ONCOR hired these losers to trim trees around the power lines in our neighborhood. They left plastic trash in our yard along with a pile of limbs and vines. I have tried contacting them with no response and their unprofessional crew made sure to leave as I was pulling into my driveway so I could not confront them personally. I would suggest no one use this company.

Wright Tree Service was hired by AEP (the electric company) to trim the trees in the power lines throughout our neighborhood after an ice storm. They worked from 2-6 pm on a Friday afternoon and NEVER returned to pickup or haul off the branches. Our neighborhood is predominantly elderly residents who are not physically capable of clearing the branches themselves or able to afford a lawn service to do it for them. The piles of branches remain stacked along the property fence lines and within the alley ways.

Intentionally tried to run me off the road after slowing until the light on 183 was near red.After seeing that I made the light and was going to pass this large slow truck. Wrights was trimming trees away from powerlines when they mistakenly knocked a wire down that leads to my house.ibe begged oncor and wrights to please fix it,my son is blind and its laying across my yard,still connected,Im scared to let my kids or dogs outside

I have always heard and read negative things about wright tree service, and I finally understand why. They came to trim my neighbor’s tree today, and they used the entirety of my front yard to stage and break down their work. They didn’t ask, and they left behind a good amount of sticks, branches, and leaves. My yard is a mess, and their work didn’t even have anything to do with my property. I guess the money they got in their deal with google fiber was enough to warrant bad/careless behavior with anyone else involved. I will definitely advise against ever using wright tree service if any of my friends/neighbors/family members/clients/colleagues need to find a tree trimming company.

Ruined 2 fences and left gate open. refuse to make repairs.
