This was our first time using this company to get our carpets cleaned. Working in a restaurant, the carpets end up with a lot of build up from the heavy usage. From the moment we called, they were very professional and had someone come out the same day to give us an estimate. When they came to clean the carpets they were very polite and let us know exactly what they were doing. We experienced a basement flood late evening March 19, 2020. We had carpet, boxes from a home redo 7 months ago which were never unpacked. Our furnace was damaged, walls and stairs. Our insurance USAA recommended Serve Pro. We had heard through the years of this company but had never gone through this dilemma. The next morning, early, and within a few hours they were on the scene. They examined our basement, gave us a complete breakdown, price. the nest morning within 3 hours our carpet was up, put outside, floor disinfected and ten fans were running. All workers were extremely polite, went through with us what to keep and what to pile up in our drive. These were our new friends for the next 6 days. I have never seen a team since my Navy days act so quick and on top of everything. Myself and my wife now realize why Servpro was the name always heard when there is a disaster. We feel very blessed that we were the lucky family to have this team from West Mahoning County come through and saved our home. a sincere and thoughtful Thank You.
He team came out and reviewed our post fire situation and made a plan. They worked with our insurance company to ensure everything was covered. They were well organized. Everyone was exceedingly polite. They had our building cleaner than it has ever been within 3 weeks despite additional problems of weather, mechanical failure of our furnace and loss of water one day from the village water plant. We were able to keep in constant contact with them. The team had to move a lot of furniture and heavy items and no one ever complained. They helped us set up temporary classrooms for children so that they could continue to clean. Nice bunch of people. They also worked well with our local contractor. It was pretty amazing how flexible they were in dealing with so much stuff and so many employees.
Everyone involved was amazing. Within an hour of calling I had everyone I needed here. They did an amazing job tearing out and drying up the house. They kept in contact everyday with me to make sure I was satisfied throughout the whole process. I would highly recommended this company to everyone.

I contacted SERVEPRO of West Mahoning County to help me, with what in my opinion was excessive mold in my living room and around the windows (wood & walls) in 2 of my bedrooms. Since I was a renter, it was specific to my contents only. I spoke directly with Rod, the owner, who was very empathetic to my situation, knowledgeable of the issue at hand and thorough in his estimate to the insurance company. My contents were minimal however he made me feel like a top priority. (This was during the deep freeze then thaw where water pipes were bursting all over) He did what he said and kept in communication. Total professional.
