Nice clean place to get your washing done. Machines are decent and clean and wasnt very crowded.Clearly some of the reviews for this place arent accurate at all. Dryers dont burn anyones clothes what so ever that is just wrong to say. The place is bigger then most laundromats which is a nice thing.

We had a home emergency and had to get to a laundromat. We drive to three within our vicinity and this one turned out to be the nicest! We were impressed by the arcade, the kids play area, that there is no shortage of places to sit, plenty of table space, and plenty of machines washing and drying machines. The dryers are 10 minutes for .25. You really cant beat that! Plus, the machines accept credit cards! Super convenient! The only thing that could potentially be an issue is the restroom is down. Otherwise, this place is 24 hours, fits everyones schedule, and is really spacious! Well definitely use this location again if we need to.

The business is a nice size many units . I had issues with the dries because there were about a total of 8 not working . The washers worked ok units are in need of update but did work looks to be a busy place but management should take some pride in cleaning and repair . Not knocking the place it helped me through the fact our washer and dryer were not delivered to our home . I would recommend the place safe and secure well lit very bright so for a 24 hour place it works

Literally THE WORST laundry facility!Extremely dirty no attendant. There was even trash in one of the washers. Some of the dryers barely get hot and take your money! You have to walk a mile just to get to the washers. Someone there even got their clothes BURNED! zero stars this place is horrible!

Its nice and CLEAN just needs an ATTENDANT just for QUESTIONS in case something goes wrong

The dryers are totally worthless and the card readers even more so. Every time you swipe it says lost connection.....improve your cheap wifi, you are losing money......I wont use this place again until that improves. I will also tell people about it. Why should I wash clothes there when I cant dry them????? You ever try to move wet clothes??????

I am so done with this place. Why have credit card machines on the dryers if they never work? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve put my stuff in the dryer to come back to it being soaking wet still but took all the money. Or how many times I’ve put all my clothes in the washer along with a bunch of detergent just for the credit card machine not to work, making me have to move to another washer with detergent all over the clothes. It’s ridiculous.

The only reason i sometimes go to this place is because of the close proximity to my home. the machines are always dirty despite “being cleaned twice a day.” its always a toss up if the machine you choose will have a functioning card reader or if you’ll have to switch all your laundry to another machine. sometimes none of the card readers work so you’re forced to go to the ATM across the street. on any given day there will be a significant amount of washers out of service. theres almost always abandoned clothes on the folding tables. the bathroom is only functioning about half of the time. its honestly a hassle to come here which is why ive started going out of my way to cleaner and more reliable laundromats.

Just came here for the arcade, but theyve got a very large and clean facility, which looks like itd be good for the laundry.As for the arcade, they have a multicade cabinet, some claw machines, and the highlight, for me, a Williams Police Force pinball table from 1989, which was in nice condition and played great! Table was set to 50 cents for 3 balls. This place is worth going for the pinball alone, but it looks like a nice facility otherwise, too.

Machines (washers and dryers) always broken, bathroom padlocked often and cc readers dont work half the time.....but still better than any other one Ive been to 😩

I enjoyed this place a few years ago. Theyve slowly gone down hill. Machines are constantly breaking, and during the day its an absolute mess. Im going elsewhere from now on.

Super clean! Lots of washers and dryers, folding areas and vending machines. I would suggest swinging doors, so when youre going in with carts of laundry you dont have to hold the door. I would also suggest an opening on the curb instead of walking all the way in front of save a lot.

Very clean, many machines, most machines accept credit cards! Small play area with cartoons for kids, TVs for adults and a stereo. Loads of space, tables for folding, carts, seating, change machine, bill change, laundry essentials on a machine of you run out... the only downsides are the occasional chance that the machine may break down (its happened to me only once) and the parking lot/ entry is rough. Best laundromat in austintown for certain!

The laundromat of my dreams. Its open 24/7, coin and credit/debit card operated machines and air conditioned. The place is HUGE and is professionally cleaned twice daily and I can always find toilet paper, paper towels and handsoap in the bathroom. There are plenty of places to sit and to fold your clothing. There are plenty of machines and the washing machines range in size from 20 pounds to over 60 pounds so you can choose the appropriate size and save yourself some money. There are snack and drink vending machines(coin & card operated), arcade games and a separate area for toddlers to play. One of the best features is that the dryers give you 10 minutes for 25 cents. I cant imagine going to any other laundromat.

This is my first time ever doing a review. I normally just dont come back to a place if I dont like the service, but this place is so bad, I had to warn people. First, one of the machines ate 7 dollars worth of quarters. So I had to pay to pay twice for 1 wash. Then, I put some clothes in another machine, insert my whole 8 dollars, and the machine stalls smh. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES!!! Worst experience ever 👎👎👎👎👎
