Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, at least one worker was really great and helpful. He not only prepared the logistics, but ensured the vehicle was cleaned, disinfected, and ready to roll. Very helpful and even helped me get an upgrade without any issues. Good job to the crew at this location and thank you for taking the extra steps while I await my rental. While it may take a bit of time to get an answer on the phone, that is perfectly acceptable given the outstanding service they provided in person.

Made arrangements for a rental earlier in the week for this afternoon. Told the rep that. Called today at 12:30 to make sure everything was all set. The rep told my wife it was a 9:00 am pickup since we werent there they rented it out. No communication there. Weve rented there before. I guess its time to look elsewhere!

It started off great but the ending experience was and still is horrible. At least for me. Just make sure you get proof that you turned the car back in on time or they charge you for an extended rental that never happened.Trying to talk with them nicely about it doesn’t seem to work and neither does being patient.I’ve been trying to get a refund for almost 3 weeks and the manager there is making this way more difficult then it should be and not returning my calls. This is with me having proof of the rental being returned on time.Just be prepared when you return the car to get a verbal/written confirmation that it was turned in during the agreed rental period.

Great service respectful staff. I just found out about how pricing is negotiated with the vehicles with pricing being based on supply/demand, size of vehicle, and season. Overall awesome experience and great cars, very well taken care of.

The Enterprise rep was very friendly and It was easy to take care of my rental agreement. No problem picking up my car and returning it. He even gave me a credit because I had to take an Uber home. Thanks for being so courteous. I would definitely recommend using Enterprise again. Thank you

I picked the car up and the and it was absolutely filthy. The windows had a dirty film over them and foot prints on the windshield in front of the passenger seat. I told the clerk I had to leave for vacation and I would clean the windows when I got home. The 2nd and 3rd row seats were folded flat when I picked the car up. When I got home and lifted the seats up they were covered in mud. Not just a little mud, but absolutely covered. I informed the clerk of this when I returned the car. He offered to take money off of my bill but I declined to have him do that. I was not looking for anything free but wanted Enterprise how completely unacceptable the condition of the car was when I picked it up. Completely gross.

My husband has rented a car from Enterprise in Avon Ohio a few times for business. We have never been dissatisfied with the car rental but their absolutely is a problem with parking when you are picking up or dropping off the rented car... Everyone is packed in like sardines in the front lot and it is very difficult to back up or get turned around to leave!

I have rented two cars recently at the Avon Ohio Enterprise and both times by cars smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I do not smoke and the rental agreement states that we are not allowed to smoke in their cars, so I am confused as to why my rentals smelled like smoke. Not very pleasant too drive around on vacation and constantly smell smoke.

Enterprise Rent-a-Car at Avon, Ohio is the best! They didnt have the vehicle I wanted, so they upgraded me two class sizes at no extra cost and picked me up at my home. I extended my weekly rental with only a phone call from me, and they offered to let me leave my rental vehicle and keys at the dealership where my own car was, saving me time and inconvenience. They emailed my receipt to me within the hour. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous, and they go out of their way to make things convenient. I will absolutely use Enterprise again and highly recommend them.

Got rear ended and needed a rental car while my truck was being fixed. My over the phone experience and my face to face interaction with this enterprise was amazing. They truly couldn’t have made it easier on me!!! I would highly recommend!!!

At our company, we use Enterprise exclusively, convenient locations and great people to work with at the rental locations. We just went through a cold winter in our city and its hard to keep vehicles clean and ready to go - but my experience is that the location staff try to do a first rate job of turning a clean vehicle over to me when I get a car.

The team at this location (Nagel Rd in Avon, OH) are always excellent at customer care. Vehicles are always clean and in great condition at pick up.

Customer service needs major improvement at this location; the guys particularly could smile a little and try to be helpful to the clients, especially Jonah Hill in the front desk lol. Make a reservation in advance, walk-ins will most likely be turned down callously, without apologizing for the inconvenience or even trying to help you create a reservation, when clearly they were just chatting. Remember its not what you say, but how you say it and this location due to service is rather disappointing.

I like the convenience of their locations, the cars are always clean, and the service is always great, and the people are always friendly and accommodating. I rent for work and mostly make day-trips driving about 3 hours each way. My main criticism are the radios. There is no satellite radio in 95% of the cars and the radio reception is not very good as I tend to loose signal faster than expected and am constantly turning the dial looking for a new station. Ive been told that Satellite as an extra may be coming soon and I cant wait. I also like their key-drop off service since I typically return my car around 7:00 PM.

