Walked in and was able to get haircut within a few minutes.Them not being my normal barber, I thought it was ok when finished.After getting home and looking in my own mirror it was still much longer than I get normally; would have liked it 1/2 again shorter as I normally have it.I showed a couple pics before hand before starting, but it didnt help results.I was unable to get a really good look at it in the shop.Oh well in about a month my regular barber in Avon lake will re-open from renovation.

Stylists take notes of preferences and do an exceptional job on the hair, offer advice on products tailored to your wants and do not pressure sell. System of check-in allows for abuse, though, second to sign in but because another person was quicker I had to wait twenty minutes longer.

The online scheduling does not work most of the time, you cannot call-in to get an appointment (you will get referred to used the online scheduler, which is offline). it is a good place for a haircut, but definitely not worth the hassle of trying to get an appointment.

Alyssa is fantastic. Great personality always in a good mood. You would never know if she was having a bad day. She is excellent at what she does. Always a great hair cut and good conversation.

Used the app to make a check in, recommended arrival time was 12:11 pm. I was 5 minutes early only to discover they had canceled my check in, when I tried explaining the situation I was laughed at and told I would have to wait an hour. I’ve never made a review in my life but I feel compelled to make this one because I am in awe honestly.

I have been going here for years. They offer a quality cut and they typically have a skilled, friendly and accomidating staff. They have had some abrasive stylists in the past. The good thing is, is that this place is well managed and the stylists that are not very good or can be rude or rushed, do not seem to last very long. They really have collected a good team of regular professionals who are great at what they do. The online check in option is very helpful and a huge time saver as they can get pretty busy especially on the weekends. The MVP is a must!!

Amazing cuts, Dina does a great job. One of the few places that can duplicate your cut time after time. Sports on all the time, if we could just get a few beers!!!!

Always have a great experience. A wait shows me that people return and make time and patience for this service. I dont mind waiting the usual 30 minutes or less. Ashley cuts my hair and does a spectacular job. I get a fade with a tapered top. I have never seen a line in the fade and the trim on the top is always on point with what I ask for. If you need a cut or a trim, visit this location and ask for Ashley. Always great customer service.

Ive gone here every month since it opened. Its a great place and great atmosphere. The crowds of people at times give you an indication of how well liked this place is. The hot towel and neck/shoulder massage are great options.

Dina is the best stylist my boys have ever had. She is fast and efficient while doing a very thorough job. We have never been disappointed. A+ rating from us!

This place seems to be popular with the in-vouge crowd, but its to expensive and if you walk in their without making an appointment then you will be sitting in their all day. Guys actually buy a massage with the infamous rolling ball machine that can be bought at any drug store for 20 bucks. Go to a regular barber.

I’ve loved this place for years, Dina the manager is the best in the game. The customer service is at top of their game and I continue to come back when I’m in town.Ask for Dina if it’s your first time.

Katy did a great job on my husbands hair. All the sports playing makes it go by quickly.

You get what you would expect for a mens hair cut. But the shampooing, hot towel face wraps, scalp massages, and should massages keep me coming back. Doesnt hurt that every station has a TV. If they had a liquor license and served beer...

Great job by the girls at sports clips. If only I didnt have to see the stupid millionaire football players whining that life isnt just. Nothing worse than seeing a millionaire crying hes been discriminated against and disrespecting our flag and country when 70% of the league is black.

I just had an amazing haircut at sport clips Avon. Dina the manager cut my hair and trimmed my beard the hair cut looks fantastic and the way she explained the product I should be using was very useful Ill be returning to the Avon store from now on...

Very nice staff that work there and they do a great job, but scheduling system is awful. No one knows how to fix. If I were the owner, I would be fixing this ASAP.What was suppose to be a 15 minute wait, turned into an hour and 15 minutes and us leaving without a haircut.

A shoutout to Krystal for the wonderful haircut! Extremely nice and helpful, as a plus! She first asked me if I have ever visited a SportClips, in which I stated that I havent. After, she told me that I could get a MVP haircut package since it was my first time! Awesome!

They always do a great job on my sons hair, and even keep track of his previous haircuts, so I dont have to remember which lengths he had last time.

Fade alert! they cant fade. Ive been going to this place off and on for the past few years. overall Ive gotten the hair cut I wanted. the last visit wasnt that great. the lady lacked confidence in all aspects of the experience. I was thinking... at least the hot towel and shampoo would be worth it but all she did was softly poker my face and head. they claim to specialize in mens haircuts, I should have just gone to where my mom gets her hair cut at a salon. one more chance. I should go back and at least have them fix my line cuz their is no fade.

NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN. This is where I usually get my hair cut (short on the sides and length on top and fade) they couldnt do that simple haircut!! The sides were on even and choppy. And they employees where so rude I went with one of my friends and his haircut was messed up and the lady was yelling at him when he told her what he wanted wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
