They dumped my clean appropriate recycling into my trash bin this morning. Pretty sure they did it with the entire condo property. Im quite irritated.

I will give them 0 star this company is a joke they keep changing your bill and the words of this company is the costume service I have been trying to canceled my service with them a 5 weeks ago and all what I get from them is waited for your representative to call you my advice is don’t do business with this company in less if you want trouble 😔😡

Unbelievable. This company is a joke. Worst service ever. They have no organization skill or customer service skills. I am done. Finding a new service. Maybe i should have read reviews before I even called them

We bought our house on 11/27 and a week before, I called Republic Services to set up the trash service to start on 11/27. The rep on the line said they would deliver our new trash can and recycling can on 11/24. Never did get those new trash cans and when we moved it, the cans were the ones the previous owners had. No big deal, I thought. I got the bill for the quarter (pre-paid) and the service was indicated to have started on 11/23. No big deal again, so I paid for it on 12/8 ahead of the due date of 12/10.Even though Ive prepaid for my trash services for the quarter, our trash and recycling cans were removed from our front yard without our knowledge. We reached out to Republic Services to ask if they can send over some new cans as well... we do need trash service. Its been more than a week and no one from Republic Services has reached out to us nor do we have any cans. So weve just paid for services we didnt even receive. I cant even understand why they would take away our cans.Now to figure out where to throw our trash. THANKS FOR NOTHING REPUBLIC SERVICES!

Why cant I find a phone number to contact these people? I have been paying online and then it wanted me to verify my email but kept having issues. Now I cant log in at all. When I put in my zip for a phone number it says they dont service that area but they obviously do! Very frustrating.

4/17/2018 OMG I tried to give them another chance. Bad idea. I will be calling first thing tomorrow to cancel services. I wouldnt keep them if they paid me too!The worst service ever. I talked to 7 different people and was told my area wasnt serviced (others in my neighborhood has it). I decided to go online to order it and paid my $50 deposit. Scheduled the delivery for 3/30 (I received a email confirmation with an order number ) The 30th came and still no trash can . I called to confirm and was told I never put in the order , the order # that I had was too short and they never recieved my deposit. Also, that they dont service my area. I asked for a manager and the rep amazingly found my account and told me it would be delivered on Tuesday 3/3. I later called in and asked how many bags that I could leave out for my first pick up since I was just moving in and would have more trash then usual. I was told five. I left five out for Tuesday and they only took 2. Called in about it and was basically told tough luck my friend. I will soon be switching from this company

I signed up 4 months ago based on a quote they gave me for $67 for service. Ive paid more than that every month of service. Now theyve jacked up my service for a processing charge for Processing Charge. Not cool!

Drivers unprofessional and inconsiderate. Sometimes either not pick up trash or leaves the trashcan turned on its side
