Repairs to interior wood doors as well as consulting on glass entry door issues for 2022 budgetary purposes

The snyder team did an amazing job on my project. It was very complex and needed to match the rest of the house. The team was so professional and paid attention to every detail. It turned out better than I expected thanks to them. I would hire them again any time.

We had an early morning break-in with the lobby door glass smashed out. We called Snyder Glass, they came out, measured it, left and came back in a short time then installed like it never happened! They even cleaned up the old glass on the ground. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and do not work with these guys. While I cannot comment on the quality of their work, I can definitely comment on what its like to try to work with them.We originally called on Friday of last week to get a quote for work on our entry-way doors. Our call was answered immediately by a dispatcher whotold me wed be getting a call from a foreman to confirm a time.I next received a call from Cory who setup an appointment for the same day, letting us know they would be out after lunch. Nobody came and nobody called.I called Cory back that evening and left a vmail requesting a call back. Cory called the next morning and apologized, saying he was unaware that nobody had come out and assuring me that somebody would meet me at the business on Monday morning.Good to their word, in this case, I received a call from Mr. Snyder (owner) who was at our business at the agreed upon time. Unfortunately, I was running late and so we agreed he would go to another job and then swing back around to me later in the day. Mr. Snyder did show up again later in the morning and took a look at the job. He was polite and quick and informed me hed have an estimate for us by that evening or the next morning. We did not hear back from him at either time and so I called the company again on Wednesday and asked to speak with Mr. Snyder. The dispatcher let me know shed have him get in touch with me.I had not heard back from him by today (Thursday) and so I called once again this morning. As I was speaking to the dispatcher (apparently on a speaker phone) Mr. Snyder spoke up and said they were typing up the estimate as we spoke. I asked him why he had not contacted me sooner to let me know what was happening and explained my expectations when working with another business and my expectations of myself when working with my own customers.At this point, Mr. Snyder simply said something to the effect of I dont need a business class from you. Best of luck. I offered him the same and we discontinued the call.Like I said, I have no idea whether these guys do good work or not. I can only imagine what its like to deal with them after a job is accepted or when something goes wrong.

We have 14 properties and we use Buford for all of them. From installs to maintenance, they are top notch.

These guys were GREAT! Drove all the way from Austin to Bastrop County (in Friday evening traffic) to fix our broken glass door. They were quick, professional, courteous, cleaned up the broken glass very well... couldnt be more pleased... Thanks!!

BUFORD doesnt need a review. But I can describe him , his work and his team with the following : integraty, honesty and outstanding work ethic .BUFORD and his crew been working on my restaurant 183 Grill for a few days now. due to water flooding inside the dining room . Him and his team stayed till 2 oclock in the morning to make sure the outside is sealed and no more rain will come inside. Hes completely trust worthy. He will get the job done right the first time. Dont call anybody else.

We hit a rock and it went flying into a window and shattered it. Snyder came in a timely manner and fixed it like it never happened.
