I didnt end up renting there. I was able to take over a condominium that a friend was moving out, which was a better location for me. However, I had looked at many apartment complexes in the Aventura area. Alison and the leasing team at Camden are by far the most professional and courteous. The property is well maintained and secure. I would refer anyone looking for an apartment to Camden Aventura.

I looked at 7 apartment before coming to Camden Aventura, and from the moment I walked in, I knew it was a place I could see myself at long term. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Alison Moidron. I didnt have an appointment or anything, and I still was shown available apartments and left to immediately fill out the application. Within 15min I was approved and planning my move for within a few days. Apartment searching has been challenging due to the market moving so quickly, and Im grateful to have finally found my new home at Camden Aventura!

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE! My husband and I moved here about 3 weeks ago from AZ and we can not express enough how much we are truly happy to have found this place. I moved into this apartment last week and am so grateful for all the help Charmaine Hemmings provided along the way! I came from out of state and was not able to be here to apartments but with the help of Charmaine and FaceTime it was like I was here the whole time. The team at Camden has been on top of it with maintenance and move in help and I already feel at home.

My husband and I had a whirlwind of a move to Aventura. Originally, we had been looking into a place in Coral Springs but the HOA took 3 weeks and than denied our application after we had already moved across the country and had been expected to be in our new place already. Panicked, we search everywhere for a place that had immediate availability and came across the Camden in Aventura. Charmaine was so kind and friendly as she helped us through the entire process. We viewed an apartment and moved in the very next day! Charmaine truly went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got everything we needed to settle into our new home quickly, efficiently, and with a beautiful smile on her face. We can’t thank her enough for her wonderful customer service!

Camden Aventura is Great! Lots of amenities and plenty to do on property. They have a dog park, tennis courts and a gym.

Charmaine was friendly and welcoming! She answered all of our questions and gave us options that fit what we are looking for! The property and location is great!

The two best things about Camden Adventura Apartments are the location and the staff!Situated a short drive from Aventura Mall, its also within walking distance from Publix, shops, and restaurants. With a private marina for residents, the views are fantastic and peaceful in spite of being in the middle of a high volume area.The staff, especially Laura Herman, is exceptional and goes out of their way to make the transition very easy. Laura likes to leave a welcome gift for new residents. During the 2 weeks I helped my mother move into her new home here and get situated, the staff was very warm and receptive to getting things taken care of as quickly as possible. Diego, the maintenance supervisor, was always quick, helpful, and patient. Trash is picked up from your door every evening.The apartments are very large with big windows. My mother has a one bedroom with a huge bathroom/walk-in closet for a surprising total of 1,000+ sq. ft. The kitchen is nicely laid out with lots of cabinet space, small pantry and a full size window. Extra storage is available in the laundry room. The first floors have a good size walkout patio while the second and third floors have large balconies. Internet and cable is included.Residents have access to all pools and properties on both sides.Photos were taken from the property looking out at the marina.

I recently spoke with a lady by the name of Christina McDonald to help me get an apartment at Camden Aventura and I must say she was very thoughtful, nice, and accommodating. She helped me with the private tour tried to get me in as soon as possible. Overall this is a very safe and comfortable place to live I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

My experience at Camden has been one of the most incredible experiences!! Charmaine has been unbelievable in helping throughout the entire experience I can’t thank her enough!!!

Gate is constantly broken, pools aren’t taken care of, putting in service requests multiple times a month for broken appliances etc, and to top it all off they’re raising my rent by 200 dollars a month. You can find a much better apartment for the price they’re charging here.

I highly recommend Camden Aventura. Ive been here for close to a year and have no problems to speak of. Christina McDonald, Camdens leasing consultant, was very helpful in finding the right apartment for me. So far so good. Safe area, walkable, nearby grocery stores, secured gates, gym, etc.

