I wanted to thank Norma Suarez for ALWAYS delivering the same luxurious experience every single time. Norma is THE BEST and always makes me feel special. I have done my nails with Norma since 2014 and have followed her to whichever salon she moves to. First, her personality - she is one of the kindest, sweetest and most humble people I have met. Secondly, her attention to detail for caring that you have the best experience is beyond - truly - and that is so important to me. She hands down gives THE BEST and PROPER pedicures EVER - PERIOD. I currently drive 45 minutes to come do my pedicure with her. I always look forward to my appointments because I know I am in great caring hands. I highly recommend that if you book an appointment you do so with Norma, you will not be disappointed.

I had a gift card to this nail bar so I went to try it out. I got gel on my hands and and toes so I didn’t have to worry about chipping but right when I got home three of my nails were chipped. I go the next day to fix the chipped nails and the nail artist started to blame the way I was drying my nails was why they were becoming chipped. (The nail salon I usually go to I’ve never had this problem and it’s half the price). I leave and the following day my nail chipped again. This place is over priced with average service.

Wow! I’m very picky with service and will say that the staff and service is AMAZING! If you are looking for great catering this is the spot. This location is super clean and modern— and the attention to detail is great. However, you pay the price, don’t expect your everyday nail salon pricing.

My to to go place for manis and pedis! Ever since I found it I haven’t stopped coming, service is excellent, attention to details, amazing staff, the cutest setting ever, and the best foot massages by Norma (you need to ask for her every time you get a pedi). For manicures Erika, and nail art I recommend Debra.I can’t explain how much I love this place !!

The service was impeccable. We came here for my mom’s 80th birthday. This was here very first manicure/pedicure and she was beyond pleased. Grace was the person who provided me service and she was completely amazing. My mom my sisters my daughter and myself will be returning. Truly love this place.

I was a first time client, I paid for dazzle dry manicure (paid extra). The nail technician used Emma base coat, dazzle dry color and Emma top coat. I asked why not use dazzle dry all around, she said she’s always done it that way and it’s the same thing. Never had I seen that done but trusted her judgment. My nail polish lasted 3 days and started to peel/crack. I have been using dazzle dry for years and polish has always lasted beyond the time for my next manicure. Today I received a phone call from possibly owner/manager to check on my experience and to schedule next appt. I explained what happened and she said thank you for sharing and apologized. I frankly think they should have offered a redo or at the very least a Polish Change on the house.

Always an incredible experience at this place! The care, precision, and attention to every detail for nails and eyebrows is above and beyond expectations. My nails, hands and feet look great. My eyebrows are on point. People stop to ask me where I go for these services as the results speak for themselves and I am more than happy when referring them to Paint Nail Bar in Aventura knowing they will not be disappointed! The location is lovely, clean, bright, and the staff is extremely friendly and warm to clients. A+ rating from a choosy customer.

The only nail salon in Miami that I go to every 2-3 weeks. They have such a clean salon with chic designs and offer you cappuccino/mimosa on arrival. My nails last so long and always look stunning. I look forward to every month going here!

My nail tech, Anastasia, was a real princess. Her graceful execution of my nails was beautifully done and the price was so affordable for such a detailed and technical design. The gel they use did not make my nails weak and it stayed on for about three weeks before I saw any minor chips. I cant wait to go back for my next design. Gracias Anastasia, eres maravillosa!

Very expensive! The environment although is luxurious and inviting, the quality of my nails and toes did not add up in value to $144 which is what they charged me! I will never be coming here again. Their prices are outrageous! Don’t be fooled by their kindness, they just want your money!

I started coming to this nail salon in November because it was recommended to me by a friend and I liked the fact that they claimed to use non toxic products.Their website uses words like “utmost perfection”, “luxurious”, “cleanliness” and “professional service”, but my latest experience insists otherwise. I not only got FUNGUS on one finger, but TWO!I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and this has never happened. The worst part was when they implied it was my fault because I didn’t notice holes in my nails in which water could get inside (there were no holes in my nails) and/or I waited too long in between appointments (it had been 2 weeks which is standard). Instead of apologizing and comping my latest nail treatment (the least they could do), they charged me full price ($80+ value) and said “next time” we can offer you a free upgrade service ($20 value).Don’t worry, there will be no next time.I went in wanting a French manicure and came out with grey nails to hide the ugly green fungus on TWO nails.

Hands down (pun intended), this is the best nail salon in South Florida and likely the entire Sunshine State. Once you go here, you will never be able to go anywhere else. Friendly environment, meticulously clean, fume-free and non-toxic. They are always in high demand but do their best to squeeze you in for a fix, so I highly recommend booking your appointment ASAP!

Signed up for the Passport service, 2 days shy of a month later (they scheduled my next pedicure at that initial visit knowing I planned to use my next passport service) they denied the passport service. Said I came 2 days early and charged me for the service, including the passport extra ($15 more I believe). I paid the bill, left a good tip for the employee (she deserved it...) and immediately canceled my Passport service. I WILL NOT return!

Probably the cleanest nail salon with a wonderful group of people. From the minute you walk in until you leave, they are on top of everything and make you feel at home. I highly recommend them.

I started coming to this Salon in November. I’ve always had issues with my nails growing but everything turned around for my nails once I started to use PNB’s services. I absolutely LOVE everything about it! I’ve had the pleasure of getting my nails done with Nataliia, Debbie, and Norma. Just absolute impeccable work! The salon is clean, I feel safe, and the customer service is GREAT! Love how I can just relax and take a break and disconnect. The mimosas and cappuccino are a plus!!! Thank you PNB!

