I just called (9/5/19 @ 2pm) and spoke with Brianne and she was so professional and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with my packages that will be delivered to their location.

Scott came of very strong and blunt, didn’t help or try to suggest how to help. Rushed me as I was looking up the information I needed. Never will come again, get a little racist in there sadly.

Very helpful, competent staff.I appreciate the convenience of the notary services, ability to copy and mail the documents in this one stop full service store. Store itself is new, modern and very well run.

I have had a PO Box here for over 3 years for my business. Everyone is always friendly and courteous when I stop in to check the PO Box. Also have mailed items here and had zero issues! Highly recommend.

They lost our passport and did virtually nothing to resolve. It seems pretty obvious that someone at the UPS processing facility stole it, because the package was found inside the building. We made repeated requests to hear from the supervisors at the processing facility and from the Avon Lake store owner. Nothing. Incredibly bad service. Hoping this review will elicit a better resolution.

I paid this store over $38.00 on top of $150.00 shipping to box up and pack a expensive eBay item only to get damaged during shipping. It took the store owner Scott 11 days to file a claim to headquarters after I called the store. I had to call corporate headquarters to try to get help with this. Its been 27 days and this still hasnt been resolved.The UPS slogan If we pack it we back itdoesnt apply here.

I have been a customer for over 6 years and now they have moved to Lear which is even closer than the previous location. I have always received courteous and friendly customer service.
