I went to Kay Jewelers looking for a gift for my mom who is difficult to shop for. The staff was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about all the jewelry and options. They asked me great questions that helped me select the perfect gift for my mom without being pushy (and they even offered to clean the rings I was wearing!). I ended up getting a gift for both my mom and me: matching sets of earrings - and now we both sparkle! Thank you Kay Jewelers for a great shopping experience!

I went in to upgrade my wedding ring but did not know exactly how to describe it. I told the wonderful young lady about what I was looking for. She took her time and listened to what I had wanted and around two hours later found the perfect ring. She sent it out to sized to fit my finger and within a week I had my perfect ring. Love this team and definitely will be going back.

I’m a longtime customer, of this store in particular, and have spent my share of dollars on jewelry there. Sure buying it was a good experience, but warranty issues are out the window. From a broken opal, to a $1,000 watch that worked for a week and is now a paperweight.The opal was brought in for routine warranty cleaning (as well as my wife’s other jewelry). We get home and while she’s putting them away, she notices a giant chip out of opal. Bring it back the following weekend (I live far from this store and work a lot. Sometimes it takes a week to find the time to get out there) long story short they told me I should come to the May event and see what I can get for trade in.As for the watch, I’ve called the store repeatedly over the course of two months. Half then time in put on hold and forgotten about. I’ve called Kay store, Kay corporate and nothing.I’m afraid the watch is to remain a paperweight and the opal is 3/4 of what it was.I could not recommend Kay to anyone based on how they leave you hanging once you’ve purchased their product. We’ve shopped other jewelers and never had this issue. It might look nice and appear to be quality, but if there’s an issue forget it.

It is 12:15 and they are still not open.. they should have been open at 12. I called an the lady inside answered like they were open only to see me standing outside, so she tells me she needs 20 more minutes to set up the store. I have been here since 11:30, I know that is before they open, but I was here early so I could be here right when they opened at 12. I first saw a guy inside walking around on his cell phone and then a lady sitting and talking on her cell phone. I have worked retail, and I have worked mall retail before and the whole reason you get there before opening is to set up the store so you can open on time. I think this is super unprofessional and honestly wasting my time. I planned on spending money in here but now I am just going to probably find another jeweler to buy my wifes ring upgrade.

Disappointed in the service at this location. Ive been waiting since the second week of November for my ring that needed to be resized. I have been called multiple times that it has been ready to pick up only to show up with nothing ready for me. I recently came in today because I was told I can finally pick up my ring after 2 months and they still didnt have my ring. Debating whether I should return the ring and getting a refund because the service has been terrible.

My time at Kays was excellent! From the time you walked in the staff seemed motivated and ready to help me. Ive been here a few times and I havent been disappointed. I went to buy Christmas gifts and got helped by the manager who was more than eager to help me. She was very knowledgeable and got me in taken care of fairly quickly. This store is one I would recommend.

Employees are very slow and are terrible at touching base or giving any estimated wait time. I look my necklace to get repaired and and they estimated a couple weeks and it’s been OVER A MONTH, and they keep blaming the shop. Very poor service, no follow up, rude “manager”. I live very far and they said it would be in and I made the whole drive IT WASN’T; then they want to charge the customer on top of all that! Not. Cool.

Don’t bother shopping here unless you want the worst customer service imaginable. We put a ring on layaway and a $100 deposit before COVID and needed to get that money back. They refused to give it until the stores opening claiming we had to “come in and put the refund on the card,” which is total BS. So we waited until the mall was finally reopened and risked ourselves getting exposed to get to the store right at 12noon on Sunday so as to avoid crowds only to have the sales associate said to us through the glass sorry we don’t open until 1pm. Despite the fact EVERY store in the mall was open. I said can we please just get this refund the associate responded not until I put out all the merchandise and get the store ready so sometime after 1pm. Needless to say we left and still haven’t received our money back!!!!

