Owners are super easy and friendly to deal with and the prices are quite reasonable considering all you get. Interior spaces are spacious with tall ceilings for lighting and camera elbow room. Ample free, simple to access lot and street parking. The immediate business district offers a dizzying range of fast casual dining, along with more upscale options, and myriad shops, retailers and production supply vendors. Our corporate video we filmed here was a huge success, and our client and crew were so pleased with the overall setting and ease of work flow.