In Camden Aventura I have rented a Dock Slip for my boat that is 31 miles from my house, the reason I chose this marina because the staff work very attentive, professional and treat you like family, the marina and the canal are always very clean , the green areas and the apartments look very well maintained, there is also a lot of respect among other boat owners, the security system is one of the things that I like the most, they are always making their way and observing everything, for me it is a good tranquility and a conformity to be part of this marina, I recommend it 100%

I am very happy living at Camden Aventura. The community office staff are so friendly and actually get things done. They are very concerned with making sure the residents are being respectful and this helps make our living experience a good one. The maintenance staff are always working to make sure the community looks nice and any service requests are taken care of same day as the request was put in the system. My family loves the park across the street and being able to walk to Aventura Mall is also a great reason to live here. I would recommend living at Camden Aventura to anyone I know. I am from out of town and I was looking for a rental place while I was down here. I stayed with a friend for the weekend at Camden and the first thing I saw was that gate was broken. People are walking their dogs by the pool area and not picking up after their pets. Theres an overwhelming smell of weed. The speed limit is not enforced. This is a pricey place for the lack of care.

Where do i start with this community it was great until they changed the manager to AMANDA she is the true definition of a devil.She will give you run around for months. we complained numerous times regarding the MOLD that was in a few bed rooms and we had company come check for mold because they refused to do so and there was mold in a few rooms. one of our rooms got flooded during the rain all of our stuff got ruined and they did nothing. till this day i am strugling because of the damage the mold did to our body and it happened to different tenants but AMANDA refused to do anything she is a horrible lier and continues to do soSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY THERE IS MOLD AND PEOPLE ARE GETTING VERY SICK

I lived in Camden Aventura for the past 5 years. I just recently moved out. My experience with Camden overall has been great. Charmaine and Samantha are exceptional. They are both very professional, friendly and responsive. Diego and the maintenance staff are also really good. They always respond to my request within 24 hours. I had a really good experience. When I made the decision to move to South Florida I was concerned that it would be a difficult transition but the leasing team at Camden Aventura made it so easy and I am so grateful for Charmaine and all the patience and assistance she has provided. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever lived and we have lived in many different areas. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The area around the community is great! The Aventura Mall is right next door, there are a lot of clothing stores and restaurants in the shopping center next to the community. The Founders Park across the street is huge with a water park area and space to run and play. The office team are so accommodating and it is such a pleasure to stop in and speak with Stephanie. She really enjoys working here at it shows in her great attitude. The maintenance team and quick and efficient. They show up within minutes, always with a smile on their face, and are willing to go above and beyond. It is such a pleasure living in a community where everyone is treated like family. The marina is beautiful especially at night with all the big boats on the water. It makes for a great view. We love living here!

I have been living here for the past 9 years. I would like to congratulate Amanda Peterson (manager) and Samantha Kitchen (assistant manager) for the excellent job they are doing managing our community. Worst place to live. Do not recomend it.

First, I rarely write reviews but in this case my experiencing with trying to rent an apartment here was disorganized at best, shady at worst.I Attempted to apply for an apartment here at the rate advertised on the website, however when I would click apply the rate jumped up by nearly $100 per month. I took screenshots of the rate displayed and emailed them to the leasing office as there appeared to be a glitch in their website. To be honest, it is a huge red flag to advertise one rate and flip it when the person clicks lock in/apply. When I spoke with the leasing office the following morning, they stated the rate had changed at 4pm the evening prior. I advised them this was not the case as I had taken screenshots of the website that were time-stamped when I was trying to apply at 6pm. Overall, they did not want to honor the rate advertised and their excuses did not add-up. Poor experience at best, again shady at worst.

Bad experience, rude communication. not worth your rent.They didnt think they should provide quality service to resident, just received you rent and told you lease agreement repeatedly when you got issue.DONT MOVE IN IF WANT TO LIVE HAPPY.

Honestly, not worth it. There are much nicer condos and communities that are newer and nicer for better prices. The management staff is unhelpful and rude. The neighbors that live in my particular building are unfriendly. The maintenance staff has no idea how to fix anything- I’ve had to call in repairs several times for the same repair so they can finally fix it and get it right. The construction and noise in this area is absolutely crazy and something they specifically said would not be a problem should I move in. Just a lot of rudeness and deception, will not be renewing my lease or recommending this particular property.