If only I could leave NO stars!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Worst management ever too!!!! The WORST at everything!!!! My husband went in the store and CLEARLY stated that he wanted to be put on the 36 month low interest plan and one of the employees there, had selected no promotional plan at all! We call SEVERAL times about the issue and still no response!!!! UNTIL, I, MYSELF, AND MY HUSBAND, have to call and speak to the manager Megan who also was NOOOO HELP AT ALL!!!! So now, my husbands payments that he had made, all went to NOTHING bc of a mistake that their employee made and the managers refuse to solve. All I get in response is you need to call the credit card company so I do that, and they tell me I need to call Kays bc they made the mistake and they need to SOLVE IT!!!! They fail to give us a credit, or any other type of discount towards the purchase. They are unable to do ANYTHING. I will not be recommending this place EVER to anyone that I know or speak to. I will no longer be stepping foot in this place AGAIN!!!! I hope they dont steal anyone elses money either!! DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE managers. Cant believe thats their version of a manager wow.

I was in this store on Saturday 2/10/18 and my husband and I were looking to upgrade my wedding ring. The employee assumed we would make the transaction right then and there. the employee was subtle in her approach to purchase. But yet persistent. When I allowed her to take my ring to cleaned it they conveniently brought it back alleging that I had a loose diamond to the degree where it was getting ready to fall out at any moment. Mind you the diamonds were fine before I walked in the store. She was all to happy to show me the loose diamond and provide me with a lovely clear plastic bag with perforation in the center so once she open the bag to put the ring in there, the bag created a small hole and BOOM diamond magical GONE when I went to take it out the bag . She literally loosen the diamond to promote DRAMA for a sell. I called customer services they were very apologetic the sent me a gift card to assist on the repair and recommend I visit another Kays. Watch your jewelry when you go in there dont let it out of your site. They missed out on a 6000.00 sale because of their unethical tactics to make a sale. CROOKS!

Definitely the best customer service Ive had at a jewelry store. I got my engagement ring for my fiancee here, but made the mistake of getting the wedding band at a Kays in Waco. When getting it sized to match the ring, they messed up really bad and she couldnt put the rings on together. I brought the rings here and Megan was very apologetic and helpful, and not only did she get it right, the rings were ready ahead of schedule and look absolutely gorgeous together. Im absolutely a customer for life, and will continue to purchase from this store and Megan in the future.

Last week I went into your Barton creek mall location and was completely blown away by how friendly and knowledgeable your staff is i believe the person that was helping me name was megan she was very detailed when explaining the different stones and styles yall carried and my savior I had been looking for a new ring for my wife but couldnt decide on which one to get long story short the ring megan helped me pick was a hit thank you megan for all your hard work

For the most part this is a good location, but up until today we had dealt with the manager Cindy. Today there were three associates and two customers. We went in to get my husbands ring cleaned. One said he’d be right with us. Ten minutes in he’s still chatting and joking with his co-worker who was helping a couple. Seriously. It doesn’t take two people to explain a ring. We walked out pissed.

Purchasing jewelry at Kay Jewelers is a very nice experience but wait until you need to have the jewelry inspected... You will be asked to carry your paperwork with you every time you go into the store. Their computer system will have a hard time locating your purchase.

