We hired LL to put down engineered wood on the floor and the stairs.The floor turned out beautiful but the stairs started coming apart immediately.We called their service department and sent in the required photos and never heard back. After a month we started trying to get a hold of the service department but wasnt successful.I must have left 20 voice mails before we got a returned call.The service representative had the contractor call and make an appointment to come take a look at our complaint.The contractor no showed and would not answer his pbone.I finally got in touch with a supervisor who did get a contractor to come to the house.The contractor repaired the obvious issues but did not do anything towards repairing the loose steps in the stairwell. Within two weeks one of those loose steps came loose causing my daughter to fall down the stairs.Do not have LL do your stairs.

We bought from the North I-35 location, wood flooring along with baseboards and trim and 2 10ft butcher block counters for our oversized island. The service, pricing and product exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend LL Flooring!JL

I love my new floors and it took several LL employees to make it happen. Adrian, Juan, Eryka and Carlos (@ north Austin store) are all to be commended for a job well done! They were all very helpful and kind. The installers were awesome, as well. They showed up at my house right on time and were very professional and thorough. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a hiccup on the day of the installation. There was a misunderstanding between me and the estimator. He noted that I didnt want two closets in bedrooms to have carpet removed and new flooring installed, therefore we were short by a couple of boxes. (I walked into every room with the estimator, opened closet doors and told him that I wanted every bit of carpet to be removed from my house.) Anyway, as it turns out, the north Austin LL had my flooring in stock so I was able to drive there to pick up a few more boxes. The floor was completed in one day, just as promised, and it turned out beautifully! I would definitely recommend LL to anyone looking to install new flooring. Thank you for an excellent job!

I bought flooring for my entire home and was very impressed by the staff and the quality/value of the flooring that my wife and I bought here. The flooring looks gorgeous. The staff was very patient and explained the pros and cons of all different flooring types. The flooring and glue and trim was on time and the entire order was correct. I asked the guy working there what I could do about some scratches on my hardwood floor. He said replace them. I was thinking I could just sand them a little and stain & seal them, which I did looks nice. I didnt want to replace them cuz Im kinda a DIY kinda girl and didnt want to spend alot of money, make a big mess, and just screw up in general. He seemed to think replacement was the only answer. He wants to make money, I understand, but giving fair and honest opinions to people is how you KEEP customers.

We just had 6 rooms of carpeting removed and replaced with Aquaseal 72 Elusive Brown Oak laminate flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Our house looks fabulous and our allergies and asthma are already improving. With three dogs, our carpets were ready to go and it finally made us decide to switch to hard flooring. It took us months to decide on the best flooring because Lumber Liquidators has so many to choose from. We visit the Austin showroom several times and ordered many samples online before making our decision. Each time we visited the store, the staff was super helpful and gave us great advice. When we finally narrowed it down to 2 choices, it helped even more that the product we finally chose went on sale for a terrific price. Lumber Liquidators gave us a great deal on the flooring but what made it even better is the installation crew. These guys removed the carpeting and installed the laminate in 6 rooms in less than 2 days. They worked SO hard the whole time, I dont even know how they did it. I was exhausted watching them! I was worried we would be stuck with all our furniture in our kitchen for several days so I was glad they finished so quickly. The did such a GREAT job, that we decided to have our stairs done next! Great products, great service, and great prices!

Everyone was super helpful both in store and on the phone. We were able to look at a few samples and pick the flooring we wanted. I really appreciate the great communication and follow up with the employees we talked to. The flooring looks amazing and we will absolutely be back for our next project.

I normally wouldnt bother writing a review for this type of store, but I was surprised by the negative reviews and wanted to balance them a bit. I had great service from this store. It took longer than expected to get the house ready for install, and the staff was great about just holding onto my (large) order till I was ready. Very happy with service.

The customer service was great. Adolfo, the assistant manager helped me the whole time and was very helpful to answer all my questions. He kept in contact with me (the next day) and made sure I had received a call from the person who was supposed to be out taking measurements at my house. They gave me a wonderful price on the laminate flooring I wanted plus instal and demo. All in all I am satisfied with everything.

The stress of redecorating your home includes hard decisions on the proper type of flooring. I went in there once or twice trying to make a decision. I was bombarded with emails to the point of never wanting to do business with them. I ended up getting my flooring at Lowes

Easy in and out, even I didn’t know exactly what I was going to buy, Robert (the sales person) help me a lot, just took sample of the color a picture of the project and that’s all I need it. Wish every business that I walk in, be as helpful as this place.

Stopped in today to grab some floor for az bathroom project. Needed s quick deal and LJ and Juan very friendly. I was in a hurry and they found d a deal and loaded me fast. Forklift was broken but they carried it out for me. Great guys, will be back.

If youre a contractor dont waste your time here. They have good pricing but theres no accommodations or a way for you to quickly walk in and buy something when they have homeowners there. You will waste more time getting your materials than driving to and from their store.

Today 2-20-19 I went there around 8:20pm and I ordered six bistec tacos, two gringas or quesadillas and one Jamaica drink. I was the only one on the tables area who order food. There was another couple who were eating already. So 10 minutes went by so I went to the cashier and told her that I wanted to cancel my order. She call the manager Leo who told me real proud of his services. You only have been waiting for 13 minutes, so I told him I’m the only one waiting and he reply: there was another order before you. Real poor service for two orders. I hope they get better

Well organized store with friendly staff willing to assist

While I think the product we bought (laminate flooring) will be ok, it is the customer service regarding their return policy that is hideous. Also, how they spoke to my wife is a terrible representation of a company. We bought 1100 sq ft of laminate flooring ahead of the time it was needed for installation. We calculated we needed about 950-960 sq. ft., and the clerk said, lets order a bit more - if you dont need it you can easily bring it back. Once the order was put in, we received our invoice, with payment made. It was printed on the three pages of small print somewhere buried in legaleze that the return policy stated 30 days time period.It turns out our remodel project took longer than intended, and the flooring install fell outside the 30 days. And yes, we have 8 boxes (8!) of unused, unopened perfectly salable flooring.My wife called the Austin, TX store to set up a return and the snot-nosed clerk told her that the return cannot happen, not even with a restocking fee, because it exceed the 30 day time as stated in the contract you signed. Never mind our honest recount of our reasons we have extra flooring (we were upsold) and the reason it went beyond 30 days. We were willing to pay a restocking fee, and these are boxes of flooring that are current, not close outs....they are marketable! No, the clerk went legal on us and tried to sound like he was all about policy and procedure. Well, you signed it...and it says no returns after 30 days.Inflexibility like that, by a punk clerk who played his power hand, just cost Lumber Liquidators a direct customer, and hopefully, too, everyone we tell. This was piss poor service and unaccommodating. We are good-faith people, and their policy, their representative for their company and their image are hideous. Nice play, LL!

I just came to pick up an order for a friend and their custmer service was terrible only one guy in the store and then 30 min after they decided to help me the guy in the back loaded was smoking smh. Very bad customer service I didnt even get their names

I purchased wood from Lumber Liquidators and had them install it the job went okay but I asked the installers name and they told me I ran a background check found out they had felonies for DWI and one arson and robbery cant believe Lumber Liquidators let people work without a background check the one with felonies for orson and robbery told me he was not a citizen my wife later told me and expensive bottle of perfume was missing
