I received great service here! He helped me get my TV into his store and quickly got me checked in. The $39 diagnostic fee is very competitive! It only took a few days for him to figure out the problem, and he told me that honestly, it was not worth repairing. I appreciate that he didnt try to do an expensive repair. He also offered to dispose responsibly of my television. 5 star service!

Wonderful service by Essie. He came out and picked up two hdtvs from our home. One was either defective from the factory or damaged by Amazon (not repairable). He was able to fix our old one by replacing the motherboard is no time at all. Picked up on Friday and was ready the next day. So happy we found HD-TV. We will be purchasing from them in the future. Essie is a fantastic guy. I had lost screws to the legs of my TV when I was moving and it was impossible to get help from Samsung. I called up Essie hoping I could buy some screws and he was so helpful and generous he found the screws I needed and gave them to me for free. Hes a genuinely great guy and whenever I need TV repair, you can bet Ill be coming back!

He (Essie, the owner) came in swearing that he was the best of the best. I was impressed by his confidence. But when he failed to fix the problem, he got really rude. I could understand that I have an old TV, and that it cannot be fixed because the part is not available anymore. But there was no reason to start yelling, and even invoking God about it! Specifically, he yelled that if he couldnt fix the TV, even God couldnt. I said there was no reason to be blasphemous. But he only reiterated that if he couldnt fix it, neither could Jesus! I couldnt resist saying that Jesus could raise the dead, are you saying he cant fix a TV. And his only response was: so call Jesus! I found the experience quite unbelievable. Apparently, he is great when he is able to fix something. But when he fails, he becomes quite discourteous, unprofessional, and downright offensive.

Our TV went black. When we called, he came out to our house that morning. He took the TV back to the shop and the next day we had a working TV delivered and set up in our living room. Serviced my 55 inch visio tv in one day. No surprises. Reasonable rates.

Quick and thorough repairs. Samsung plasma went out after a storm. Took it in and was diagnosed in a day as a fried motherboard from a surge in the HDMI port. Ordered a part and had it repaired in less than a week. Works great. Hopefully dont have anything like this happen again, but will take here if I do. Great work.

Lamp went out on my TV and was able to take the lamp to the shop and they were very knowledgeable and could verify the lamp was bad by site. After that, very fast in replacing the part and was able to speak towards my television without even seeing.Would recommend them from my experience.

I went to repair 2 laptops. I agreed to pay extra to complete job within 1 week. They took 2 weeks, and I had to bring back twice. They also lost one of my chargers, and tried to blame it on me. So $440 later Ive had a terrible experience. I would recommend this company to no one.

WOW! My TV broke this morning while watching the morning news. I panicked! #firstworldproblems I called and they said they would be by between 2 & 4. At 3:30 they arrived, quoted me a price and took the TV with them. I was hoping and praying the TV would be ready later today because I still need to watch last nights episode of The Walking Dead. They didnt make any promises but said they would try. They called me an hour later said they had the part and would try to get it to me that night. By 6:30 I had a working TV again and I paid the exact price they quoted. Im so happy I could cry!

The man that answered the phone had zero interest in helping me. I asked several times if they fixed circuit boards and he kept saying they he didnt have a part to sell me. I repeated several times that I wasnt looking to buy a replacement but that I wanted the part I have fixed. Finally he told me it was $29 just to see if he can fix it and if he could there would be an additional charge! Screw this place, Im not paying $29 dollars so he can say nope, sorry buddy, I cant fix it. Thatll be $29

HDMI inputs on Samsung UN55B8000 fried after lightening strike. They picked up TV on Tues and returned in on Wednesday with a new motherboard. All inputs work great. Less than $300. Cant beat that.

It was a call. The person who answered seemed disinterested in offering any assistance. When I finally explained the situation his reply was tart.

Cant recommend these guys.I brought in my 3 year old 47 LCD TV after if stopped turning on. The power indicator light would just blind and the screen would stay blue (as if it was warming up). They charged me $20 for a diagnostic and a day later called me back saying that the main board was broken and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $365 for the repair. I asked what was wrong with the board and they couldnt tell me. Just said that it needed to be replaced. I did some research and found a used version of the board online for $134. Not sure how much a new one would be or where to get it.However, I also found out that this (blinking power light) was a common problem on this model TV and that there was a software upgrade that was could possibly fix it. When I picked up the TV they told me they had tried the upgrade but it hadnt worked. However, I had a different result. I followed the online instructions and, with nothing more than a software download and usb install, got the TV working fine in about 20mins. I wish I had tried this earlier. Could have saved the $20 fee.

These guys are superb. They are opened on holidays and respond back instantly to your calls. They took my tv and returned with working part just with in a 2 days. That is just awesome. The diagnose charge is taken off from the labor cost. They would pick ur tv from ur car to there store.I would recommend them to everyone.

HD-Tv repair took great care of me. Not only did they fix my tv but they did it in no time. Theyre in contact with me to let me know the different options I had to get my tv fixed before pursuing. Took my 55 inch samsung tv in for repairat hdtv repair. They charged $29 to find exactly what was wrong. They called me and said it would cost $180 to fix it. 2 days later my set was up and running. Great job guys and thanks. I will let family and friends know where to take there electronics for repair.

The service was satisfactory, although it took more than 1 day to get my report. When I did get the report it was about the wrong tv...and they said they had fixed it for under $200. When I arrived though, they discovered their error and said my tv could not be fixed. The good parts: This is a locally owned shop, not a Best Buy geek, who wont even look at your tv if its over 4 years old. People make mistakes and at least they did give me a full refund. I would recommend them even though they did lose my tv for a moment. I hope they improve their tracking system and Im glad they are willing to fix any tv.
