I received a was not able to deliver. It wouldn’t have been so bad if i were not sitting on my porch when the USPS driver dropped off my mail. Too lazy to drive 15ft down a dirt road to drop off my package?I get we are all short handed in these times but no excuse for pure laziness. This is not first time this has happened.

The Last Couple of deliveries was not in mail box when the the Post offices Informed Delivery said it was. The USPS Services has gotten worse they have people who dont care about what they do Just collecting a paycheck

I do not recommend that you go to Avon Park, they are very lazy especially older people. If you can ... go to the Sebring post offices, they are very professional and do their job properly.

Bunch of people with some really bad luck or large exaggerations. Ive never had a problem with this post office. Great service and much less waiting than when you go to the Sebring office. Plus, they are open on Saturdays and open at 830 other days.

Young lady who waited on me was very pleasant and smiled. Really appreciate her service

I am tired of the mail being delivered in the rain and the delivery person does not shut the mail box door. This has happened 4 times, and my mail has been soaking wet. This is not acceptable !!Thank you for fixing this problem.....

Today of all days Im waiting for my package an I dont even have it I check my mailbox to find a slip in it. I am extremely disappointed that no one came to my door an knocked. I usually find it on the front porch when I check the mail. Unfortunately it wasnt there. Im very upset that someone didnt want to do their job today because of the rain... By the time I found the slip it was to late to call the phone to have it delivered the next day Im very disappointed in our postal service an when I called it said the it was an invalid tracking Im so livid this hasnt been the first time this happened I will be happily calling tomorrow morning an angry pissed off customer

BAD ATTITUDES, RUDE, NO CUSTOMER NEEDS TO SEE OR HEAR THOSE PEOPLE. Drive to Sebring its worth it not to have to deal with these people

I wouldn’t even give this post office 1 star but I have to in order to review this place. The customer service here is terrible. The people working here have a bad attitude and don’t care about the customers. I will be back but that’s just to speak to their manager to complain on these rude employees, after that I rather drive to Sebring to send anything it sure is better then seeing these rude people again!!!!

The carrier is always “losing” my packages by leaving them at the wrong box. When you go into the actual office, the people there are rude, have bad attitudes, and do the bare minimum to help you out.

Phone is ALWAYS busy, My packages NEVER make it to my house, I have a package deemed undeliverable, My mail is always shoved into the mail box, sometimes ruining whats inside of them, They have mis delivered 2 of my packages. and they have sent MANY envelopes back to the sender saying no such address, But my friends always send me screenshots of the address there sending to and they are ALWAYS correct. So tired of this service that doesnt get anything correct. I once had a small package take 2 weeks to get to me, that just came from the county over, I should of just drove the 30 min to go pick it up!

Worst post office ever! They are holding all my packages without attempting a delivery then when someone comes to pick up says a pink slip is needed. Well you never attempted delivery to leave a pink slip. This is a repeat problem and no one seems to care. Awful customer service.

Worse Post Office Ive ever been to sarcastically rude employees their attitude was on a level 10 I would understand if I came when closing but I came at 2 on a weekday also very lazy I had to do her job of handling my box and she just threw me the priority tape that is the post offices to lazy to tape it then lied about how much she was gonna charge me to ship my package TWICE! Ill rather just take that extra drive to the next town over to go to the post office to mail and ship!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO AVON PARKS POSTAL

Has consistently delivered packages to the wrong address. Today marks the 6th time they have done so. Except this time no one will call me back to figure out where the mail carrier put my package to begin with. And the phone is always busy.

You cant reach a person or the phone is busy....Not a happy camper...I ordered a package to be sent to New Orleans. When tracking, it was in New Orleans at one time, but then they decided the address was incorrect, which in fact, its not, so now its in Tenn. Now its in route to destination. Makes NO sense. Sure wish I could talk to someone.

Have temporary mail forwarding for winter months and forwarded mail is sent back instead of put in box even after confirmation.