After a very long day at work, theres nothing better than unwind, relax and rest up for the next day at Camden Aventura! Ive been a Camden Resident for the last 6 years in the different community locations at Lake Nona, Boca Raton, and Aventura. This is the start of my second lease term at Aventura and Im extremely happy to call this place home sweet home and to be a part of such a great community of people. Superb administration and management from Laura Herman my personal leasing agent to everyone on staff, Manager Amanda, Assistant Manager Jennifer and Leasing agent Samantha are all great. Big shouts to Ariam and the Maintenance team, always there when need them in timely and effective fashion. Location, Location, Location of Camden Aventura has got to be one of the greatest of the many perks it has to offer. The Aventura Mall walking distance/Sunny Isles Beach/Turn-berry/Golden Beach you cannot ask a better prime location. Love my one bedroom overlooking the main pool and the marina which can always give you the vibes of supreme relaxation. Camden Aventura remains King in the overall apartment leasing industry of Miami.

Living in Camden Aventura has been the best experience of customer service in any apartment I have lived. The Community Manager, Amanda, has been so professional and has addressed any concern we have had immediately and efficiently. Samantha, in the office, is always helpful and truly enjoys dealing with the residents and it shows in her compassionate way of handling situations. The location is so beautiful! Walking along the marina at night has become our favorite way to relax and unwind. Marcio, the supervisor of maintenance, is so knowledgeable and really cares for the community and its residents. He and his team always have a smile and a wave for everyone and really make this community feel like home. Thank you for everything the team does to make our living comfortable and trouble free. Lived there for 5 years and would have been more if I didnt have to move out of town. Perfect location, loved my floor plan... Gym just got improved... Love the option of 4 polls and being beside the police station makes it pretty much incident free. 5 mins walk to the mall too 😁. Team was cool. Service requests are quick... No real complaints about it

Living at Camden has been our perfect way to remember Florida as “home”. After me and my boyfriend moved from both Kendall and Davie, this aventura home has been better by far than any place we have stayed before. We never had issues with neighbors, thin walls, barking dogs, maintenance, or pests— (which are all problems we found in our previous homes). We are so so so sad to be leaving Camden, but unfortunately we have to move to NY for a job position. Maintenance is so amazing! They always say hello and remember who we are. The neighbors say hello, the safety in the parking area is an A+. Pool is beautiful, and the office is amazing! We love the team! Thank you guys so much for the great experience living here. I wouldn’t change anything besides the gym— it is a bit tiny and lacking some important essentials, but I know they plan on remodeling in the next year or two. Sad we won’t be here to see the change!With this being said, we are looking for someone to take over our apartment complex after we move out to avoid the fee for breaking our lease. We plan on moving out in September 2019.Thanks Camden team for being so awesome!

Such a disaster right on leasing office.I just waste my time in this place!Never come back!The office closes at 18:00 and we arrived at 17:30. She was showing an appartment and we asked the receptionist if we could wait or not. She told us to wait. But than the woman came back and told us that is not possible to show anything because she needs to go home and have dinner... so me too

The best thing of camden is definitely the leasing and maintenance team. They are always helpful and willing to create community and help you with whatever your needs are! This is our second year here and we love it! Location is also a great asset of this apartment complex for families and walking distance services. Apartments could have an update though which I think is currently in the plans...

I have been a resident of Camden Aventura for almost 7 years and i throroughly enjoy living here! The Staff is amazing and always on top of things. The new layout of the lobby is just beautiful and allows for an upscale, yet quiet environment to relax or work from computer. The maintenance is amazing, all issues have been resolved within 24 hours and the current management is also amazing! Love Camden!

Stay away from this community they have MOLD and people are getting sick and they just paint over it and dont resolve the situation AMANDA IS THE REASON NOTHING GETS RESOLVED OR DONE

The best decisión I made in my entire life was move in to this place. Is just AMAZING.... my experience so far has been really wonderful to the point that we went on travel for 3 days and our storage gate door by accident stayed open the 3 days. We realized when we came back and EVERYTHING WAS NEVER TOUCHED..... everything was inside including a jetski.... Neighbors are super nice and not to say about the staff. Maintenance staff is amazing, leasing and management staff is always going above and beyond. Thank you Camden!!!!

I am really pleased with Camden Aventura. I am on the marina side and I have a perfect location but when I take walks I notice that each building offers a lovely view and there is something special with each location. There are constant improvements being made and the staff listens to you! I dont have an issue with parking and very happy with the new standards and codes that have been put in place.

