Amazing title company! They use technology effectively and efficiently, and their communication is impeccable! Everything can be done through their app, from calculating fees to submitting documents and sending messages, but you can also call and talk to them directly. I would follow up with all parties as a regular procedure, but only to find out that they had already been in communication with everyone and had everything under control always. Mildred and Lilian handled everything remarkably well from the beginning and my buyer had a blast with them at the closing table! Not only are they very knowledgeable in their field, but also fun to work with. I would recommend with my eyes closed!

The most unprofessional and rude staff on the planet. They dont know what theyre doing. I had to call them 5 times to get the paperwork done. A V O I D this company.

DO NOT USE IF LAST TITLE COMPANY ON THE PLANET. I would rate this company a zero. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Also incompetent at filling out the closing documents correctly. After 6 times of emailing them EXACTLY what needed changed on the documents they could not get it correct. We had to hire an attorney to complete the paperwork and the staff were rude and beyond incompetent to our attorney. They have some difficulty writing and speaking English so if you dont speak Spanish you may have difficulty. I reached out to the Prinicipal and got a scripted apology. I then reached out again to let him know of my frustration and he never responded. There are many other title companys out there and unfortunately it was next to impossible to change so close to the closing date. We went with this company because the buyer was an agent and had used this company for his clients. He agreed they messed up and apologized and agreed there were horrible.
