This used to be a good place. Unfortunately, lately, the front desk employees are so bad, it is hard to even re-fill a prescription. It takes me hours and days on the phone to have them send a simple prescription to my pharmacy. It is ironic that appointments (for which you pay) can be scheduled immediately.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gaglani and her staff for many years and am very pleased with the services provided. Shes been able to bring under control the many allergies I have. About 1 1/2 years ago, she spotted unexpected lab results that indicated I should see an Oncologist. Yes it was cancer, but because of her attention to detail it was caught in the early stages. I recently was declared cancer free. I am so grateful! Her staff rates among the best! They are always friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra miles to assist patients.

Moving to Texas I was worried about Cedar, and allergies in general as someone who suffers typically. I was able to see Dr. G quickly, get my testing done and move forward with immunization very quickly. Helpful staff, and follow up televisting is a great option for patients.

I really like Dr. Gaglani. I was suffering with severe allergies for 5 years, until I find her. She is very professional. Im in a treatment around 2 years ago, since then I dont suffer an episode anymore. Her stuff is very friendly. I recommend her to everyone that ask me about a Dr for allergies.

I needed a female allergist, so I searched on the Internet for one. I found Dr. Gaglanis name and saw that she had very high reviews, so I decided to have a consultation. Dr. Gaglani was extremely detailed in taking notes on my issues, as well as explaining what she thought the problem was and how she felt we should treat it. My condition was unusual, but she had treated a prior patient with the same symptoms, so I believe she felt confidant. A week later, I was able to tell her that I had experienced absolutely no symptoms (after at least 10 months of problems) since the day I began her prescribed process--it almost felt like a miracle! We will continue some more testing to make sure the process continues to work, but I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Dr. Gaglani!

I have been going to Dr. Gaglani for over 10 years now and despite moving twice, I have continued to go to her. I love her and their office! She is very compassionate, personable and knowledgeable. Whenever I go to her office, she takes the time to sit with you, explain her recommendations and chat about you about your life, she always starts out with ....so how was your last race or trip?Her goal is not just to manage your asthma and allergies but to eventually wean you off a lot of medication. One more thing is their office and staff- they are competent, courteous and efficient. Their offic will always work you into their schedule and are very flexible.

Dr. Gaglani is amazing! She’s is by far the most thorough and thoughtful doctor I have ever seen. She has an amazing memory and attention to detail. Three members of my family see her and I trust her fully with all of us. My daughter recently had an accidental allergen exposure and I called the office in a panic. The receptionist immediately paged Dr. G, who was off that afternoon, and I received a call back less than 3 minutes later. Dr. G walked me through everything and called me back just to make sure I understood everything. She’s absolutely amazing.The office staff are all on top of everything. I never have to call to check on prescription refills or any paperwork. They always complete requests when promised (usually much earlier) correctly the first time. Finding an office like this is so rare these days. High five to everyone at Allergies and Asthma Clinic!

I have been a patient for many years and have always received very attentive care. They are extra careful to watch for reactions to the injections. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. It is a joy to see them week after week even if it is to get a shot. They have helped me cope with living in the Allergy Capital of the World.

I found Dr. Gaglini via my insurance when my allergies became so bad that they were knocking me out for days at a time every time I did yard work. She has been so helpful getting me through this and finding me a program that worked for me. All the staff at Allergies & Asthma Clinic have been so kind, wonderful, and have taken such good care of me that Im willing to travel all the way from North Austin just to see them over anyone else.

Writing this review at the high point of the second worst Cedar Fever season ever. My neighbors are all beyond sick and stuck inside. After a full period of immunization shots (one year!) I am taking nothing more than a daily Claritin and I am golden. Two years ago, I was sick as a dog with Cedar Fever.Words cannot describe how fantastic it feels to be cured (still taking maintenance shots, but not having allergy symptoms is great!!!). It was a marathon process, but, Man!, was it worth it!The staff couldnt be nicer and Dr. Gaglani is always caring, understanding and thorough. Everybody are courteous and visits are always quick in and out.Only improvement would be longer hours, maybe Saturday hours for shots to allow for avoiding rush hour traffic.

Friendly, comfortable, and fast. The staff is always kind and listens. Dr. Gaglani really wants you to feel better and works hard to get you there! Highly recommended if you want to get rid of your allergies!

Starting allergy shots is time consuming but this clinic gets you in and out quick. The doctor is a good listener and very capable. The staff is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

Beyond the normal compliments of friendly staff, good organization and effective testing/treatment, Dr. Gaglani is an excellent listener and is willing to recommend additional and alternate treatments in addition to weekly shots. She truly cares about giving her patients comprehensive, current care.

My allergies caused me to get sick frequently, which means I had to miss out on work and other important things in my life. I have been seeing Dr. G for almost 20 years & have always been so impressed with her and her team. My allergies have been reduced by about 70% since I first went to see her & thanks to monthly allergy shots and her expertise I rarely get sick. But, when I do get sick I like her approach; doesnt immediately put you on meds but makes other suggestions as well. Great physician for adults & children.

Dr. Gaglani was professional at best during my visit. I had a simple request that she would not help me with unless I agreed to unneeded testing. After I turned down the expensive testing she then refused to fill my basic scripts without additional clinic visits. I would recommend finding a doctor that has motive other than squeezing your wallet, Dr. Gaglani will not receive any more of my business nor my referral.

