They will gladly take your business but good luck to you when you have any issues. No one will reply to your emails or call you back, bet you didn’t know that if you sign up for service, that it follows you when you move. You can’t just cancel. They’ll make you jump through hoops.

Its all about Penalty, Penalty and Extra Charges.I have contract with WM for 2 years and I can not wait to be done.Their drivers are trained to look very well and find something wrong inside the container, they take a picture and here we go $125 extra fee.Even when you have a small bag overflow the container, again $125.If by mistake you put a small rubber piece on the recycle container, again, they take a pict and another $125 extra fee.Look all the reviews before you sign with WM Waste Mangt.

Haven’t picked up trash that has been sitting at the curb for TWO WEEKS. And I was assured I would get a new recycling bin on July 9 because that was the “next available recycling pickup day”... but alas. No new recycling bin. Just the same disgusting, smelly one that was left by the previous owner of this house. And this was after I had to have the utilities manager have them bring me the new trash bin they failed to bring on July 2.UPDATE ON JULY 10: I sort of got a new recycling bin... if you count a disgusting trashed up used one that doesn’t look like the disgusted trashed up old one. And WM still didn’t take the old one.UPDATE ON JULY 12: still have two dirty old recycling bins. WM dispatcher sent the trash guy instead of the recycling guy and he wasnt allowed to haul off the old ones and obviously didnt have a new recycling bin. But I explained my issue to him and he called the dispatchers directly and put in a ticket for me. They were supposed to come handle everything today. They didnt.When WM originally responded to this review on on July 10 asking me to email them, I did. Then Alicia emailed me saying I had to take it up with the City of Manor. Which Ive already done four times and the city has talked to Waste Management four times about getting this handled. Each time, WM has assured the city that they would get it handled. And each time, WM has bungled it.

Good service, trash is an expensive endeavor. I wish more people would come here instead of dumping their trash all over Austin.

We got a temporary dumpster, and filled it up. I called in Monday morning and asked that it be swapped out with an empty one, and extended a week. Even though I had called the number on the side of the dumpster, they told me I had called the wrong number, and gave me a new phone number to call. I called, and called, and called, and got transferred, and got transferred, and an hour and a half later, I finally found someone, who informed me that the home owner would have to call in and make that change. Faced with trying to get a little old lady to understand the phone system, I called back and told them to come pick the thing up, and that Id be getting a new one from a different company.The day for pickup comes and goes, and they never show. I called on the day of scheduled pickup, and they assured me I was scheduled for a Wednesday pickup, but they never came.Thursday I call back, and after multiple transfers, new phone numbers, etc, Im finally told that I had authorized them to extend it a week of time, and that they wouldnt be picking it up. I told them I had only wanted to do that if a new dumpster came, because I told every single person I talked to in all of this that the dumpster I had was completely full. So, they wouldnt allow me to order a new dumpster for the homeowner, but they allowed me to extend the time on a completely full dumpster. Sure, because I love to pay extra for a giant thing to sit in our yard, unusable, with a landscaping crew trying to work around them. They finally scheduled a pickup for me for the next day, but they refused to reverse the charges for the Thursday and Friday that this thing was sitting here, after I had told them to get it Monday (which should have meant a Tuesday pickup.) Apparently, even though they have several different phone numbers posted all around, its my responsibility to know which one is which.The last phone call I made on Monday was Come get this thing out of my yard. Its Friday morning, and its still here.Though our order was over $600, they refused to reverse a $20 charge, over something that is their mistake. Good job, team.This company is horrible. Dont use them. The new dumpster service I found is not only friendlier, but the same sized dumpster was about $200 cheaper. I wish I had used them in the first place. I use these things a lot, as do my family and friends in the construction business, and Ive informed all of them, and they wont be using them. Most of them had already known had terrible they were to deal with.

The waste management service that comes to Boulder Ridge mobile home off killingsworth lane,asked if I needed my trash emptied( had not set trash can out,been sick) I said that would be great they got it emptied put it back where it was,! I was never asked that before! I was impressed!! Thank you for going extra mile!!!

They missed my pickup on Tuesday for no reason my can was out. Ive called every single day this week and my trash is still on the curb. You cant get ahold of anyone on the weekends because theyre closed. They told they would pick it up by Thursday afternoon at the latest yet again my trash is still on the curb. A supervisor was supposed to call me back yesterday and I never received that call either. Im not asking for anything major just for them to do their jobs, instead they give the customers a big middle finger.

Ridiculous $121 minimum charge. No real reason. The guy said they implemented this so they wont be as busy. This place is cost prohibitive unless you are dumping a ton of garbage. Im pretty pissed off and will not be back. Maybe thats their intended goal.

Terrible facility!!! Dont plan to get there before 5pm and expect to get in! They dont want you to arrive minutes before 5pm...they are closed in their minds..and will argue with them until after 5pm...just so they cant let you in to dump via argument to waste time. Ive NEVER met a more unprofessional booth operator...less interested in helping you get in and get your load dumped..only interested in when she can leave...and how hard she can shut the window in your face. (Im not exaggerating...unfortunately) She called the manager Jose..he never showed...then she claimed he left...5:08...seriously? All the while large trucks continue to drive in using their accounts no sweat. She offered us to pay cash as a bluff, as she said she closed her card machine..but once I had the cash...she then changed her mind! My goal..is to see her removed from her position...find out her manages her

No one answers the phone. No idea how much it costs to drop something off their. What a joke. And they want our environment to be clean??
