No customer service. They do switch switcheroo with the prices, especially with the fresh berries. In large letters they have one price, then in small numbers a much larger price.

I showed Kim a few pictures of what I wanted, and she colored my hair exactly as I wanted it!! Only it came out more beautiful than I imagined! Highly recommend Kim for color.

I went into this facility. To get my nephew a haircut. My nephew told the lady that he wanted the bangs removed and the weight off of his hair and for it to be shortened up. When the haircut was over. His bang still came down to his chin he said the lady was very rude to him and he was afraid to ask for a refund. Then he came and got me. I went back into the facility and asked the lady for a manager. She told me her manager had left for the day. I told her what was wrong with my nephews haircut. She informed me that she was the one that cut his hair she then told me what he asked for. That both matched with what he told me and what she told me. At that point I ask for a refund she told me absolutely not she was not refunding it and she would not fix it at this point I became upset. I asked her how this was acceptable in any haircut facility and it was the worst haircut Ive ever seen. She then responded with thats the best I can do and if you dont like it you can try another facility. I asked her what her name was because I was going to file a complaint she told me her name was Molly. The receipt clearly states her name is Kellie later after speaking to other people I found out that Molly was her managers at she was lying about her name to avoid the complaint. I was told at this point I needed to leave the store. Just remember if you get a bad haircut at this facility theyre not going to fix it theyre not going to refund your money and theyre going to throw you out of the store because you filed a complaint. This is by far the worst haircut facility Ive ever been to.

This is the Avon Park salon. I had to change as my stylist got promoted ! Mollie is excellent. She listens to what you want and will do that. She will recommend something if you ask. Great personality.

Some of the stylists are very good at what they do but they need to work on their attitudes. The atmosphere and management is very daunting and intimidating. I have seen them create wonderful work but be very rude to their employees and customers. Be careful going to this salon.

Kellie messed my hair up real bad today. By far this is the worst haircut Ive ever gotten.

This girl Kellie...was not professional at all...and can not cut hair! She messed up my sons hair cut in a bad way and then refused to fix or refund money.i will no longer go here for myself or my family.
