Easily the best customer service I have ever received. Andy was extremely helpful and informative. He came over to give us a quote and warned us that there may be mold issues. He went out of his way to gather more information on how we can handle our mold issue and got back to me same day. While we have not yet had our ducts cleaned because of our mold issue, I can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and will be contacting them as soon as were ready. Highly recommend.

My daughter has asthma and I always ensure that the air in my house is clean. Ellis family has been helping me out on this, by regularly cleaning my home’s air ducts. I like them because they do a good job, and their pricing is fair.

Their phone lines are always open, and they respond fast. I recently called them for a carpet cleaning task and in an hour they had arrived. Very efficient.

Every six months, I contact them for deep carpet cleaning. They have never disappointed me. They always leave the carpet clean, fresh, and safe for the kids to play on.

I regularly engage Elis Family for carpet and other home cleaning tasks because, they use safe products for cleaning. That’s something I take seriously considering that I have small kids.

They are very good at carpet cleaning. My carpet was stinking of cat urine, and the house was becoming unlivable. I called them and by the time they were done, the stench was gone.

My Dryer Vent was so clogged it was taking over two hours for my clothing to dry! After talking with Bob and Andy about the potential of a fire, I will be having my dryer vent cleaned once a year. It now only takes 45 minutes for my clothing to dry!
