Due to icy roads in February, my car hit some black ice and I got into a small accident. Fortunately, there was no engine/electrical damage. I was sent to Lees Auto body shop through my insurance (AAA), as they are an authorized repair shop. I was a bit hesitant as this was my first time going to Lees for repairs, but within the first 5 minutes of meeting the staff and technicians, my nerves were calmed. What an OUTSTANDING and highly professional team they have!Erin (claims/appraisal agent at Lees) thoroughly checked the vehicle, in and out, to verify damages and seek any necessary additional repairs that might not have been initially identified. She informed me of damages to the rear bumper, which I did not see. She developed a bill of material within minutes and had the entire claim approved while I was there! Ive dealt with other body shops and this process has taken DAYS! I was in the shop for 10 minutes and not only was my claim approved, but they ordered the parts right in front of me. I drive an Audi RS5, so some of these parts were rather expensive and my total came out to over $9,000; but Lees took proper care in finding the best parts and making sure no corners were cut during the entire repair process. Gary told me the repairs would take about a week and half, and he was spot on with the timing. He ,Eddie, and Erin called me every few days to give me updates on the vehicle repair and also informed me of supplemental work that was required; they had this approved through the insurance PRIOR to calling me.This was truly a pleasant experience. From the greeting at the front door, to the final signature, the process was epitome of professionalism. Lees took it a step further by buffing/polishing out a few dings on my hood and driver side door, FOR FREE; a $200 job! Unfortunately after just 4000 miles, I got some very deep road rash on my brand new Lexus IS. Since I’m very particular about keeping my car in good condition, I had to address it. Car was too new to see that on it already. Dealership recommended Lee’s and I went by their recommendation.Even though it was small job, Lee’s gave a reasonable estimate. Only have been to 2 other auto body places in past 25 years and both left me disappointed despite each of them having high ratings. Just can’t say enough positive things about the job they did - the outcome was fantastic!! My son hit a sign and guard rail pulling into a drive thru. We towed our 2019 Kia Sorento to Lees from the accident site. At first we dealt with Gary who was very professional. It was late in the day so Eddie gave us a call the next day to give an estimated cost for the front damage. Eddie explained it was an initial review and may increase once they take a deeper look. We received several calls from Eddie with updates after that. We got our car back within two weeks (situation fell within the July 4 weekend), which was earlier than expected. The end price was acceptable considering the damage.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Eddy went above and beyond for me and surely delivered. I came in needing a whole new door and I needed it FAST. It was my only commuting car and did not have the funds for a loaner. I asked to have it back in a week even after I was shown the number of jobs they had in line before me. I explained to them I was desperate and he said hell try his best. He sure did! I think it was like 4 days and the paint job was perfectly matched for a difficult color. I was given the car back and drove home only to realize that for some odd reason my car key fob stopped communicating with the vehicle. I brought it back to Eddy and explained to him the situation. He did say a car door replacement will not normally interrupt communication of fob and car but never the less, he said i want you to be happy. he discovered there was an issue with the key chip and asked that i just buy a new key and he would program it for me free of charge. Bought the keys, drove back, key got programmed and every is now okay in the world. I am a VERY HAPPY customer will surely be using LEEs auto for all my auto body needs. EDDY YOU ARE THE MAN! When asked for quote for body repair, these guys shows you attitude, very unprofessional and think you’re wasting their time without taking a look at your vehicle. They look at your vehicle then plays guessing game says between $5,000-$8,000 would be the cost to repair. When it only cost me $3,000 at another body shop with warranty. Most of the positive reviews are FAKE.

My experience with Lee’s auto body was exceptional. My car was hit by another party and I decided to take it to Lee’s since it was close by. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by George, which came outside to look at the damages and went back to type me up an estimate. Explained to whole process of what to expect and the duration of it. They had my car ready within the 3 days as promised and my car looks BRAND NEW!!. I love this shop. First of all, my car was previously badly worked on my some guy I found on CL and then I took it to them just because I was driving by and saw their shop looking busy and thought “they must be doing a good job here to look this busy”. Then George inspected my car & pointed out the faults to me. He assured that my car would look like nothing happened & it definitely did look new. Eddie also made sure that I got a very affordable quote. I got my car 2 days earlier that they estimated & boy it looked good as new. They are literally the BEST I’ve seen. I would like to thank Eddie for helping me with the estimate on my vehicle regarding a bump that I got on the door on the passenger side as well as the front bumper right side they did an incredible job fixing it painting it I got my vehicle back within 3 Days for the amount of money that I thought I was gonna pay my estimate was reasonable.

He took care of everything and even called my insurance company to start my claim right away. He said it would take 2 weeks and had my car in 5 days. When I picked it up it looked great but on top of that they went above and beyond to wash wax and clean the interior of my car. Amazing job guys it looked like I just bought if from the dealership!!! I was particularly impressed with Gary showing me the pictures of how they blended so that the paint job was seamless. They cleaned my car inside and out and although the estimate was a week in the shop, I was pleasantly surprised when I was called to tell me my car would be ready at 3:30 on Thursday; not quite a full four days in the shop. Finally, the facility is spotless and everyone is very professional. I highly recommend Lee’s because when your vehicle has been involved in an accident it’s always a stressful situation and once your car is in Lee’s hands the stress will dissipate.

