I purchased 2 Business Bootcamp Tickets and was assured the event would be live. They changed it to a virtual event. I requested a refund through email. I got an automated response that I would receive a human response ASAP. I never received the human response. I called. They refused to discuss over the phone but told me I would be contacted via email by the end of the day. I never was contacted. Two weeks after I requested the refund I received ANOTHER automated email that they would be in touch soon. They never contacted me. I filed credit card disputes for the tickets (Two transactions). Chase ruled in my favor. Discover did originally, but Cardone provided documentation that Our records reflect no prior cancellation requests were received from Bradley. This is not true. I have the email saved. Why would they respond to Discover, but never respond to me? After Discover ruled against me, I called requesting a refund for the Discover amount, they said they couldnt refund it because I filed a credit card dispute. I only filed the dispute because they refuse to communicate with me about my request.Ive done business with several companies in this Self-Improvement/Business space, and this is by far the worst customer service Ive ever received. They will completely ignore you if you have a complaint or refund request.

Dont even bother trying to talk to customer service. Ive followed Grant for 3 years, Ive been to his conference, read his books, and have tried his premiere product Cardone University. I called customer service to ask for recommendations other than Cardone U because it wasnt the right product for me, especially since Ive tried it before. The rep was antagonistic with me, and he said he was asking the hard questions. NO. He was just not listening to me. I gave him a budget, said Id like product recs other than Cardone University, but Cardone U is all he talked about. And I havent gotten the follow up recs he promised.This isnt the first time Ive called for product recs and left the call disappointed. Makes me wonder about the Cardone Training. While taking his trainings, they give you confidence and certainty, but that shouldnt be at the expense of caring about customers and working backwards from their outcomes.

I’ve read grant card one books before and thought some of them were great. I’ve been to his in person seminars, they were pretty good.This companies email practices are a SCAM ! I’ve unsubscribed via text, via my business email, and I’ve received literally 100 emails after I’ve unsubscribed. I’ve emailed sales people and email campaigns back to remove me and they have confirmed they have. They literally do not care and just keep emailing me. Offering me investor portal options, buy this, sign up for this...etc.I wish I could reach someone legitimately and get them to remove my email or if you are a can-spam attorney reading this, I’ve love to hire you to approach car down enterprises about the misconduct they have.My feeling of a being a fan of this company has been lost and my opinion has been changed on grant cardone unfortunately.

Hate to do this, but unfortunately I recently had a very bad experience with Cardone Enterprises. I purchased a program called Advanced Deep Dive into Apartment Investing for $1,997.00 but was completely mislead as this is a REPLICA of his How to Create Wealth Investing in Real Estate audio progam that cost $19.97!! There was ABSOLUTELY no advanced information just me paying 100X for a video version of the EXACT same material. Before consuming more of this product, I reached out to management to explain how there programs are misleading and need to be reviewed. They told me it was different and that even though i hadnt consumed more than 1% of the content, they wouldnt refund anything because of there refund policy. I continued to push my case as it was obviously either a mistake on their end or a case of false adverstisement. They escalated the matter to upper management to which they replied they understood it was the same content and they would refund me $19.97, not the $1997.00!! They wouldnt answer my calls anymore or emails. Filed a fraud claim with my credit card company and cancelled my plans for 10X GrowthCon. Whats funny is that my business partners and I had plans of investing over $200k collectively into Cardone Capital....(and one already did) I think you can figure out that we wont be doing that anymore. I really wish this situation would have gone a different direction because we have been fans of the brand for a couple of years now. Long story short, be VERY CAREFUL when purchasing any digital content as their refund policy is stated in a way that once you click buy, youre screwed...BUYER BEWARE.
