This company was very professional and very good communication.Marshaun Levy was my service guy and he was so professional and nice. He even helped me load the bins.I also noticed that when he loaded a full bin into the truck, he locked it. Very good security of personal documents.I definitely recommend this company!

My job is on the campus of TAMU. ATI has been handling our doc shredding for about a decade. ATI provides a rolling locked container for our documents that must be shredded. Drivers pick up monthly by routine, but more often if you need them.Always pleasant and businesslike, our driver, Mr. Marshaun Levy does a great job for us. In and out with a smile. He collects my signature and gives me a copy of the pick up ticket. I have recommended them several times to colleagues.

They came to my place of business and collected the documents to be shredded. Easy as could be. Very friendly managers on the phone!

Their drivers are rude and need to be retrianed. This driver Keith about ran over me and he had the nerve to curse me when he was in the wrong. The police was called and since he didnt cause an accident there was nothing the police could do except tell him tovdrive more careful and applogize to me. This employee who is supposed to be taking care of secure documents from a bank has a poor attitude. How am I supposed to belive he cares enough about the documents he is supposed to be guarding to keep them safe when he has an attitude like that. I informed the bank of his attitude and the attitude of the owner and hopefully they care enough about the banks information to do something about it.
