What an awesome gym! If you live in Avon Lake its a place you should definitely join. The staff is wonderful, the new facility is clean, and the atmosphere is always fun. I take the classes and love them. I highly recommend!

This is an amazing gym with a clean facility and a variety of equipment. The staff is beyond nice and through training I have learned a variety about form and nutrition. The atmosphere is motivational and energetic and creates a family like community!
