Ive been working with Sumi for the past two tax seasons (FY 2012 and 2013) and am privileged to have her as my CPA. She does my husband and my personal taxes every year, as well as the forms needed for our two LLCs. She is incredibly responsive and goes out of her way to help. Because of her strong (but beautiful!) accent, I find it easiest to communicate with her in person. But she always makes herself available to meet with me, talk on the phone, or email. I called Sumi with an urgent (to me) issue regarding the IRS taking all of my refund for someone elses debts. She agreed to meet me very early the next day and had already researched my issue as shed not come across it before. I gave her all the paperwork she needed and she promised to have it to me a few hours later! She did just that! I had my 2015 taxes to file yet as well, and I felt so good about her when meeting her, I agreed on the spot to have her do those as well. Same day turnaround on both items. Now, this is late July, we cannot expect her to do the same at peak times, but I was very impressed with Sumi and will use her services again. I will also gladly share her name with friends.
