We have bought two vehicles from this place, had no issues whatsoever. Made payments on time, and so on. We went back this past weekend, to look for a third vehicle, my husband needed a work truck or van. We found a truck, and saw other options. The man who was showing is around gave us a price, and we were ok with it, he showed us around, and said we would be ok, having been prior customers. We told him what we could put down and what the payments would be like.HOWEVER, , once we came into the office, and the customer guy being back and forth, more than once, talking to his supervisor, and what not, the price originally given to us went up $5000. They wanted more as the down payment, than what was previously agreed.We had never had issues with them, but there is no set price on the vehicles, they work on the numbers themselves. Sad to see this happen. We won’t be going back. Ohh, after we left, they called my husband twice, for him to go get the truck he wanted, that the supervisor was busy and so many lies. Be careful out there.

They are extremely slick with their hiding fees so be careful when purchasing a vehicle there

They told me they didn’t know how to fix my AC so gave me an address to take it to. I got to the address and there was no one there. There was no sign or indication that it was even a business. I call Chaney’s to ask for the business name & number to be told they don’t know the business name and that there is no number. Wth?! I can’t keep driving back and forth and just hope someone will be there!

I have purchased quite a few vehicles from this business.....and I have never had any issues...and their willingness to work with me when I was limited on funds....they worked with me....they have been consistent with insuring my contentment or my fulfillment with my purchase with the vehicle...and the insurance side has been exceptional for both my vehicles and my homeowners insurance...I was paying 2000 a year... through them...less than 1000...

Let start off by saying.. A few people will tell you not too go here but Ive had the best experience ever with Mr Chaneys. I got a ford fusion 2014 from him that runs and drives like a champ.. I was short a bill and he paid until I could pay.. My late grandmother Josephine Hart went here got cars and if there was problem he took care of her... I would only recommend going here if you want a car with worn out brake pads, a bad o2 sensor or if you really want a ROACH INFESTED CAR! My boyfriend and I just financed a car with Chaneys 3 days ago and found roaches crawling in and out of the AC vents that night. The day after decided to put out sticky mats incase there was any more, came back in a couple hours and there was at least 20 roaches!! As of yesterday we let off at least 6 bombs in the car and let it soak overnight, cleaned and vacuumed the whole car and theres still roaches crawling on the dashboard. Definitely not worth the 10 grand were paying for it!

They take cars that have been in accidents and repaint them and tell people there hasnt been any major damage. And my wife was talking to the guy and he was talking to her like she didnt know anything about cars just because she is a girl. And trying to tell her she didnt buy her car for what we paid for it. They price their cars way to high for what they are worth... dont waste your money on this place.

Mr Chaney, is a very greedy man. I bought my truck from him 4 years ago the cost of the truck to buy directly off the lot was $12,000 after the interest for financing the truck it came out to roughly around $19,000. I owe right now $1000 left to pay on my vehicle. Due to this Pandemic and me having to care for my sister who has COVID 19 I Havent been able to work and this was Explained to them JULY 21st 2020 when a call was made to them, whomever answered the phone seemed empathetic regarding my situation. However, thats NOT the case at all, My last payment was May 5th which I have a text receipt on my phone to prove this. I received a call yesterday from a nasty individual who said that he had to find my number from a family member cause they didnt have it on file and I never kept in contact with them to explain what was going on, so basically I was accused of avoiding them. why would anyone in their right mind want throw away a vehicle thats only owed $1000? He said that MR Chaney is now taking me to court for $1000 non payment. When people are dying out here and hes worried about $1000? Also I would have to pay all court fees and plus the cost of the vehicle if I wanted to keep it which would be $2500 double the amount owed for the car. While speaking to this nasty person he says to me We never had your number on file we only had other numbers on file and maybe someone wrote on sticky note and did not put it in the system and i quote! well if this was the case how did i receive a text receipt on MAY 5th and various other voice messages through out the year on the very same number they so called didnt have on file? Make it make sense? So, now I may have to give up my vehicle Ive been paying on for the past 4 years that only has $1000 left on the vehicle. So, they took $18,000 from me and now wants me to give the truck back for the $1000 balance. IF THAT IS NOT GREED THEN PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IM DEALING WITH? lets not forget I use my VEHICLE TO CARE FOR MY SISTER WHO HAS COVID-19. MR Chaney should be ashamed of himself, But i dont think he has a conscience and I think he sleeps rather well at night doing this to people who are suffering from this pandemic and could possibly DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not very happy with the Customer Service at this location. Yes I am aware its a Buy Here Pay Here, but there should be a certain level of Customer Service, ESPECIALLY if your looking for repeat business. If you have any service issues with your vehicle, yes they do have a mechanic in the back, yes they will order your parts at no charge. But your responsible of picking up the parts at the location that they send you, then you have to bring it to them for them to help you. They said and quote WE DONT PICK UP PARTS FOR CUSTOMERS Not very happy with the quality of customer service so far, especially if I had the car only for less than a month. Hopefully, they can take this under consideration, and do better next time.

