The truck was acceptable with the exception of the hydro boost brake system needing fluid. It still works but is pretty loud. The main complaint is that again, they tried to charge me for more gas then I used. Luckily I remembered they did this last time so I took a picture of the gas gauge. The last time they got me for $30. The fuel level that they record on the paperwork was higher than the actual fuel level in the truck. I went 15 miles with the truck, put 5 gallons of fuel in it and they still said I didnt add fuel. That would be less than 3 miles per gallon. This is the third time they have played this game at this location. At this point I believe it is a scam and will be reporting it to the BBB and attorney generals office.

My equipment was good - the van wasnt very clean but operated great. I had paid for an appliance dolly and realized when I got home it wasnt in the van.Customer service however is not up to par! We werent greeted either time we went in the building. The gentleman who did our contract finished, handed us the key and said your van is on the far end of the lot (near the street.) We were told it need to be back Monday by 10 AM and nothing else. He did not go to the van with us and/or go over anything.We were not told to look it over before we left the lot or where to bring it back to. When I called to say the dolly was not in the van the girl was on the rude side. I also told her I could tell it had been smoked in even though it was a non-smoking van and I would like that to be noted. Her response was how do we know it wasnt you smoking in there.On the return there were three people in the office right to the left of the counter. One woman was actually leaning on the door jam. No one of them said a thing. After a minute or so I said hello. The response was we will be with you in a minute. As we were being taken care of another gentleman can in. He was not greeted. You could hear the other two women talking in the office. When our girl came back in from looking at the van and getting the mileage my mother said you have another customer standing here. Her reply was, She doesnt start until 10. She was just talking to the other woman in the office (personal chit chat) instead of waiting on their customer. This office needs a little customer service 101 training.

Great prices on their moving boxes, and their moving boxes are much more durable than Walmart moving boxes are.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, they helped attach the trailer and check lights.

Place is clean, staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you are well taken care of, and understand the policies for renting a vehicle.

CHECK THE GAS!I recently rented a 26 truck to move something across town. My son and I picked up the truck and was told it had a full gas tank and needed to be filled when we were done. My son drove the truck to the drop off point and I drove it back to the U-Haul location. When I went to fill it up, it took $20 in gas for the 15 mile trip we made (That worked out to about .53 MPG). I told the guy at U-haul and he nicely told too bad for me. The truck itself was in good shape and the rental was pretty quick and efficient, but all said and done, a $40 dollar rental cost me just shy of a hundred dollars. No offer of a discount on next rental, nothing. Youre welcome for the free gas U-Haul.

Uhaul Workers jumping in front of vehicles blocking off the plaza to other businesses and exits. During road work. The people who work here are insane. I would never do business with them.

Love love love my local U-Haul moving and storage center! I own a small online business when I ship around the world. U-Haul has become invaluable to me making my business successful. They have affordable storage units to rent, cheap shipping boxes in bulk, packing supplies and the best bubble wrap Ive ever used! Im so happy theyve set up shop near me... Its made a huge difference in my business!

Poor condition of vehicle and the 24/7 app can’t locate your location. They know about the glitch in the app but fail to be sure to tell you about the drop box. If you leave the keys in the vehicle they try and charge you $100 because they say they don’t have a spare key. Got my own locksmith to open the truck for $50 and said there is a code on the vehicles to get a spare key made. What a rip off. Pay a little more for a more reputable company that doesn’t rent out junkers.