Brought in a brand new truck for something that had flew up and hit my door. Brought it by the shop and the folks there were able to get the door fixed super quickly and it looks brand new. They were super quick and the work is quality, looks like it did the day I purchased the truck. These guys are awesome and do great work. The team did a thorough inspection on the car and recommended what needed to be done (2010 Honda CRV w/ about 100k miles). They are transparent, honest, and very fair. Very accommodating, very professional, and the final price of my paint repair was exactly the same as the estimate. The paint looked as good as new after the repair and I was very pleased overall with both the personable service and actual repair job.

A gentleman (Sorry for not recalling your name) understood my situation and helped me from A to Z with all the detailed feedbacks. No need to mention about the perfect work quality that was done. This workshop looks for trainers and when you go do you tell yourself what you know how to do? If you are a preparer, you do what the preparers do ... after he sees how you work, he wants to give you a salary of 14 an hour, even if it was a factory

34 years ago I had gotten into an accident with my new car. Like any consumer, you hope the auto body shop can repair it like new again and the next important question is which one? Who can you trust to do this work without overcharging and adding any additional hidden costs? I trusted Lees to do the work, not only did they do an amazing job they stood behind their workmanship. A couple of years later the paint oxidized. Lees redid the paint job with no questions askant no additional charge. Again, they did an outstanding job. Recently, I got into a little minor accident and there was no doubt as to where I would bring to have it repaired. I have moved further South and pass numerous auto shops but that did not stop me from bringing my car back to Lees. They must be an awesome Auto Body Shop if they are still there after 30 plus years. It says a lot about the type of person the owner and workers there are. I cannot say or recommend them enough to whoever needs any work done. Thank you Eddie and Gary!

Phenomenal staff. In the middle of a flood warning, they stayed later than usual to make sure I had a battery to get home. The prices are fair. I will be using them in the future for now on. I trust them and that’s rare with all these other auto businesses and random ppl always offering to fix my car q that just want to markup prices as much as they can.

You walk in and you are greeted by Eddie,awesome guy, talk to him for 5 mins and you know you can trust them !No RIP-off very honest and genuine in their dealing.Was updated about the progress of the repair work.Very satisfied with their work.I hope I dont have to return but would highly recommend the place!!

Overall Completely satisfied with not only the means of professionalism, but also the quality work applied to my vehicle. Completed within a timely matter, definitely proper business and applied work constructed over at Lees Auto Body. Takes care of their customers in a way that makes you feel welcome in all aspects of getting work on your car done. We did not have an identified auto body shop until now. Lees will get all of or business moving forward. They were professional, reliable, honest and kept us informed every step of the way. A part needed for the repair of my car was on a national back order, they went above and beyond trying to locate one and once they located one they got my car completed as soon as possible. They made a difficult situation easier and dealing with an impossible insurance company tolerable. They were fabulous, i would highly recommend them.

If I could give more stars I would . Lee’s auto body was amazing I got into my first accident and I was clueless I didn’t know what to do at all. They helped in so many ways , they were only really supposed to fix my car but they did way more then that. They helped me with the other insurance and getting them to speed up the process they would give me updates and tell me everything they were doing with the car . I didn’t have to worry about anything at all . I was in perfectly good hands and I don’t regret going there at all . My car turned out amazing it looks better then when I first got it . I couldn’t have asked for better they were truly amazing . 👌👏

This is a very long overdue review and I feel bad that I didnt write it sooner. Lees Autobody, which Im sure most of you know already, is one of the best! I say that because in conversations with others, they say that they wouldnt take their car anywhere else, and I 100% agree. Eddie and Gary are two of the nicest guys. They are very honest and reliable, as are the rest of the guys who work there. They dont give you the run around or make up trump problems with your car to make more money. They are so truthful about what is wrong and how they will handle it, including very reasonable prices in doing so. My car was totaled and I had a brand new car. Unfortunately, this brand new car was side swiped twice in parking lots without my knowledge of who it was. I was obviously distraught, seen as how the car was brand new. I had to go to them twice and both times , they made feel so at ease and told me they would take care of it for me. They did a great job and at a price I could afford. I left there happy both times and it was a true pleasure dealing with them. I sincerely hope I dont have anymore incidents with my car, but if I do, you better believe I will be going to Lees Auto Body. :)

Eddie and his crew are magicians! Took my Dodge Journey to them with significant damages and got back a brand new truck! I was so happy with their work we brought my moms truck there with rust spots throughout and amazed yet AGAIN!! You NEED to go see them if you need body work

Just picked up my Buick Enclave from Lee’s Auto Body and I cannot tell you how pleased I am! The insurance company wanted to total it but when I explained to Eddie thatmy father just passed away and it was his car and I just couldn’t bear to get rid of it. He went above and beyond to figure out a resolution which would allow me to repair and keep the car and was so accommodating while I worked through the red tape with the insurance company.Hopefully I’ll never have an accident again but if I do I’ll definitely use Lee’s Auto Body!

Our Elantra basically got shot in the face with debris on daily runs on the GSP for work. The Elantra paint also seems to be lacking adhering to the primer. Its a pearl white, difficult to match in any case. Took it to Lees and got a terrific price on the repaint of the hood and touch-ups elsewhere and dropped it off. WOW! Like brand-new and absolutely perfectly matched paint! In two days! Plus it was washed, waxed and vacuumed! Who does that today!? Fantastic service, professional, fast, and perfect! Highly recommend Lees! Lees legacy lives-on since hes left us. Im sure hes proud.
