY!!!! Completely incompetent!!! Made different appointments and never shows. I have to contact to ask why, and the manager Sean blames everything/everyone else. Full of excuses!!!!! VERY UNPROFESIONAL. MULTIPLE PROBLEMS in dealing with Sean. (Patient for the fist couple weeks in dealing, but enough is enough)

This company was assigned to family thru our home warranty company America Home Shield, for our AC unit that stopped cooling, BIG MISTAKE!!They had a window of 12 to 4 pm, which they never showed up, we called the guy said he would be here around 6 pm, no show, we called again he said he would come after his last client, we waited all the way up to 2 am because it was HOT and their was no way we could sleep we had to leave our door open all night due to the heat. He never contacted us to say he couldnt make it or ill come tomorrow he just never showed up without any response whatsoever. This is very unprofessional for a company to do this to a customer to just leave them waiting and not respond, AZ temperatures are over 100 degrees and me and my family were left with no air conditioner in this very HOTTTTTT weather!! i cancelled this request, cause i knew he wouldnt show up the next day as wee, i wouldnt want to use a company that do not care about its customers even if we are using a home warranty company we should still be considered a customer and have the same privilege of service, we believe the positive reviews they received are their customers who are private not on home warranties, who were lucky to get service from this company, good for them. Because our experience was horrible, not only did we have to put in another service request, the system automatically generated assigned us to this company R&J once again, we called AHS to tell them to cancel that request and find us another AC company because we did not want to do business with this company again ever!!! If you have a home warranty dont contact this company they do no care about home warranties and they will push your service way back to work on their private customers and you will be left hanging with no AC when you really need it, 2 Thumbs down!!!!

They jerked me around for 3 weeks in 110+° weather without AC until they just stopped responding.

I had an appointment with you guys on the 1st of August then on 3rd and then the 7th and finally today and not one technician ever showed up we tried calling you guys and would not answer until finally my insurance went and got me an appointment somewhere else.

Our blower motor went out, and the parts supplier told us that it would be 14 business days before it would be delivered... Robert apprised me on the pros and cons of buying the part myself to offset shipping costs. The part still took a week to ship, and after being without AC for 2 weeks I scheduled for robert to come and install the motor the day after it would be delivered. It came in early in the day and Robert came in clutch and was able to fix the motor THE SAME DAY even though we were scheduled for the next day. Fast, friendly and extremely professional. I would recommend R&J to anyone.

Excellent work! The technician who came to my house, for a follow-up visit on my home warranty, was friendly and professional. He didnt complain about having to repair items that were ignored by another repair company earlier in the week, he completed the requested work in a timely manner.

If you need a qualified company to handle your air conditioning problems, I suggest you call Shawn. He knows what he is doing. He has an install team that does beautiful work. He gives you an honest assessment of what the issue is and how to fix it. He came to fix what two other companies failed to do correctly. I could not be happier and R & J Cooling will be the only company I call from here on out. Very professional.

This company was totally booked up but because it was so terribly hot they fit us in their already overloaded schedule...they were fast, honest and efficient...and Friendly!!! If you need a good ac repair company this is the one to call!