I just had a seriously horrible experience at this location with a slightly curvy blonde lady who had tightly pulled back hair. As soon as she found out that I was there just to get my ring size, and that my boyfriend would be purchasing a ring later in the week at a different Kays, she lost absolutely all interest in me. I was so excited to go in and hopefully try a few rings on just to give him an idea of anything I loved, plus give him my size. She was 0% excited for me (isnt that kind of their job in that industry...? be excited with the giddy bride-to-be...!), and had her back to me as she answered most of our questions, and when I didnt know what she meant by all of the rings here are cut six and three quarters, she made me feel like a complete idiot by slowing down to a ridiculous speed how quickly she was talking to me... like I was mentally incapable of understanding English. Then, once I figured out what size I was (on my OWN, I might add... she offered no assistance other than sliding the ring thing over to me, then telling me I was a nine, to which I pointed out that the ring right next to the one that was fitting me was a five and a half, so wasnt it actually a six that I was wearing, and not a nine.... yes, yes it was indeed a six), she asked if there was anything else I needed. I said I would like to try on a couple rings just for the excitement and see if theres anything I fell in love with so I could tell my boyfriend. She then informed me that since hes buying at a different location, the size may not be the same. I said that was fine and could she please just let me try on a couple of rings, and she finally obliged.Let me also add that I have a very sick, very close family member who we are hoping makes it through the night tonight, and the only reason I still went and got my ring size is because my Mom insisted I still try to go about my day normally despite our circumstances. Said that I needed to still try to be happy and excited about getting engaged soon (probably this week) even though we are going through one of the hardest times our family has ever experienced. I was already having to fight through the heart ache and heaviness of the day and try to be excited about whats happening in my life soon, and was completely rained on at Kay Jewelers.

Cindy is great and I have never had any trouble with customer service until now. I have quite a bit of jewelry my husband has purchased at this particular location and have even upgraded and purchased a complete new bridal set because weve been happy with the service! My problem is my diamonds in the new set shifted so we took it in November 18, 2016, now here it is February 2, 2017 and I still have NO ring or date when it will come back! I called today and the lady I spoke with was going to call, check the status and call back. NO CALL BACK! It went from this location back to corporate and then to the manufacturer because of the qaud setting the manufacturer has to fix it. This experience alone has me not wanting to purchase anything else from Kays in fear of what if I have to take it in for repairs? There is no telling when I would get it back. Their manufacturer has put them in jeopardy of losing customers and nothing seems to be happening no matter how many times my husband and I call for updates. It didnt even take this long to have the set made :(

Ive been a customer of this Kays for 5 years now and HATED going in because the service was always terrible and I felt like I was treated poorly and judged. However, recently management changed along with the staff and the last 2 visits were very pleasant. I believe Duke was the one who helped me and changed my opinion about this place.

This store has the WORST customer service EVER. Every time I go into this store I get completely disregarded my the staff, even though I have Money In Hand ready to make a payment. TODAY however was the worst. I walked into the store on my lunch break to make a final payment on my boyfriends account. One of the associates was at the register and told me she would help me in just a moment, then walked away. I was under the impression she would be right back....... 15 minutes later no one would even look at me. I attempted to get their attention multiple times and all I got in return was them rolling their eyes at me. And this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I go into this store and Kathy isnt their I am ignored by the entire staff. I go in at least once a month to either make a payment or pick up a piece or jewelry so everyone at the store knows me an yet I still get treated with such disrespect.

I have never had any issues with service or selection. We bought our wedding bands here. We have never been hassled about a return of an online purchase, or given any grief when i ask a million questions about a product. This is the only Kay we visit and we live over 2 hours away with another store only 45 minutes from us.

My friend took his watch back to them to get a cracked crystal fixed. Nearly 3 months later they still know nothing about the watch and have no clue about an approximate return time. Worst place ever. Do not waste your money or time there.

Worst customer service ever. Your only as good as your leader and the manager here is clearly unreliable . Even the other Kay Jewlers stores are saying this. I went in to get a repair on my ring and anything wrong you could think of happening happened. Ive been without my ring for almost a full two months because of all the screw ups and reordering. My husband is also deployed now, So hes not here and neither is my ring that is a symbol of our love. The manager here Is careless and I dont get how she continues to have a job with all the complaints.

Very snooty staff, I was judged the moment I walked in. I took 4 watches in to have batteries replaced and couldnt do any of them. My mistake, thought it was a jewelers store !!! I will never use this store again and will spend my money elsewhere in future.

I came in to ask to see engagement rings. The woman who helped me was rude. Then I came back in about a month later to get a previously purchased ring inspected. I was in a hurry and she said the person who cleans the jewelry was not in and then proceeded to guilt me about not purchasing a teddy bear for charity.
