Sooo my first time coming since covid into the store, I was greeted by the amazing Izzy. He is friendly and attentive to my needs and I had plenty to talk about. He and his manager Xavier took care of me with reopening my account and getting me set up with a new phone number. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I receive in this store and I recommend everyone to come here for any phone services. The staff went above and beyond and im really happy with my new number ;) thank you guys and keep up the good work! :)))))

Almost a perfect experience; although it wasn’t my first time at the store. My first time I was attended by Jeremy, who was knowledgeable on the services that I was inquiring about and went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the details correct on my other accounts which I wasn’t even there for. Great experience to feel that someone just wants to help and do good. I told Jeremy I would be coming by within the upcoming days to make some arrangements on my mobile account. Which led to today, where things seemed a little more “uptight” per say. I was greeted by Ken who was very welcoming and willing to help my family and I. As we walked through the store looking around at the devices and accessories, we notice someone is slowly following and watching us while noting things on a sort of tablet or notepad. We notice the person stands close enough to hear my personal credentials and left me wearisome of the whole ordeal, due to the fact that I have already had my identity compromised on several occasions. The person only stood there to watch and note things that were being said and done in an awkward position where I’m not sure if this person has anything to do with the store. After inquiring about my feelings of someone weirdly stalking us as if they were Loss Prevention, we were told “we’re being watched. Hopefully this doesn’t happen often but definitely made me feel like I was being followed for information against my consent. Apart from all that, the service that I received from Jeremy and Ken have honestly made me content with the service I am with. As for the person who might have my information, good luck.

I had a very dissatisfied experience. I went in to the store with my IPhone 11 that the back screen cracked the day before. I wanted options on how to get it fixed. The young lady that assisted me, suggested that I get the iPhone 12 with the trade in option of $700. I asked her clearly does my phone qualifies for the $700 dollars promotion with a cracked back? She said she is not sure that she was going to find out. She went to the back office to confirm and when she came out she said that yes, my phone qualifies for the $700 back if I upgrade to the 12 in the same color I wanted. She also mentioned that it would have to be order and ship since the 256gb was not available in the store. When it got down to the business, she said that I will need to pain the remainder installment in full in order to process the new purchase and I had to pay an additional amount for taxes. Today when I went to the store after an average of 3hrs I spent swapping device adding my longing to my 87 apps. They told me that my train in will be for $350. I a plain to the girl that this wasn’t what was agreed on, that I had made the arrangements and budgeted for what was agreed on when I made the purchase. Not only did she said that it was a mistake a human error but that’s their is nothing that they can do. They didn’t apologize, they didn’t do anything to make things better, I asked for a refund for which I have to wait a couple of days, I have to come back after resetting the phone and swapping back to my old device. I felt cheated, lied and the anxiety I’m feeling is overwhelming. For a “mistake the store made” poor customer service, poor knowledge, and the customer always pays for the franchise sales associate human error. They device was off by $2 dollars to qualify for the promo. Do not Recomended this store for a happy customer experience.

I always come into this location when I visit florida as it is near my parents home. I been visiting this store for about 3 years now and I have to say nobody has serviced me the way Lilo has. She seem to have knowledge and amazing customer service that I now refer all parents friends to this location and to her. I do not trust sales at all but she was actually interested in making my life easier with what ATT can provide. 3 years later and it took lilo to have me sign up for TV with you guys. Lilo is one of the workers that helped me today. I have a 8 year old daughter. Her birthday was just last month and I gifted her an iPhone. She sadly went over our data plan, I wasn’t to happy about it. Lilo was able to fix my data, create an age appropriate plan, and show me how to see my daughters calls and texts. She won’t be happy but I am! With today’s generation you can never not have to much parental control. Thank you Lilo, I’ll be back next month hahah

I have been a customer of AT&T for over 27 years. And I have always had pleasant exchanges and services when I go to any AT&T store. This one in particular exceeds expectations if what you’re looking for is the most inattentive and “don’t care” attitude you could get from a company you patronize for decades. This guy Ken was more interested in the arrangement of his hairdo than my request. First words that he speaks is “I don’t know”. Go back to Sprint dude, you’re giving AT&T a bad name. Why in the hell did they hire you? Oh and you’re training some rookie. Oh lord

I had just flown in to Miami coming from NYC. My phone had broke and I wasn’t due for an upgrade. I was worried a new phone will be over my price budget. A worker here name Lilo saw me overwhelmed and stressed and was able to help me get a new phone within my budget. I didn’t have to cut into my vacation funds. I truly appreciate her time. Now I can turn up without worrying about going broke! Thank you Lilo, as a fellow New Yorker you the real mvp!

