Fabulous experience with Duraclean. I was able to schedule carpet cleaning for my newly purchased home before I began my 2000+ mile journey to Avon Lake. The Office and I worked out the scheduling and payment details; the crew cleaned the carpets while I was on the road. Questions and concerns were addressed to me via phone, text messages and pics. I felt the company went the extra mile to make sure I was informed during the cleaning process and what to expect. (N.B. The carpets were filthy!!) I am so very pleased with my dealings with the company and the cleaning results. Ill use them again, if needed, and highly recommend them!!

Red wine on a coffee table and a big golden retriever was a recipe for disaster! I did everything I could to get the stain out of my new cream colored area rug, but nothing worked. Miraculously, Duraclean was able to remove the stain. Truly a pleasure doing business with them.

Great experience having Duraclean clean my Oriental silk rug! It was returned to me looking like new, the service was quick, and best of all, the price is most reasonable. I have used other Cleveland area professional rug cleaners, spent triple the amount, and the rugs didnt look as good as this one does, after leaving it with Duraclean. I have used Duraclean several times now to clean my upholstery, area rugs, and a mold inspection and they are the best around. Nick and Ed were awesome. On time, friendly and courteous. Best of all, I had a cream color carpet that had some awful stains. Some were old stains. I never thought the carpet would come completely clean, but wanted it to look better than it did for the holidays. OMG!! The carpet looks almost brand new. They worked hard to make sure it was clean and its awesome. I also had pet issues on the landing of my stairs. They cleaned that area up awesome as well. We use the great service provided by Duraclean every year to clean all the area rugs in our house. We like the convenience of being able to drop our rugs off so that we can bring in a few at a time and never be without all of our rugs at the same time. Duraclea has cleaned my couch several times. O ve they got a huge ink spot out of a cushion. No residual. They just cleaned my couch cushions of some bad stains. They have done area rugs and carpeting great job always. Never going anywhere else. They are all very nice also.

From quote to clean up, Todd and his merry band of magicians were impeccable. Friendly, prompt, fast, and professional. (Even to the point of embracing an over-friendly BIG puppy.) They also just really seem to have the customer’s best interest at heart: Rather than trying to sell us on services we didn’t need, Todd took wall humidity measurements so he could counsel us how best to dry and prep the area for him rather than us paying him to do it.No one wants to ever have to call a restoration company. But, if you have need of them, Duraclean will be the bright spot in your clean-up story.

Recently had one of the pups eat too fast and proceed to vomit on a area rug. I proceeded to try every Google remedy I could find to clean it without success. Duraclean did so much more beyond cleaning my carpets. I needed carpet to be re-stretched & they came up with a plan that allowed me to keep the furniture in the room. We had a hot water heater that failed and deposited many gallons of water in our finished basement. The Duraclean-Avon folks were incredibly responsive and prompt, providing information to our insurance company within hours and starting the clean-up work in less than 24 hours. They were very professional and helpful in both the clean-up and removal of damaged items and then in restoring our basement to original condition (or maybe better!). We cant thank them enough, and we highly recommend their services for both remediation and restoration work.

Duraclean picked up my carpets right after the COVID 19 hit and the world came to a stand still. It took them a long time to get things cleaned (which I completely understand) and they dropped the 2 rugs off at my porch, no charge. Duraclean came to our rescue when our first floor and basement flooded from a broken water line. They were here immediately to help with the clean up and took extra care and caution during the dry out process. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Never having dealt with this before, I had no idea what to expect but their staff explained everything and answered all my questions. They stayed in contact with my insurance company to make sure the whole project was seamless.

We’ve known and dealt with Todd and all of his workers for over 25 years . They totally know what they are doing with restoration, installations, and are more than helpful when disaster strikes, or when we need carpet cleaning! They have always, always been personable and respectful, getting things done in a timely manner, and take pride in all their works.

I paid to have drapery valances cleaned in my home. Duraclean only cleaned front of them. When I called to ask about their services, I was never informed about this policy, just that they charged per pleat. Afterward, when I called to ask why, the person on the phone very rudely told me it was the owners policy and it was up to me to ask to have both sides cleaned or take them down and take them to a dry cleaner. No apology or offer to make it right. I also paid to have 2 area rugs and 2 pieces of furniture cleaned. They did just an ok job on those. Total cost: $425. Not worth it.UPDATE: was refunded cost of cleaning valances (they do have fabric lining). Would have settled for an apology for not making their cleaning policy clear and an offer to come back out. Thank you for the refund.

Awesome experience! I had company coming to town and another company I hired to clean carpet was a no-show. I called Duraclean and they were able to squeeze us into the schedule at the last minute so that our carpet would be clean in time for our visitors. Not only were they responsive, they did great work, too. High traffic areas that looked pretty dingy were great after they cleaned them.

They did a great job cleaning my shag area rug! With two dogs and an infant it was in pretty bad shape. It came back looking fluffy and new again! Thanks Duraclean!
