I used to rent from enterprise multiple times a year, I will never rent from them now! If you want to turn my money away because I don’t have a “major credit card” only a debit card, okay! I’ll be glad to spend my money at another rental car establishment like Hertz, where they appreciate me spending hundreds of dollars!

I have never dealt with a ruder company than this enterprise location. We are from out of town, had a car malfunction and are stranded. They would not take our debit card nor would they allow me to give them a different credit card number even tho I am an enterprise customer. They basically shoved us out the door, locked it and turned off the lights. Wouldnt even assist us in finding some help. Totally disgusting. You dont do people like this. They need some training in compassion!

The agencies has good behavior

Rented a car from largo to frostproof and turned it in here in lake whales then i went to this location to grab a car to head back when i was done they only had a car i could only return same location when i needed to be near. Clearwater i had to take lyft 2 weeks later took left back cause it turned out 100 bucks cheaper

Everything went really smooth. I was actually surprised that they were sobusy. I tried to pick up earlier and they didnt have an open slots.The car was very nice and clean. It was a good experience.

Would not accept debit card.

Convienient on hwy 27

The guys at Enterprise were helpful, professional and cared about my needs and what they could do to help. They picked me up at my house and had the paperwork completed ahead of time so all I had to do was sign and go. Thanks guys for the great service!

My wife booked a car then a few minutes later got a call from the Avon Park office stating that we cannot rent a vehicle using our debit card. We would need to provide a utility bill in our name plus a pay stub. I dont get why we would need to give that personal information to a company even though we have money ready to use on a rental. Needless to say we just booked with Hertz and will never consider Enterprise again...

My experience at Enterprise was amazing. I spoke to a woman named Annique, and she was excellent with guiding me through the renting process. I went into this experience inspecting to be bombarded by all the pushy car salesman tactics, but upon speaking with Annique, thankfully that was not the case. I was met with warm and inviting enthusiasm, and was assured that my happiness was the main priority as her customer.

This location has been closed since March 2020. Not sure why they are allowing reservations if their are no cars and they aren’t open.

The staff here at this Enterprise is always very helpful!!! I only gave four stars because the air conditioning died in the car i rented most recently. Im making brownies for everyone in the office the next time I rent!!!

I have bien a enterprise customer for 3 years now I rented in Massachusetts and Cleveland Ohio plus Puerto Rico, never had bien charged for anything scratches on a car. We checked the car out like always and take a picture before leaving the lot. In this location there charging for a scratch that was on it be for we drove off I have the picture of it but they are giving me the run around. I will post if area manager return our diposit.