Dont go to this place to buy a car. You can only test drive in a lot behind the dealership. They try to sell you a car they want you to have not the one you pick. The down payment is ridiculous! They definitely take advantage of you and your current financial situation. I went there only because they had a car that I was looking for. I went prepared to buy it in cash. I decided to go through the sales pitch just to see what type of people I was dealing with, but after the customer service I received I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy. This place has the worst customer service and they fill you with lies about their vehicles. My parents purchased a vehicle from this place a few years back and it’s been giving them problems ever since. When the car was purchased they promised to fix what was wrong with it but they never did the car once spent about a month in their shop and absolutely nothing was fixed even though they claimed it was. This place is a nightmare.

Bought my car from them and they were rude to my husband who was looking at the car and there were some thing wrong with it.. My engine was bad and they repaired it at the cost of us and we had bought parts for them to put in it and they didnt put them on the engine they just kept them and put used parts on the engine.. When the part that I had bought were bran new and cost 150$ out of my pocket on top, of the cost if them fixing my engine. Bad costumer service.

I was very nervous to go to Chaneys bcus of all the negative comments people were saying, but in my experience everything was great. I got a 2016 Nissan Altima with a warranty still on it and I absolutely love it. I put a very low down payment on it, and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend chaneys to others.

I was in the military when I purchased a truck from them a year ago. They had my dad coe sign with me so I could take my truck out of state to Colorado. With in a month of it being gone I was harassed saying I owed over 4 payments worth. Like I said before had it a month and I was on a monthly payment plan. Next thing I know they came all the way to Colorado on to fort Carson and had it repoed from my work and tried to keep everything that was my vehicle but I had some gear in my truck. The tow truck man ended up letting me keep Every thing. Hes a crook and doesnt support military. Also its happen to multiple people that have bought from him that are in the military

I bought a car from sergio durran. He sold me a car. I paid up front. He told me he woukd fix the issues. Every monday for 4 months he said call me monday morning. First his house flooded. Then his kid was sick. Then mechanic was sick. After 4 months of excuses he says I am to disrespectful for my carto be fixed. What it has been 4 months. What kind of respect do you want. Thwy are liars and will not stick to their word!!

I traded my 1993 Osmobile cutless Cierra for a 2010 Ford fusion. At first, I was so happy with the car. Till, I started to hear a nosie Everytime, I turned the wheel. I took it to a place to have it checked out. They told me that it needed a wheel alignment plus tires. They also told me the motor had a leak in two different places. One of the reasons, I bought from Chaneys used cars was because my sister had brought a used car from them and they were working with her on fixing all the problems it had. When I was making the deal the sales rep continued to assure me. I will not have any problems with the car but if I did. They would fix it. Well it turns out. I showed them the estimate. I had with everything the car needed. Now all the things this car needed done were mandertory things. The car had 167000 miles on it. I was charged almost 9,000 dollars for it. I was willing on keeping the car if he helped me but he refused to fix the problems it had. The reason they told me he did not want to work with me was because I had to fight them a bit to get the used tires done. He wanted to replace only one tire. After that he refused to fix anything else in the car. He told me to trade it for something else. He only had a 2006 hundye. Which had the inside looking dirty and it had cirgures burns on it. At first I was thinking of taking the 2006 hundye. They were lowering the car to 5000. I did not accept so the kept going back and forth with pricing till they took it down to 3,700. Still I did not want this car so I ended up walking out of the place empty handed. I lost my car I put down as a down payment. He said he could not give me my car back or even the 1000.00 dollars they gave me in exchange for the car. I had a bad experience at Chaneys used cars. I did not even have the Ford fusion for a complete week, with in about 3 business days. I was left with nothing. Just saying do your homework before you buy from this place. I will not recommend it to my worse enimey.

This place is horrible. They take the car back and sue you for everything you have and they pay the judge off aswell. When they took the car they trashed it and framed my parents for it even though my mom recorded the car in good condition then when channey came and got it wrecked it

Its simple. dont pay your bill on friday, possibly have car repo by monday. Other than that the best place in this state to get a car FROM A USED CAR DEALERSHIP. Do your research before you buy. If you have cash DO NOT CALL FOR PRICING. Go to dealer and make ridiculous low offers on vehicles (less than half of the listed blue book value) and work your way up. There is no set price. Price mostly depends on his mood for that day and cash flow figures for that week.