Great place to live. Clean and in a great area. Office staff is polite and helpful and they have convenient office hours to pick up boxes/other mail. Parking is easy, since you dont have to worry about assigned parking and pets are allowed.

The maintenance team are the best I have ever experienced. We understand that things can happen but it is how the team reacts to the situation that is important. Marcio is so understanding and professional in all situations. Ariam is always happy and truly wants to give us the best experience possible. I love living at a community that I feel are there to help make my life easier. The team in the office are really excited when we stop in to say hello or grab a quick coffee, which is the best coffee around by far and it is free to all residents. My computer wouldnt load up so I called after hour, the office was closed but I was calling just for a work order to be considered as a request. I have left my review on yelp already. But lived here for the last 5 years and what an experience to get my security deposit back. Never in my life have I dealt with that. Just warning others! Not worth living here to deal with all that “drama “ and waiting. Fix your processes and staff!!

When me and my girlfriend got married, we decided to move into her place here at Camden. Decent place, the staff are pretty friendly, but for the price I thought things could be a lot better. Charging us for tiny repairs that should be included in the monthly rental price was irritating, the stairs and hallways always seemed to be dirty, yet they wanted to up the price big time! We were not pleased, so we left. Wont be back!

I am a long time resident of Camden Aventura and love this community as much today as the day I first moved here! To start... everybody in our leasing office is always welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. I look forward to seeing Laura, Samantha and all of the leasing staff whenever I have the opportunity to stop by. The maintenance team is equally as wonderful! They take care of any issues quickly and easily. This community is SO safe and walking distance to Publix, many restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, parks and the Aventura mall! We are only minutes from the beach too! There are always people outside walking, jogging and bike riding on the famous circle. We have a resort style pool with Jacuzzi and a great gym for all residents to use! The pool overlooks our marina! Camden is pet friendly & has a doggie park! Our landscaping is always beautiful! The apartments are SO comfortable with big bedrooms, bathrooms and walk in closets. Every apt has its own washer and dryer for laundry. My neighbors are all wonderful! I have made many long lasting friendships here. I highly recommend Camden Aventura to call your home!

Moving to Florida at the last minute was by far the most stressful thing to encounter. Once I realized that Camden had a property located in the North Miami area, I just knew my worries were over. As I was certain that the same caliber, apartment living, and atmosphere was destine to be the same no matter what state it was located in. When I relocated to Texas Camden Amber Oaks made my living experience the absolute best and when I walked into Camden Aventura, I just knew I was home! Stephanie was amazing-sauce!! She took the time out to help find the best options to fit my needs, googled near by gyms, provided options of places for my furbaby and ALL !! I was famished and the other property representative offered her banana and was soooooooo sweet as well! I even meet Lisa the Property Manager who was also so inviting, welcoming, and bubbly! I just loved Camden all over again and signed my lease that day!!

My experience has been exceptional. The rent is not cheap (at all), but management tries VERY hard to make it worthwhile. I have nothing but good things to say about the people in the office as well as maintenance. To them it is is business, but we LIVE here and they seem to understand that.

The community is nice, but very over priced for what you get. The security is non-existent, and cars get broken into all the time. This place can become at least 4 stars with a little bit of work.

I was just arriving to Florida, I visited around 4 of the best places to live, according to internet and my friends, but after I found Camden Aventura I loved it! It has the best location next to Aventura mall and really near from the beach, but the best of Camden is the Camden team!! . I had wonderful attention for the 3 tickets I opened and girls in front desk are sooo nice and helpful. Steph loves her job and believe me I can notice it, she gives the extra mile every time that I need help. Definitely very good choice to live.

Do your homework before moving. For the price you pay here you can get brand new apartments all over Miami. Place is a dump compared to what you can get for the same price. Apon moving in. unit was still dirty. Dishwasher always leaves the dishes dirty, hot water is very limited, parking is always full, and the neighbors are constantly leaving their trash out. Camden needs to lower their prices about $400 a unit. The Condos directly across the street go for less and are way nicer.

