Terrible customer service. The woman who helped us could not answer any of our questions. It was almost as if it was her first day ever doing anyones taxes. When she called the manager over, the manager was rude and obnoxious. They kept us waiting for an hour even though we made an appointment. This location is embarrassing and pathetic. H&R Block should be ashamed that they have such unprofessional, uneducated and incompetent people using their name. Do not have your taxes done here. Plus, their rates are extremely higher than any CPA.

HR block overcharge compare two other competitor thats my you guys overcharge everything else was good

H & R Block is the most expensive Tax Prep in America. They charge extra for everything. My tax pro would not change my request for mailing my check after mistakenly requested Direct Deposit because they charge $40.00 for DD. This is just wrong and unprofessional. I probably will never used them again.

Angela is an expert at investment taxes, whereas I have not the first clue.

I do not feel like I am getting the maximum or even close to the maximum return on my taxes based on my situation. After consulting with several people in the same income and living situation as myself, they get a lot more than I get in return.

I have had Angela do my taxes for years now and trust her to do them.