The place looks very nice and elegant. They serve tea to their clients and keep it clean and stylish. They are claiming that the products they are using are less harmful and more natural and that their gel manicure actually makes your nails stronger. Well, one thing is for sure, their healthy products completely destroyed my nails! Im doing manicures for many years and always avoided gel because it can harm your nails.The manager convinced me that their gel will actually make my nails stronger. I had a total of 4 gel manicures. Last time I visited this salon, the person who did my manicure removed the gel by soaking and by filing the top of my nails. She literally removed the top layer of my nails. It felt painful and horrible. My nails didnt look good, they felt very dry and flaky. I asked her not to apply the gel nail polish, but to use the best base coat they have to help my thin, dry nails to recover. The base coat obviously didnt help.I left the salon with a painful sensation in my nails. On the next day, three of my nails peeled of! I was in excruciating pain for over a week. My nails were thinner than a paper and it was painful to touch them. I always had good, healthy nails. Its been over two months since my last appointment at Nail Bar and my nails still didnt recover. Im using only nail repair base coats, massaging my nails with essential oils, and taking a Biotin supplement, but they are still very thin and weak. It has been a horror experience for me!

First time here- was looking for a place taking Covid precautions seriously. Paint Bar didn’t disappoint. I did bring my own nail polish (always do) when getting a pedicure. I enjoyed my overall experience. Will be back.

Everyone at Paint is absolutely amazing! My girlfriends and I love this place, basically our sanctuary. We get great service, everyone is so nice and they do an amazing job! And, of course, great cappuccinos!

Yesterday I visited this facility the person who spoke to me was very unprofessional. She made it seem like she was better than me just because I didnt have an appointment, I felt so unwelcome. I wouldnt recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I got a manicure and pedicure back in October of 2019 from this location. About 2 or 3 days later the manicure began to chip off. I contacted them and the lady said that it could not be true but, when I insisted she said that I should have called that third day & that as a client I only have up three days to contact them about the manicure/pedicure being ruined.I thought it was so unfair that I called their headquarters; the agent there was devastated to hear it & said that they are dissatisfied when this happens to customers so she allowed me to speak to the founder. The founder also expressed her disappointment about what happened to me and said that she would get back to me with a solution within a few days. I called from my cellphone and until this day I have not even received a text from them.I was not asking my money back and I specifically told the founder that. I just thought maybe they could give me a refill for free or offer me complimentary service to possibly redeem themselves. I do not think I will ever be back to their business or any salon for a manicure/pedicure at all. There are really good press-ons, DIYs, etc. out there.

Amazing experience at Paint Nail Bar in Aventura! Ive been trying to find a good nail salon in Miami for years and I finally found one. The service is exceptional and the products they use are extremely high quality and toxic free. Everyone from the manager to the technicians were extremely sweet and accommodating. They offer complimentary soft drinks, espresso and mimosas to top it off. The atmosphere is very comforting and clean. I strongly recommend Paint Nail Bar Aventura to whomever is living or staying in the Miami area.

If you havent had the PAINT experience...what are you waiting for? I have been a client for over a year (I go every couple weeks) and I have never been disappointed. The staff (Shahar, Osnat, and Nikki) are the most friendly and make you feel like a superstar every time you walk in. The nail technicians (every single one of them) are incredible. They are well trained, kind, respectful, and talented--I suggest trying each of them to find who you vibe with because you wont be let down by any of their talents. I have never been to a salon that is so beyond clean and sanitary (even pre COVID). All of their products are non-toxic. When you walk into the salon instead of getting hit with the intense smells of acrylic and toxic products, you are welcomed with the smell of cleanliness. I am currently pregnant and feel 100% comfortable and safe stepping in even during this pandemic as they go above and beyond to make sure everything is sanitary and everyone is safely distanced. Additionally, I know that all the products they use on me are safe for me and my baby. Ive never been particular with a nail salon and now I wont go anywhere else.

I was so happy to find a nail salon using non-toxic polish but sadly disappointed in the service. I arrived on time, chose my polish and was escorted to a seat by my manicurist. The work done was great. It goes downhill from here. Since I couldn’t book the same person for my pedicure, I had to wait. I was expecting that wait to be for the time my appointment was booked. No. After twenty minutes, i decided to walk out. Twenty minutes of nothing; no attention, apologies, or even a simple glass of something to drink ( btw which was offered to other clients). Won’t be returning.

Miriam is amazing!This place was by far the best nail salon experience Ive ever had, start to finish. The girls on the phone were so professional and knowledgeable when booking my appointment, and the salon is very very clean and trendy!I love their concept of all natural nail polish and gel. They also dont use a drill when removing gel which I love, it keeps the integrity of the nail much stronger. My nails came out perfect, and Miriam took her time with each individual nail. I highly recommend booking with her!The color selection was also very nice and they have a huge wall of the gel and polish shades.

I have gone to many nail salons, and this is by far the best one in South Florida. The custer service is superb and professional. The staff is friendly, the ambience is relaxing and warm, you feel like you are at home. All the nail color is non-toxic, it smells good! The place is clean and tools used are all new!Camilla did my nails, she was precise, did an excellent job. If you are in Aventura or North Miami area, Sunny Isles... I highly recommend you come here for a high quality experience..I will be back again and again!

The place is very cute very well decorated and most importantly very clean. I just do not know 5 stars because I opted for the gel enamel, which was to last longer, however I did on Wednesday and Friday already peeled and then the nails became very dry and brittle. In Brazil when I do it lasts about 20 days.
