This company does not even deserve a star at all. I took a survey and in it it asked me what magazines do you like to read so I clicked on all the magazines are that great it went right onto the next question in the survey nowhere did it say which magazine would you like to buy. If so I wouldn’t have I’m on disability I couldn’t afford one point. But the point is this is a rip off they sent me a letter from interstate recovery services Demanding I pay them $154 for the magazines out order or what? I called the number but obviously no one answered I left a message and obviously no one called stay away from this company never checked magazines that you lack it’s a scam

Avoid this company at all cost. They called me up at work and at the time I was getting magazines from other places and this sounded like a good deal. Special deal, 5 years and then it would auto cancel automatically and I could not renew even if I wanted to. And I could switch magazines around at anytime. Just a few problems which I came to find out after I started getting these magazines. First this 5 year special deal is a load of BS and they have been using this line for years to get people to sign up. Then I tried to cancel and was told I cant because its prepaid for 5 years which is another lie because I started getting subscription renewals in the mail which are only sent out when its time to pay more money. Furthermore any real magazine company with gladly give you a prorated cancellation. Then they call up and try to change the terms so I am giving them more money monthly. Its all a SCAM. I do get the magazines but I cant cancel them. The BBB give them an F and they deserve a much lower rating and I am somewhat upset I have to give them 1 star as the is no option of no stars. This company is run by 2 people which are listed on the BBB site. Mr Paul Smith (President) and Ms. Sandy Martin Con Artist and customer service specialist. The two lie and use every low down back handed evil method to keep your cash flowing in. Dont be fooled by these two and their GSR Magazine company. Just hang up!!!!
