Great people, showed up on time, very polite and professional and did really good work. Ive used them for years for new flooring, wax and repairs. First class work. If I need new flooring, they would be the only people to deal with.

The amazing team at Kristynik just completed a repair to over 800 square feet of custom pecan flooring in our home and a refinish of nearly 1,900 square feet. Sadly we had a burst hot water line that destroyed the floor in our kitchen, breakfast room, and hall. Because all of our floors were laid in a continuous run, it was necessary to refinish ALL of our flooring after repairing the section that was water damaged. We were frantic that there would be no way to match the new floor to the original floor still in place, but they reassured me that they could do the job.They didnt just do the job.....they did an FABULOUS job! You literally cant tell where the 5 year old floor ends and the new floor starts. We had a custom color, and they matched that perfectly also!Everyone who helped on this project went above and beyond what would be expected by most people. Tammy, who works in the office, was so kind and helpful. She bent over backwards to pull the team together for us, even though it wasnt easy with all of the Shelter in place rules. Davis, Trip and Tommy made sure that everything was in order for a 100% beautiful job. Tony and Alex did the actual work on our floors, and they were highly professional, courteous, hard working and talented! Everyone hears about the dusty mess that floor finishing can cause. Well, it was tremendously mitigated by the fact that they covered and sealed almost every surface with plastic tarp and painters tape. When they were done with the finish coat, all the tarps were removed and their work area was left in immaculate condition. When we were finally able to walk on the floors (in socks!) we were stunned by the beautiful job they did.We cant thank the Kristynik team enough for making our floors look as beautiful as the day we moved in!

Davis, Trip, Tom, and Bertin were great to deal with and very professional. Communication was responsive and timely on all fronts. And, the floors look fantastic! The project went smoothly from beginning to end. Expectations of each phase of the project were communicated. We ran into a small issue with one of the boards needing to be replaced after the floors were finished. Tom and Bertin were there the next day and fixed everything to our satisfaction.

Are they the best option -- absolutely. You get what you pay for, and thats unparalleled quality. Even before the start of the project, Trip was extremely communicative. He responded to every email and phone call very quickly. For our home, we were looking to install handscraped wood floor thats done on site. This is an art form really. Time consuming and takes great craftsmanship. With engineered hardwood so prevalent, there arent many flooring places that knows how to do this. Krystynik is one of two places in Austin that can. The day of the project arrives. The crew shows up on time, spent time covering the floors and furniture with plastic sheets so dust wont get on them. At the end of the day, they took everything back down, vacuumed and cleaned my house, repeat the process the next day. They never left a shred of mess, and finished on time every day. Keith the supervisor is absolutely awesome, he coordinated everything, crossed the Ts and dotted the Is. Both Trip and Keith were so quick to answer any questions, via emails or phone calls. I honestly just stayed out of their way and let them do their job, boy are they good at it! I know Krystynik does a lot of big commercial projects such as a huge high end jewelry store (not sure if I can name names). What I love about them is that never once did they treat this small residential project with anything but respect and urgency. I felt like I mattered to them and they cared about every project, no matter how big or small. These people are true pros yall! Thats how you build a reputation! A week and a half later, my floor is done and it looks so beautiful I could cry. Watching the crew handscraping and hand staining the floor is a real treat. Its really amazing work! I couldnt be happier! Trip, Keith, yall are rock stars! If you want some seriously quality work from some seriously skilled people, this is the place folks!
