STAY AWAY!!!! This has been the worst experience EVER with this company. I was stuck on the side of the highway and 1 hour later they tow my car only to break down with a FLAT TIRE and they took my car to their location without my consent and had locked my car. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF and my insurance company provided this company and I paid this man. They are refusing to release my car to a different tow company. I am getting a lawyer. Unprofessional and Not safe

When broken down twice in a week, my insurance company sent the same lovely gentleman out to rescue me and both times he arrived earlier than the ETA & took care of my car safely but very quickly!!

It seems more than a few have had a bad experience but guy came before ETA and delivered my car with in 10 minutes. I give them an excellent rating. Thank you

Driver showed up with a bad attitude, asked a bunch of dumb questions and talked to me like I was stupid. When I offered to give my business to someone else he was happy to drive away.

Read the other reviews and did not seem too good so I got nervous. The guy in a black Kia Spectra arrived 15 minutes before ETA and called me and stayed on the phone until he found me. I had my wife son and one-year-old in the car.The only thing I feel that could have made it better is if I had the ability to track the actual drivers progress.

Arrived within an hour. The driver was very polite and got the job done. Thank you!

I would leave a 0 star rating or negative; however, I am required to include a star to post my review.3md towing LLC was dispatched to tow my vehicle to the shop for a tire repair. Easy fix...right?! How about: THEY DIDNT SHOW! Despite a text message advising that they were onsite, they WERE NOT! When I called to make sure that they were not lost, the told me that he doesnt know why I received the message. The driver would arrive in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes passed. I called again and was told that it would be 10 minutes. The shop was to close within 25 minutes....and still no 3md towing LLC. No surprise that they NEVER showed!With COVID-19 making its way through the city, now is NOT the time to be stranded. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE. VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!!

He did not secure the car down all the way so it bounced out of place and when he dropped it off he scratched up the rim letting it roll while cricked... then said he’s not going to pay and if you call insurance they won’t either cause it’s not real damage. Left mad. Tried to leave without us taking pictures. Have him on video saying he works so he’s not paying for it.

Was an hour late, after I already waited one hour. Poor communication. Driver told me 20min and then 20min later told me 20min again. Would never recommend them or use them in the future.

Told me he is gonna take it to caliber collision “in a few hours”. Checked my cars tracker and it’s still there... sitting in his lot. My insurance is annoyed, I’m annoyed. LET SOMEONE ELSE TOW YOU. THESE GUYS ARE BADDDDD NEWS.

Was selected by my roadside service. 45 minutes after his arrival time he calls to say his truck is broken and will be there at 8am on Sunday. Hard to believe a company truck can break down at 11:30 on a Saturday night but would be up and running at 8am on a Sunday.

No good. At all the tow truck driver was Cussing me and told lies to the dispatcher very bad people