Went to the store on Saturday, March 27,2021 at approximately 12:45 pm. There were a few employees sitting. I asked for help to transfer data from one phone to another and for the rep to transfer the sim card. He told me what I needed to do as if to say do it yourself. Pathetic customer service. We have 2 lines and AT & T internet and the service is deplorable. I regret switching from T Mobile to you guys.

I purchased an iPhone 12pro max over the phone. Then I went to exchange in the store for another one with bigger capacity. The associate who helped me with zero customer service skills told me I have to pay $55 of restocking fee. I asked to speak to the manager Anthony which didnt know how to approach my frustration. He restate the policy and didnt show willingness to help me. I explained to him that was the 2nd store I went to get a solution and I was upset already because the first store rejected me because they were an authorized vendor. Then, I left the store and called customer service and they were able to provide an ultimate client experience. Her name was Isabella. Then I went back to the store and continue with the exchange. I paid the fees and I was assisted with an associate Aldo. He was normal he got a little attitude. However, he helped thru the process. He got a couple complications with the activation so he partnered with Zuri, assistant manager. She was professional, attentive and client oriented. She oversaw all the process while I went to grab something to eat. She couched Aldo in certain situations that will triggered me. Ive been a loyal client from AT&T and I was disappointed with my visit to the store. I had high expectations on them because I was told this was the main office. While I was there I pay attention to all employees and their interaction with clients and was very poor customer service. There was a lady who left the store and said good bye and thank you twice and no body replied. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. If I come back to that store is because Zuri is working there and will assist me. Thank you Zuri for your helping me and elevating my experience at the store.Edgar Pineda

This store is by far one of the best AT&T locations. I was helped first by Jeremy, but my issue was a bit difficult to say the least. Jeremy found the primary issue within 5 minutes; however, thus billing issue had been unresolved for 5 months.The manager Anthony then took over so. He communicated with customer service on my behalf, which was no easy feat. It took him an hour to get customer service on the same page. He remained calm, cool, and collected with everyone despite the frustration of all the miscommunication on what had gone wrong with my account. I say all this because the corporate team in this location is above par. I can not thank them enough!! If you need anything, I highly recommend this location.Thank you so much to Jeremy and Anthony. For once, I have great hope that moving forward my account will generate a normal bill.

FRAUD FRAUD and FRAUD: I opened a business account with AT&T and moved away from 5 year relationship with T Mobile. That was worst mistake and I did not look at reviews online. It was Aventura branch of AT&T. Carlos, sales agent, dis fraud big time and informed that international call package is activated on my phone. For two months I received huge bill of $650.00 first month and $4375.00 second month. Yes. Scary. In two months they charged me over 5000 dollars. Reason: Carlos forgot to activate international plan. Now Carlos does not work at ATT Branch and funniest part is: Manager of branch suddenly remembered two month old transaction that Carlos informed me to call customer care to activate international package. BIG LIE. Above all: I never received any notification from ATT that my bill is going high. I joined ATT to save few dollars and ended up with FRAUD of over 5000 dollars. My 2 cents to you... BEWARE. DONT FALL FOR THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY...Apart from above, there were so many other goodies promised during sign up... All BIG LIE.

It was an abusive process! That’s why I switch to Verizon but the sum was for my boy friend that might switch to now.

Salvador was extremely helpful and patient. He helped me with my new purchase and even assisted with transferring from the old device to the next.He kept a very friendly and professional demeanor throughout the whole process. If you go to this store of ATT, do not be attended by Jeremey, we went there with a budget, we ask for specific memory devices and plans and he gave us the must expensive with out tell in us and he added a lot of things we didn’t ask for.Fortunately we manage to solved some of it with costumer service, and be careful because they give you 14 days to change something in the sell and the bill comes to you 15 days, and they don’t tell you that, I never do this but this time he deserves this complaint because he lied in my face, fortunately i had the notes where he wrote all our inquiries.

I had a great experience in this store, my sales associated was very knowledgeable and he even introduce me to the manager who was so sweet. They recommended and showed me a few phones and some cool things I didn’t know. The best part is I felt so safe, they have these official purell stations and all the employees where cleaning there tables and al the areas to get new customers. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone thinking about getting a new phone.

