Tonya helped us get the exact product was wanted and Juan and his crew were fantastic! They worked from dawn til late at night for two days. From the minute we walked into the showroom and we met Tanya, we felt comfortable with her knowledge of the products we were thinking about. She was so patient and kind and just let us take our time figuring out what we wanted. We never felt any pressure at all. She helped us make our final selection and we are so grateful for her input. After we figured that part out, she came out to our house and did the measurements. She took her time to make sure the measurements were correct and then she explained the next step to us. We made the appointment for the carpeting to be installed. The guys that came out to do that were amazing too! They even protected the flooring they werent dealing with. They were exact when laying out the carpet padding and did such a fabulous job laying the carpeting! It looks fabulous and we are SO HAPPY with the way it all turned out.We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BELLUS FLOORING AUSTIN for your carpeting, tile, hardwood and even vinyl flooring. They did a great job with taking out the carpet and replacing with hardwood. We had a hard texture and color to match with in terms of our existing hardwood and they did a great job. We are very pleased!

I wanted to give John and Bellus flooring a strong review. We ran into a problem with the install when the main crew guy called in late saying he would not be into work the day of my install. John had already dropped off the pad and was on his way back with the carpet. John understood how upset my wife was and was able to schedule a crew to come out on a Sunday. Who does that! That was awesome. The crew showed up at 8:30 and was done by 3pm and it looks fantastic. Thanks to John and Bellus flooring!!!

Once again Bellus has done an outstanding job on an install of some Hickory Hardwood. First of all John was able to find an exact match to four year old wood with a partial label. Not only was install perfectly done but they also replaced one piece of the old flooring in the middle of a room that movers scratched and you cant tell which one it was now.I will be using them again in the future.

I am very pleased with the workmanship and installation of flooring placed in the office. They moved the furniture and removed the carpet with no problem. Clean the flooring after installation and removed the mess. It was an outstanding experience.

They did everything they said they would from the quote to day and time they would install. They give a more local family feel compared to some other companies. Only area for improvement is they get busy at the showroom so a little bit of a wait. However for the level of service they provide it’s a small matter.

Floors were installed, and follow up disappeared after my payment was collected. When Tonya came to get the balance owed after installation, I showed her the area that had a hollow, plastic sound underneath, that clearly needed more adhesive underneath. She took a video with sound, to show the owner, John, and assured me she would get it taken care of. Multiple messages left on her cell# and the store’s business phone over 6 weeks have not been returned. We happened to be near the McNeil store 1 month ago and went in to discuss it, and that did prompt a voicemail from Tonya saying she was unaware we’d been trying to reach her. I called right back, left a message, but have had no response to that, or to the 3 messages left at the business since then. Very disappointing. This review might produce a result, but that should never be what prompts decent customer care.

The first floor of my house flooded due to a broken pipe. Overnight, I needed new floors! Dave assisted me every step of the way, and my need hardwood floor is beautiful. They even came back right away to replace one board that had some obvious variations in it. Good job!

Bellus Flooring was a perfect choice for our hill country remodel. They carried a large product line of the LVP we were considering and had no problem installing in our area. We worked with Brandi on the details and possible install issues we might encounter with a new reconfigured kitchen/breakfast area. She consulted with the manufacturer as needed. Pricing was reasonable which included referral & manufacturers discounts. Installation crew was great. Arrived within expected timeframe for the 3 day install. Left no mess behind for us to clean. Will consider Bellus when it comes time to shop for tile.
