Had a blow out on 27 and had to drive my car 3 miles on the flat tire... They got me in as soon as I got there without hesitation and had it finished before I could leave Dunkin donuts across the street! Great service and friendly people

Went in for an oil change last week and timing belt replacement, with no issues whatsoever prior to them working on it. Fast forward to not even a whole week later and now my car is having all sorts of issues. They had left something unplugged that prevented my car from passing the 45 mph range, on top of my car shutting down on me. It’s been faulty since.Also, I was quoted in the $600 prior to getting there, and ended up paying up to almost $850 when I walked out of there and they did not seem to care or want to honor their original quote. They did nothing different from what I asked them to. I specified what I wanted from the moment I called, but they did a “diagnostic test” that I did not ask for and added an additional $200 to my bill. Ordered parts that my car did not need and didn’t even replace them, they gave them right back.It’s funny because they came in well recommended. But after all, I see that it’s not the case. I guess if you come from money and spend it with them, they don’t mess up your car. But if you don’t, and seem clueless and trust their judgment, they take advantage of you.Do not recommend.

This shop is the best around and the only place I take my jeep to I actually drive all the way from Orlando to bring it there that’s how great they are. Just had a lift kit and new wheels put on and nothing but perfection slides there the owner had had me go back a few times now to make sure everything is tight and perfect for me at no charge. Simply just a great business.

Very happy with the service I received everytime I have gone in for service on my vehicle. If you need something ordered they will order it with no money upfront and call you when its in to schedule an appointment for installation.

They were very helpful. I came right when they were closing, in a hurry, and they were kind enough to put air in my tire to get me to where I needed to go. I went back the next morning, and they quickly got my tire fixed. They are really friendly and have a nice waiting area.

I thought I found a shop for keeps till my engine started knocking two days after an oilchange they did.The owner Matt told me today that he has no intention of replacing the engine even though he admits to over filling the oil by at least a quart.I will soon have a day in court but you need not go through this mini hell, just stay away from this tire store completely!For the record, we are seniors living on a fixed income andour car was perfect till we left it at Layes!When the engine has an extra quart of oil inserted in it, the crank dips into the oil and creates a foam, that is virtually water racing through the engine & destroying integral parts, like the rods from the extreme heat of the oiless engine.My oil dip stick now has a permanent imprint of that quart overfill due to the extreme heat of the engine running on foam.By not taking responsibility for this hugecostly mistake, Matt the owner is virtually robbing us of $5000.00 or morefor an engine that had no problems according to our mechanic that tuned it up two months ago before we movedto Avon Park.We will file a lawsuit on Monday Morning first thing!

Laye’s customer service was amazing. I called them from out of town and told them my son’s truck broke down and it’s was over at the college. They had it picked up and called me with 2 options. I told them witch option and they had it complete 2 hours later.

New car with custom rims had a large screw in tire which had to be replaced. Not a scratch!! Extremely pleasant staff, made me feel like family. Matt and his crew have a customer for life!!

Only had them check for a leak in cooling system. Charged a fair price, seem to not overcharge. Would trust them to do work if necessary. Can understand why they come highly recommended. Nice people, good & reliable.

About a week ago I caught a nasty flat in front of the store. These gentlemen were about to go home after working all day. It was 5:30 p.m. rush hour traffic at the intersection of Main Street and 27. I rolled into their parking lot with my tire off the rim and thank God it was not damaged. Regardless they help me out and had me back on the road within 15 minutes or less. They were so professional and so kind. I would recommend them to anyone. They also followed up with me the very next day through a text message just to ensure that everything was OK. And the person that texted me wasnt even the gentleman that help me out. And to the guy that worked on my car and had my tire on within the 15 minutes or less you are a life saver.

Brought my truck up to Laye’s the other day for a front end alignment and a tire balance they had great customer service, all the workers out back did great work, they took care of my wheels and everything else, even had a guy call me in and ask about some fluids he found on some parts before he did the work to make sure everything was good, had some wobble and pulling to the right before I brought it in when I got it back it rides like a Cadillac, no wobble no pulling, and very fast clean and careful work as well, definitely recommend, thank you again Laye’s Tire Service

Great people, friendly, courteous, happy to help. I had plugged a tire Friday morning after finding a nail hole. Plug was good but tire mfr recommends internal patch as permanent. Sat morning they were open until noon but they kindly took me in and quickly got me back safely on the road.

You cannot get better service. Called yesterday asked if all my info was in there system from the last time I purchased tires and yes it was. I asked if they had the same tires for me, yes they did. Made an appt for the next morning, they greeted me with a smile, had all my info, took my truck and was in and out in a half hour. The people working there were amazing and super friendly and very helpful. Will only go here for tires!!! These are my third set by the way.

Nice seating area while you wait with TV. They have a very nice staff and are all eager to help. However I would have given 5 starts but their costs are high. $90 for 1 hour of labor. And they did a tire rotation without me asking. Guess they were being helpful bc I needed it. They do however sell yeti cups and coolers. They have a large tire selection and cool rims for sale but again you will pay top dollar
