Excellent experience! Was able to serve a registered agent in Dallas same day. Communication was prompt and we were told exactly the steps that would happen including a notification of service email that was triggered immediately after service. Corin was professional and friendly, 10/10 would use again.

Tried 2 different times to get things delivered with proof of service and no luck. Thats a lot of money for things that mean a lot to people. And dont forget these are matters that are on a time frame. If u have patience and time maybe. But would be better off doing it yourself.

Corin and her team are hands-down the best process serving company I have ever worked with! Corin was friendly, professional, responsive, and informative from the first phone call and all the way through to the completion of service. Serving subpoenas can be very stressful, and I had 8 of them that needed service effectuated ASAP. I wasnt even sure that anyone would be able to (let alone WANT to) to take on this job. But Corin gladly accepted the challenge. She was in communication with me throughout the whole process which helped put my anxiety at ease. I especially appreciated the automated status report emails with the time/date/recipient info and notes. It was so nice to receive information right away instead of having to wait around for the signed affidavits . But even then, she returned the signed affidavits to me on the same day, which is practically unheard of! If I ever have to serve documents in Austin again, I know exactly who I will call. When I first spoke with Corin in October 2018, she quoted me $35/defendant to serve by certified mail. In December, she emailed me that her price went up to $45. Her prices and RUSH fees appear to fluctuate based on her discriminatory and unethical practices. In her most recent email, routine 5-7 days certified mail is $45. Rush 1-3 days is $60. Priority Rush within 24 hours is $75. Most process servers routine service (2-3 days) dont charge RUSH fees. I found reputable service who got the job done on same day for $45. If you dont want to deal with discriminatory and unethical hassles to nickel and dime you, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Corin and her staff were beyond fabulous! I had a very abnormal situation that required a lot of attention. Corin spent a ton of time communicating with me and empathizing with my situation, while performing all of the tasks I expected when hiring her company to perfection. Just to let you know her character and truly the type of person she is, I spent a morning texting her back and forth venting about my situation, thinking I was texting one of my friends. She was compassionate in her responses and I had no idea I was texting with her. Once I realized it, I apologized for taking up her valuable time and she said no problem at all and it actually happens to her quite often. What that tells me is that she really cares about her clients and making sure that she is doing all she can to support them in every way she can, not just fullfilling her business obligations (which again, she does at the highest level). I cant say enough good about Sparre Process Serving. When I discovered that one of the defendants was literally in the midst of packing up his truck, I called Corin freaking out because we already had one individual who split the state. Less than an hour later she had him served! But it didnt end there; she was also able to get served another defendant who had a lengthy history of dodging service (last time we used the Constable and were forced to file a petition).
