A Process Server in Houston that works for this company, filed a Return of Service with the Court under Penalty of Perjury, stating that he had personally served me when in fact he had not and so therefore I missed my right to defend myself in court and the Plaintiff was granted a Default Judgement in the case. I reached out via email to this company and have not heard back from them.
