*EDIT: 4/5 stars. Fixed their mistake at no cost to me, turns out the person who was responsible for the screw-up was not trained and has since been sacked (fired). Still only 4/5 for the original experience, but far better then before.*ORIGINAL REVIEW: 1/5 stars Had wrong part, ordered wrong part, had to reorder right screen, a week later and I could have done a better job without forking out a few hundred dollars for a grainy image, red lines, and a display thats not even properly attached.

Brought my phone to them from Amherst because the screen was locked and no matter what I did I couldnt fix it. It took me longer to walk into the store than it took to fix. These guys are professional and polite AND they know what their doing. ANY electronic device, phone, IPad, game boy, WHATEVERyou need repaired take it to CPR Cell Phone Repair.

Took in an Xbox that had an issue. It would start and then shut off. Told them what I thought was wrong with it. Took 2 weeks for them to fix (nothing wrong with that). Picked it up after they said it would be ready. Went there and gave me the Xbox back, asked them if they tested it out and the man there said “Yep. We tested it out. Everything works fine”. Just to find out it does the same exact thing when I got home. Mind you I live an hour and half away from this place! Flat out lied to me that they tested that it works! If they would’ve checked, it would be working right now!

I found this wonderful spot, and am so glad I did. I brought in my iPhone 7 due to it looping. They were unable to help me, but I was told and SHOWN what the exact problem was! This place is warm and truly helpful!!

He said not only was he professional but knowledgeable and they had great conversation. Nate was still in when I went to go pick up the phone and I couldn’t agree more. We have our phone fixed by CPR (Avon) - and they did a great job! The repair came with unexpected issues, but CPR worked to make sure it was done right, and that we were satisfied!

Nobody likes repair shops cuz you got to spend 💰 but Id rather spend it here good people and I like local businesses thats Google more less thanks CPR oh yeah my puppy says thank you 😋 well she broke my phone dont tell anybody 😳🤫

The tech didnt seem to know what he was talking about and made me feel unsecure so I took it elsewhere. Thought maybe since they new in town but went somewhere else instead.