The absolute worst, we walk in there do not get greeted and it seemed like all 5 attendance were helping one old couple figure out their phone which is not a badd thing to me but it doesnt take 5 people to do that. Whats even worse is that finally after 10 minutes of standing there somebody comes up probably when she was done playing her game on her computer and puts my name on the list, mind you I am the 1st name on the list and still no greeting. They just lost out on a sale of 2 phones into smart watches. They suck

I came in to the AT&T store to present proof of my mom’s death in order to transfer her accounts in my name. Einar Nissen and Rafael Tejada provided a better and cheaper option. Mom’s account was so old and the internet and cable was outdated and extremely high that they made sure all those accounts were closed and set me up with new cable and a very powerful internet with more than half the cost. Not to mention, everything is in my name. No more headaches of trying to pay the bills and get info on the accounts. The two gentlemen were extremely friendly and their customer service was A+ quality. I didn’t know Einar was the manager until half way through the process. He stood with Rafael until most of the transactions were completed. This has been a very difficult transition for me. My mom was my rock, so the experience tonight with AT&T was a productive and pleasant transition. This store is a 30 minute drive from my house but worth the travel and I will travel to them for all my future cable and internet news. Thank you gentlemen. You rock!Joseph Long

The worst store in the world.U have been a byssinesd customer for over 12 years and in this store I purchase a new phone and was told I had 14 days to exchange or return it if I did not feel comfortable with it. I returned to the store in oct Ust and the manager told my husband and u that we could not return the phone and as the conversation debate continued he said he did not like my attitude and threw us out of the store.Not to me nation that we are disable veterans as well as senior citizians. I came into the AT&T‘s to what my problems were. Salvador was able to get me a new Sim card free of charge. He then took the time to review my plan of what I had with the phone service. She also she’ll be comparisons of what I have versus what I can get as enough grade. He did tell me that he thought that my current plan was the best plan I have right now for myself my family. He is going to be moving to a new location in Lincoln Road at the end of this week and I assured him that when I’m ready to purchase buy new phones for my family I’ll make a drive Down Lake Rd., Edison location so he can earn my business. Fortunately the staff was very helpful and patient with me (Im awful with technology) all my questions were answered and I was very pleased. Extremely disappointing experience. Went to store to activate phone and the management basically said that the hold times are too long for me to call corporate and find your account to activate your phones after being shipped over $3000 in equipment. The fluckin hold time are long for customers too and I cant activate over the phone now Im stuck with all this equipment and my communications are down! They were friendly about being lazy though!

I would give no stars, but wouldnt let me into the review process without. Went to this location on Sunday Oct 14 to buy a new phone. All customer service reps were busy so we waited. When we started noticing other customers coming in and being acknowledged and put on a list, we still waited and tried to get reps attention. After 15 minutes of no one even looking in our direction or asking if we needed help we left and went to another location to buy our phone!

I just want to say that I was EXTREMELY impressed with the staff that assisted me at this store. I was with my mom and we were considering switching from Verizon to ATT. Our first interaction was with Katherine M. She was knowledgeable, friendly and a great salesperson. After speaking with her, we knew we were ready to make the switch. We made an appointment for a follow-up visit to complete the transfer. Unfortunately, we didnt get to work with Katherine again but we did work with Salvador. He was in one word - AMAZING. His patience, thoroughness and compassion should be commended. We spent over 5 hours with him (we had 7 lines to transfer) and he was attentive the entire time - he never complained and happily answered any questions we had. I am not always the easiest customer to please but I can assure you, Sal went above and beyond and made me and my mother an extremely happy NEW customer. During the time we were at the store, we got to know Emmanuel. Although he did not work directly with us, I can tell he truly cares about customers and their experiences. I can not say enough positive things about Katherine, Salvador and Emmanuel but I especially have to give kudos to Salvador for the extraordinary job he did to ensure that we successfully ported 7 different lines from Verizon to ATT. I would like to also send a congrats to the corporate office for the amazing efforts of the staff at this store that we encountered. That was the worst customer service Ive experienced, visit this store to reactivate my service, manager Tony took my information and said that this will take 15-20 minutes +waiting time of 40-50 min, I understand the waiting time because store was kinda busy,after hour of waiting I asked same guy if anybody can help me he said that every body is busy and he was the only one who wasnt been doing anything for entire time also he said he cant help me because this is against company rules he cant take away his coworkers commotions... at the same time there was few other people complaining about same thing...thinking to change back to T-Mobile service

Salvatore Belliard was better than all your advanced IT people in the US and the Pkillipines. He was the only one to get me functional on 3 devices which I need for my business. I spent about 6.5 hours of my valuable time before he solved 90% of my login blocking by Yahoo/ATT after I was hacked.He did it in 2 trips and 11/2 hrs.
