WOW! I am a new Property Manager at a very large condo building in Miami and I needed to make a good impression in a big way. I was given Rans information from a colleague and wow did he make me look good! My Residents told me that I threw the BEST Halloween party in the history of the building (10 years old)! He had kids and adults up and dancing. There were games, prizes and competitions. He was easy to work with and I felt that it really meant a lot to him to put on a good event for us. His follow up was personal. Hes also just a nice guy. Highly Recommend!!!!
