Run not walk from this company. With the exception of Diane and Ryan out of San Antonio my experience with Champion has been terrible. I ordered my windows March 26 2018 out of the Austin office (which was shut down at some point in the past 3 years). As of today I still dont have the tempered safety glass windows that I ordered and required per the International Residential Code, and paid extra for. Besides the tempered glass issue there where many other issues just getting my windows and doors delivered from the very beginning. Just dont understand how these folks are still in business. Glad to respond to specific questions if anyway is thinking about using this company. Run dont walk from this company!

Very fast and professional installation. Final product looks absolutely great. Crew was polite to me, they did the lead-safe work just fine, and only one ding on a piece of furniture. Otherwise five stars.

Be very cautious when using Champion Windows of Austin. We have had nothing but headaches since we picked them as our window contractor. As of July 2018, they have not finished with my replacement windows - it has been nine months. The amount of time I have spent dealing with this company is ridiculous, they have not kept any of their promises since day one. I am still getting excuse after excuse from them. I was mistaken by thinking I was dealing with a reputable window company. During installation, two of the windows were broken, months later I still cannot get them to fix the damaged windows. We are told that they cannot find an installer to replace them due to the fact that they do not employ installers, they must contract them. I was assured that I was getting a ten-year warranty with the windows, if nobody is available to come fix the warranty work it seems as if I am out of luck! Please look for a company who will stand behind their products and warranties, not Champion Windows!

Thanks for the black mold. A few years ago we had champion install Windows for our home. They had to come back out 3 times to fix issues such as not properly sealing the windows - come to find out they never had the permits to do the work which could have resulted with a lean on our home. Now years later the wall beneath one of the Windows is falling apart from moisture that seeped in without our knowledge, and we have a black mold problem. This is a result of faulty window installations by champion windows. Black mold can cost thousands to repair and it can cause permanent brain damage or kill you. Potentially this isn’t just about a bad window installation but an event which could ruin my families lives.Thanks champion

Beware!! Beware!! DO NOT USE CHAMPION TO DO HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. Contracted them to do a project in April, 2017 and they still have not completed the work and have no idea when they will be able to get it done. Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone..Received a call from Champion representative Monday, November 20, 2017 with a new proposal and said that we would hear from them by Wednesday, November 22 with more information...and as you can imagine...NO ONE CALLED!Just another example of how unreliable Champion is. BEWARE!

Had a sun room installed 4 years now and still having leaks when it rains. No one in the Austin office can do anything on this problem. They have to have someone from the Dallas office to come down to work an this problem. Today I am still having leaks when we get rain. Next step is going to be a Attorney.

Product looks good and was installed professionally and promptly. Champion and the con reactor, King and Sons, also handled the permit and HOA approvals. They even dealt calmly with the idiots in both city government and the HOA.

We had an excellent experience with Champion. Love the windows and great service too.

No chance to write a review. They didnt even show up for an estimate. Made the appt, even confirmed it with the 1-800 the day of. My sister waited in the middle of the night, no show, no apology, no follow up.got your #, will try to call. If you actually make an appt with her asap and give her an estimate, I will remove the review. Her last name is the same.