Nice easy transaction. I had gotten in a car accident and needed a rental for a week while I waited for the check from the insurance. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less, they listened to what I wanted and didnt try to sell me something bigger (I had to commute an hour each way a day and wanted the better gas mileage). The employee even chatted with my toddler when she demanded attention in jibberish. Great experience.

I was very pleased with the handling of my rental requests. The entire staff at the Avon, OH branch were extremely helpful and accommodating. All the vehicles that I rented were nice and clean. I will definitely rent from this Enterprise location again when I need to rent a vehicle .

The absolutely worst service. I originally ordered a compact car and when I showed up, they said they were out of smaller cars and the only thing they could offer me was a large SUV Jeep. I ended up switching out the car later that week, just because I was going to drive long distance and the Jeep used up so much gas. Then they give me a car with expired tags (didnt know they were expired till I was in another city and got a ticket for it). I called and was told that if I go to the airport they HAVE TO switch me out a car no matter what. I drove an hour to the airport to find out that I apparently can not switch out the car, then had to drive an hour back in traffic. I made multiple calls to different locations and customer service and was basically told tough luck. I didnt feel comfortable driving a long distance with expired tags and no one seemed to care at all.

Always so helpful and really treat the customers great. This one isnt the closest to us but we come here when we need a rental because of how great the staff are

My second time renting with Enterprise (first for this location) and was once again not disappointed. They went the extra mile which I can really appreciate. It is very clear that they value customer service. Definitely would rent again from Enterprise!

Car smelled heavily of smoke and a cleaner they used to try to cover it. We would have taken it back but were in a hurry. When I dropped it off, all I got from the agent was, Sorry about that. and he walked away. Usually a good experience, but this was disappointing.

Always like the fact that enterprise is close and we can drop off after hours. Only issue is every time I rent a car, I need to re-clean all the windows because of a layer of film on them. Other than that, they do a good job of customer service.

Needed a vehicle while car was getting repaired. They were very helpful, was able to get a vehicle on very short notice.

Theyre very easy to get in and out quickly with no issues. I do a lot of traveling for work and its nice they are close to my house when I need a car.

Reserved a rental van on July 6 (a month in advance – plenty of time to be prepared with a decent van for our pick up). The afternoon that we were to pick up the van we were offered an “upgrade” to a Tahoe. We went to look at the Tahoe and there was no trunk space. We are a family of five driving to South Carolina for a week…there was no way this was an option. We then took the van they offered us…a Kia Sedona. When we got in with the rep, there was a pair of shorts in the back that we handed to him. Looking further on our way home we noticed all the seats were stained, flies in the cup holders, etc…it was gross. The worst part was once we started driving the van we noticed loud noises coming from the back, and the steering wheel was shaking pretty bad. Did they know this about the van and that’s why we were offered the Tahoe? We called the Avon location as soon as we got home but they were already closed. Then my husband called several numbers (each one said to call the other one) and was on the phone for over 40 minutes. We were told to go to the airport location to get a different van. Between the drive to the airport, time waiting for the van, time driving home, we finally arrived back home around 8:30 p.m.! This was extremely frustrating as we had so much to do to prepare for our trip. The funny thing is, as soon as we got in the new van a bolt literally fell from somewhere and landed on my daughter. We are not sure where it came from in the van, but we did not have time to deal with it. Heres the kicker...when I sent this complaint to Enterprise their rep called and said he would mark our file for a discount on a future rental. They did not discount that trip. This was a horrible experience. We expected better from Enterprise. They just lost a customer...and this story will be told to friends and family as a warning.

The Avon location staff are the most accommodating and friendly agents. They represent the Enterprise firm by treating each customer as if you were walking into Cheers were everyone knowns your name.

Good experience, but reserved an intermediate car and was given a compact that was under powered for my liking., i was not charged for the intermediate that i did not get.

Regular customer. Great, consistent service and they gave me a free upgrade due to the length of my drive.

Im at a loss for words when it comes to rental car companies. How scamming their customers out of money remains unchecked is beyond me. The only type of company more shady than vehicle rental is insurance. Go figure they work together.

Got told I was approved at the Lakewood location, drove all the way out to Avon to pick up and suddenly I wasnt approved anymore, making to trip a total waste.

I have rented from Enterprise many times in the past. My experience has been good to average. My experience this past weekend in the Avon location was fantastic. I walked in and was greeted by an very friendly young lady. She asked for my reservation, pulled me up and i was out the door in my car. Bada boom bada bing. No problem with the car selection or upsell just good olfashion customer service. When i returned the car this same person greeted me outside with my paperwork and checked me in....I will rent from the Avon location all the time. Thank you
