I called for a Euro sale I was interested in. Adriana answered the phone and she was kind an professional with me. She told me the the Euro rates clearly and an estimate of the Euro sale. She was kind enough to remove the fee because of the distance.

I called this location and told them that I had some currencies I need to convert into US dollars. I told the employee I was in route and I was 30 mins away. I was told see you soon. When I got to the Aventura location. I was told that the employee went to lunch and there was no one else to help me and that I have to wait until she gets back. UNPROFESSIONAL. If I was told that from the beginning I would had went some where else. I waste my time and gas. Next time have enough employees!

Great place to exchange money. Located right in Aventura mall, they help you get the best rate. My bank needed 2 business days to order the currency I needed, CXI had the currency on hand so I didnt have to wait. Very nice people Angie was awesome!
