Wow! My husband and I just moved to South Florida and we couldn’t be more pleased with finding Shoe Repair Plus. Super friendly smiles and intentionality from the staff. Quality work and they finish in a timely manner. They’re reasonably priced and take great pride in their work. Worked on 20 $500+ pair of shoes and several purses with extreme diligence and care. Did better work than what I am used to in Manhattan. Nick is awesome.

Ive been taking my shoes here for years. They are always honest about what they can and cant do, what the reality of the life of my shoes are and give realistic expectations. The shop I used to visit ruined two of my favorite shoes, so today I decided to drive around and do my own research... Im glad I did because I found this shoe repair shop. This shop is family owned, the family has been in the business since 1977, and this particular store has been there for almost 30 years.The minute i entered I feel welcomed, I was assisted by Woby, he asked me about the shoes, and answered all my questions. He was respectful, cordial and i was very surprised by his attentiveness and hospitable service. He suggested me to change the soles and told me they could get my shoes repaired in 3 days.While I was paying for the repair Woby told me about the plus service, he mentioned they also fix luggage and make various accessories repairs like leather belts, bags, designer shoes and more so I asked him about jackets.I have consulted with 2 different tailors. The first one told me that she wont be able to fix my broken zipper and the second one told me to order the zipper online and bring it to her so she will try to fix for an expensive price $$$ BUT after talking to Woby he told me that maybe Nick can fix it.Nick the owner, looked at my zipper and told me that he could fix it. I asked him how long would it take him and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes and voila!!!! he fixed my favorite jacket. Im so so happy!!!!I will recommend everyone to visit this shop, the service is wonderful, they also sell many accessories. They have many years of experience and they provide an Extraordinary service.

After a frustrating search in the Hallandale - Aventura area I was lucky enough to meet Nick at Shoe Repair Plus. Nick is a truly kind, collaborative, and extremely skilled individual in the arts of furs, purses, and shoes. Always diligent and very attentive looking for solutions without going beyond reasonable in terms of price. His response time is very reasonable and always in proportion to the degree of difficulty in working, which for him does not represent any obstacle. My Timberlands became new. Nick took care of my mom and sister. My sister brought in her 30 year old purse that my mom had handed down to her. He replaced the leather loops to match as if its the original part. He also removed stains from the top and reconditioned the finish on the whole purse. My mom has been going to them since the early 90s and have always had things returned in great refinished condition. Thank you Nick for your amazing service! We will be back for more!

So happy I found this place. I took several purses and shoes with various issues. Nick was awesome so nice and trustworthy! He fixed the purses I had and they came out superb! He is humble about his work and said he would do his best to match the details and he did!! It came out way better than he prepared me for. He also gives you his honest opinion on things that can be fixed, not worth fixing or can’t be fixed! I appreciate that... He is not just going to take your money. If there’s a zero star to put for This horrible business I would . DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE !!! Horrible service !!! Especially if you have high end expensive shoes they don’t know how to care for your shoes . They put your $1000 shoes from Christian louboutin shoes in cheap plastic bag from grocery stores and God know what they did with the original red dust bags came with the shoes given to them when I dropped them off . Not only they didn’t do a good job they damaged my brand new pairs of Christian louboutin shoes but putting extra red soles on the bottom to protect the shoes !!!!

I have been bringing my designer shoes here for years, for everything from stretching Jimmy Choo toe boxes, repairing Chanel boots, new heel stoppers and sole protectors on Louboutins, scraped leather on heels, etc. The owner Nick is very nice and helpful, and very knowledgeable! Very happy I found this place, they are the best in the biz!

Brought in a belt to have extra holes punched in and they did it very quickly on the spot. I didnt catch the mans name but he was very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back :)

Nick did an amazing job on repairing my Gucci purse by putting an additional layer of golden flake paint to cover the scuffed up parts. It was a delicate job and he managed to perform it perfectly.

I am confident to say that all the negative words in any website towards this place is absolutely a lie. I took my Prada shoes ($1100), which soles were damaged after walking 100 feet in Las Olas Blvd, to them 2 days ago. Reading the history of the place and bad reviews did not make any sense and made me to call them before I even attempt to go there. Mr. NICK, the manager is a very respectful and reasonable gentleman, reassured me how he would fix my shoes. He called yesterday to notify me that my shoes are ready, even though they supposed to be ready on Friday (tomorrow). I picked up my shoes today and I am very happy that I trusted him. I recommend this place to anyone that needs shoe repair for high end designer shoes.