First, the maintenance guys are the best I have ever had at any apartment I have lived. Diego is always pleasant and explains everything he is doing. Marcio always knows what is going on and immediately resolves any concern. Ariam shows up immediately and takes care of all work orders and fixes everything the first time. Fernando is always cleaning the outside to make the apartments look perfect. The ladies in the leasing office are always pleasant and you can tell they love their job. They always offer whatever it takes to make our day happy. Amanda is always willing to listen and come up with a solution to anything even personal issues we may have in our lives. Jennifer stops and talks to me anytime I see her out and smiles and stops to see how im doing. I love living in Camden Aventura. Spacious with excellent amenities. Every convenience at your fingertips in is lovely complex.

Think twice about moving here. The property is never consistently maintained and is dirty (they even devote a week that they try to make an effort to actually clean your building LOL), neighbors complain all of the time on the complexs website, neighbors are rude and loud (drug problems as well), maintenance is lazy to fix things and wont make an effort if they deem that it doesnt need to be fixed, the leasing office personnel is in transition, community rules are never followed, and they charge hidden fees. Not to mention the amount of inflation for an apartment in Aventura that is only worth $1600, you actually end up paying $2000, *and* they increase the price of your rent every single year. It isnt even a condo.Also, there is no guest parking (you know, the people who dont pay rent there), so on weekends, all of the spots in the parking lot will be taken and you will have to park at the very end of the complex, or you could pay $160 for a garage. The office claims parking isnt an issue.Besides those things, it is an average apartment complex, at best, with decent location and proximity next to the mall and police station (despite neighbors saying their homes and cars have been broken into).

I live in building 3025 for five months, and during this time no one was cleaning in the building, dead beetles and lizards lay on the stairs, the pool is very dirty, and no one wants to clean. Support is ignored. Even here the theft of personal belongings is rampant, if you left them for a while below, despite the fact that it is a fenced area. Before you decide to live here, think whether it is necessary.

We absolutely love this place, after looking at different neighborhoods in miami dade we finally decided to stay in Aventura. We lloked at about 5 different places within the city and by far Camden Aventura offered the best amenities, apartments, and you cant beat the location. Very bad community manegment .only becuse of the horrible manager they have which isAMANDA PETERSON.A lot of people are leaving after many years because of her nasty behavior and mis communication.She repeatedly lies and minuplates the tenants.Dont belive anything she says make sure you get it in writingREMEMBER HER NAME AMANDA PETERSON

Live here now with my cousin and it seems to me like its a crap hole. We pay 2200 a month for two bedrooms. Our washer and dryers are old as hell. Weve been asking the Maintnence to fix our carpet after we told them wed pay for it out of pocket. They took the water supply away so that you cant even wash your pet near the pool area. Why pay so much when theres nothing that comes along with little things like this. Also a lot of the people that live here are snotty.

Shame on you Camden Aventura!My husband and I received voicemails at 4pm on Saturday afternoon, stating that maintenance would need to “check” if there was water leaking in our unit.We came home at 9:30pm to find out that there was water damage in our unit. We did not receive a second call to inform us of this information. Camden Aventura should have called us a second time.They left the outside garbage can in our bedroom.Our bed was wet (they should have called to let us know) and they left the bed blocking the bathroom door.I am 36 weeks pregnant and they moved the baby crib into the bathroom, leaving no space for me to use the bathroom.Camden Aventura showed poor professionalism, lack of communication, and disregard for us, their clients.

Ive been living here for a very short time however, I really like it. I loved the area where I used to live and I thought nothing would be better. I was wrong. I love this community for many reasons. Apartments are very cozy, great balconies and public areas. Is walking distance to many places like Publix, restaurants, mall, and even movies! Also close to Turnberry Circle. I love pet friendly places! I walk my dog along the 190th St. wich is nice and lively but not noisy.Another reason is people here seems to be very friendly so far: neighbors and leasing office agents. Staff is always listening to us and trying to improve if something is said about community or public areas. Maintenance staff is also very efficient. Every time I need something done in my apartment they manage to help in time.I‘ve seen many reviews regarding poor space to park wich is not true. There is always space available for parking (if people is able to walk a little more than 50ft to the car). Of course on weekends it gets busier with visitors but not imposible to find a spot close to the apt.

WORST COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN AVENTURA!

I dont want to give this place a bad name , but its not worth top dollar . i would not recommend this place to anyone .
