Simply put - The BEST way to take in Austin. The bat bridge tour was exactly what we were hoping it would be! Highly recommend!!

We took a tour of the capital. I thought they did the best job of teaching us how to use the segways and making us feel safe and confident. The Segways were my favorite part of the tour. The talking part was okay, but the ride around town was my favorite. I didn’t want to go back

We made reservations on Groupon for the 9:30-11:30 tour and it was awesome. When we came back after the tour we made another reservation for the 7-9 bats under the Congress bridge and again it was awesome to do. Raymond and Michael our tour guides were very polite and professional and demonstrated on how to use and operate the Segways. We will be coming back in a couple of months and take their tours again. Highly recommend Segway tour!

Had a great trip today with our tour guide Michael. Never been to Austin before or been on a Segway.Orientation was great, we both found getting used to the Segway super easy and had a blast.Highly recommend seeing this beautiful city this way. Covered so much more ground than we could have on foot.Segcity Tours were organised, professional, knowledgeable and great fun.Definitely five stars.

Horrible place. The owner Shay is fake and very creepy. Hell literally do anything to get your money and will cancel on you with zero notice. He tried to under pay me as an employee here multiple times and all his employees. He tried anything and everything to not pay his employees the full amount they worked. Worst job I have EVER had.

Awful experience. Worked the office, gave tours, and helped with online advertising/website design in 2018. My employment here ended in a months-long battle via the Texas Workforce Commission, just to get paid what I had rightfully earned. (I know at least two other employees who also had to file with the TWC due to unpaid wages(theft))As far as the customer experience- Shay is an extremely shady individual, ready to take your money no matter how disappointing your experience might be. Please take your money elsewhere so that others may not be taken advantage of in the same ways.

We had an amazing experience with Christ (our tour guide) he had a vast knowledge of the city and what’s what! Overall a great way to get to know the city in a short amount of time, we felt safe and confident on the segways, and got frequent breaks for water!

Great tour and tour guide, Chris was an amazing tour guide. Very friendly and Informative. If you want something awesome to do in Austin, then you have to do this tour..ask for chris. :)

I took this tour with my parents, and we all enjoyed it so much! My mom struggled a bit with the machine, but our guide Raymond was extremely patient and understanding with her, and he continued to devote special attention to make sure she felt comfortable throughout the tour. Our guide was super knowledgeable and clearly an Austin native, and he gave us tons of recommendations for the weekend. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was so informative, fun and made our ride so enjoyable. From the training to the beautiful pictures captured throughout the ride, wonderful customer service was offered! Although we had 14 people in our group, the ride was well worth it and we all enjoyed the time we spent. Definitely recommend!

Did a two hour tour. Had a fun time. The Segway was easy to operate and our guide was very nice and informative.

I walked here to see if I could order a Segway Ninebot Kickscooter Max and found that this location is not a location to buy scooters. They may sell something here but for now that something is not a Segway of any kind. They order their own machines through another vendor, they said.

The staff at this location are very friendly and welcoming, the tour was actually very informative we had a knowledgeable tour guide with us. Seeing the Capitol building was interesting as well we are from out of town so to see the capitol building was pretty awesome. Lastly the Segways themselves are very easy to ride and require no effort to balance. I would be very open to the idea of buying one to ride around my neighborhood every now and then. these are good machines for the city. LOVED IT!

Eight friends took the 2 hour tour with Shay as our guide. Shay and everyone at Segway Austin could not have been nicer. Shay guided our group of 8 girls, age 17 to 67, and it was so much fun!! Will definitely take the tour again!!!

We had a total blast riding around Austin! Our guide was safe and fun and we even got to spray-paint a wall! I highly recommend!

Have taken the riding tour multiple times, both as team event and privately, great fun, friendly guides. Last time they went out of their way to maximize our daylight time, made sure we were safe but didnt bore us with overlong instructions.

First ever Segway Tour and it was such fun. We had a small group so there was no trouble hearing the guide. Easy to learn to navigate the segways. Multiple great recommendations for food, drinks and fun around Austin after our tour.

Kent was the most awesome Segway instructor and guide we have ever had. Such a fun experience! We hope when we come back to Austin that he will still be around! Seriously!

Would highly recommend, and incidentally, the segways were easy to learn how to operate thanks to the excellent instruction before we left on the tour.We toured the city for about 3 hours on these segways. I had visited Austin before, but never appreciated the history and local color as much as I did this time thanks to our hilarious guide.

My family surprised me for Father’s Day and the 2 hours was great and our guide Raymond was informative and very kind!!!

We took a very informative segway ride. The guide gave us some history, and we visited the capitol. Our favorite part was when we were allowed to ride without the guide. This was fun. Highly recommend.

My new favorite way to tour a city!Segways are pretty easy to control and allow you to zip along between sites. Gives you the interaction of a walking tour with the speed (somewhat) of a motorized tour.The Austin one stays in the central downtown area - State Capital to Lady Bird Lake Trail - and has just about enough to cover a couple of hours.

We really enjoyed our Segway tour. One off bucket list... Highly recommend this great tour.

Our first segway tour in Austin was a blast! We had the best tour guide! Its a great way to explore Austin and show family around with a twist. We highly recommend SegCity and would definitely take our family back out again!!

Great fun! I took my son for his 14th birthday and we had a blast!Our tour guide took us all over downtown Austin and was extremely knowledgeable about Austin history!We did make it out to the graffiti wall...and I totally understand why they are having to relocate it. MANY of the people who drove there were unbelievable rude! People who lived in the house right next to it had to wait over 10 minutes just to find the person that parked in the mouth of their driveway, making it impossible to exit. So many cars clogged and blocked the street we could barely get by, single file on our Segway. Emergency vehicles would not have been able to pass.

My tour guide was very friendly/funny, but we signed up for the street art tour and all we saw was 2 statues and 1 graffiti park in over two hours. It was cool to ride around the city on Segways but we were really hoping to see some of the cool murals we had seen photos of, especially the “Greetings From Austin” mural.

My mom and I did a tour this morning and it was fantastic. Would definately do it again!! Looks a lot harder than it is to master the Segway

I may be wrong, but theres just no way you can look cool on a Segway. I gotta give these guys 4 Stars, just for the entertainment value they provide every time I drive by a gang of people standing completely erect zooming down the sidewalk with helmets on. Guys, you look like doofuses.
