Worst experience, They have no ethics 😡😡I filed a consumer complaint against them.I have purchased tickets for a show which was cancelled, it’s been almost 4 months and still I didn’t get refund. Initially I got an email stating I will get my refund in 10-15 business days, which never happened. Now They are not answering any phone calls or emails. I doubt now I will get my money back. Even the event organizer tried to contact them regarding refund but they also didn’t get any information.I am not going to buy anything from Sulekha. I’m done with them. I recommend event organizers to use another platform to sell your tickets because most people has similar experience with them.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

No communication after several attempts for the payment I suppose to receive from the selling of the tickets. After more than 10 times I have decided to write on social media to collect my partial pending payment. No one is responding on email or over the phone regarding my partial payment. Person/accountant they have assigned not picking up my phone at all. Email I am sending was not responded by any of them. Worst service ever. Try to collect more money then what they suppose to. For less than $300 it is not worth to go after them. Reach me out if anyone has question - I will let you know if they have made payment or not.

Sulekha is the best website for me to find almost anything. When I was moving to Bloomington, I was not able to find any good place to live. Everyone was just distracting and then I searched a flat on Sulekha. Luckily I got a call from the flat owner and the flat was on right location just few kilometers from my office. When I need a roommate then I just simply place an advertisement on Sulekha and I was able to find a suitable room partner. This was my experience on Sulekha.com, not only physical things, but you can also find Services and Jobs from there. Whatever you need, just search it and you will get your thing.

I have been trying to get a status on my refund for a cancelled event since March and I have not received any solid information regarding the same. The refund email was sent to me by Sulekha USA on 12th March saying it will be refunded within 10-15 days. I first contacted Sulekha after 15 working days passed, I was told that refunds are delayed due to COVID-19 and that they have processed it but it will take some time to get to me (God knows if the refund is walking on foot to reach me from Texas or what). Second time I contacted them few days later, I was assured that I would get the refund within 20-25 business days after the event cancellation. 25 days passed and I got nothing. I got frustrated and called them, the customer support agent kept repeating these words - Refund will processed shortly Sir. and without listening to me she hung up the phone. If this is how they treat their customers, I would say Sulekha does not even deserve to be a company at all as it is being run by a bunch of unprofessional and uneducated people who lack information that the customer has every right to know. I submitted email request asking for my refund several times but unfortunately I have not heard back yet on any of those email requests. We are in May now and I do not know when the right time will come, I have started to feel like Sulekha is just trying to avoid answering to me and waiting for me to gradually give up and let it go. This is truly unprofessional and unacceptable. So Sulekha, you have won as I have finally given up trying to reach out to you for an answer and have decided to contact my Bank to file a claim against your con company but I will not leave any opportunity to provide a feedback as negatively as possible. I will never be using Sulekha and advise anyone who is reading this to do the same. These people dont care and offer pathetic customer service.