When I first started to find a allergist the results were the same with all of the offices I had called to book a appointment, their first response was who is your insurance co. and group # and then put on hold followed by a up to five day wait to see a doctor. My last call was DR. Gaglani office, their first response was she can work you in today..she put together a plan for me which I followed to the letter, the results on a scale of 1 to 10, I was a 1 now I am a 9.5. , her offices are professional yet with a more of a family environment feel, and she truly cares about her patients well being ,and her staff are extremely professional .I highly recommend Dr.Gaglani

Excellent allergy practice. I got my child to be tested for allergies to apple since he reacted very strongly at home. It puzzled me to see that he tested negative to apple. But a detailed history taken by Dr Gaglani revealed the real cause. She found that apples were stored along with nectarine and the juice of nectarine that stained the apple he ate could be the real cause. And it was. He tested positive to nectarine. And all along, the staff was extremely helpful in all aspects. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The staff at Allergies & Asthma Clinic in Austin are both helpful and caring. Dr. Binaca Gaglani is a doctor who listens carefully to patient concerns, and strives to give you the best care for your needs. I frequently receive samples for suggested prescriptions, and if something is not covered by my insurance, Dr. Gaglani provides me with other lower cost or over-the-counter prescriptions. The billing staff has always been helpful in printing invoices if I request them, and is willing to touch base with insurance in advance if something that may not be covered.You may not see the same nurse every time for allergy injections, and thats really my only complaint. Thats a personal preference, though, as I like an office that knows me and knows where I like my shots to be given. But the nurses are more than willing to adjust as you see fit, and to top it off with anti-itch cream and bandages (if you dont want medicine on your sleeves) as well as providing an ice pack if the injection site becomes itchy. If you get your shots during daytime hours, you rarely wait more than 10-15 minutes beforehand.

Dr. Gaglani is simply awesome. Truly the help we needed for my sons eczema. Dr. Gaglani was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is seeing her for her allergies and was extremely happy with her. My son was suffering from severe case of eczema and prior to seeing her, he was on strong steroid cream. But it was not getting any better. I also stopped serving him some of his favorite foods thinking that it could be a potential cause. Dr. Gaglani immediately put him on a skin treatment regimen and within a week, he was 100% better!! I am still excited as I write this. Not only that, she also ordered food allergy testing to rule out any food allergy induced eczema and proved that he could have all his favorite foods that I had categorically eliminated. I could not have had better experience. I recommend her with the highest confidence.

Over a period of almost 2 decades Dr. Bianca Gaglani has given me over the top, outstanding care and treatment for asthma, allergies and occasionally, suggestions for my COPD.She is an inveterate reader and researcher, always striving to stay ahead of the curve on behalf of her patients. As an example, last year, Dr. Gaglani began telling me of a study being conducted on the treatment of excessive eosiniphils in some asthma sufferers blood with a product called, Nucala. This is my 2nd year of disappointment with this practice. Last year they waited until almost the end of the year, to even tell me that I wasnt covered with my insurance plan without a referral, despite the fact that I gave them my change of information up front. They should have run it and let me know ahead of time, rather than send me a huge bill towards the end of the year.Well, this year I made SURE that I was covered up front, but AGAIN they waited until SEPTEMBER to even send me my first bill for the year. They confirmed my correct email address, and although my address had changed I changed it with the post office and my mail was being forwarded, so there was no reason I shouldnt have been getting bills sent to me monthly to make payment of my office visits more reasonable. Then when I went in to get an allergy shot, they tried to deny me service and said I needed to make a payment. I told them I would put $40 towards my bill, the receptionist then told me I had to pay half of my bill before they give me my allergy shot. Mind you, this is after Id been waiting for 20+ minutes to get my allergy shot, I told them I was unable to afford half of the bill at once and after consulting with the billing dept aka the Dr sitting in the back they let me get my shot.I called today to get my nasal spray RX refilled because my pharmacy said they were not getting a response from the Dr office and I called them to see what was going on. They said I hadnt seen the dr since 2017 and I needed to have a follow up appointment before they would let me have my rx. First of all, whos fault is that and secondly, its an over the counter medication that I just need an rx for to be covered by my insurance. They also informed me they wont be administering anymore allergy shots until I see the dr either. These people really do only care about your money and will extort you in different ways to get it, even though they completely slack on their end getting things done. I will most certainly NOT be using them anymore and I strongly advise that you look for another allergy dr that cares a bit more about their patients and less about the $$$.

Performance and results! I am in the healthcare industry myself and understand medicine from both sides (patient and provider). I was very apprehensive to start shots since I am very sensitive to various allergens including cedar. I was fearing reaction even for skin testing due to my sensitivity. My skin test came out very positive for quite a few things. Her advice was logical and firm. I was recommended allergy shots and I agreed. It has been more than two years now with Dr Gaglani and I love it. There is a distinct ‘before and after’ case with me. I believe it is her experience and my discipline that I am seeing my condition improve multifold. I have nothing but great experience with the staff also. Have already recommended her to many of my coworkers. I was miserable before and now I could not be happier.. Thanks Dr G!

Horrible Experience with DR. BINACA GAGLANI. We will be looking for a new allergy doctor for our daughter.

I am only ecstatic that my child is out of the grips of allergies, after being treated by the awsome folks at this clinic. My daughter had a lot of sniffling and allergy symptoms since she was 8 or 9yrs. Then, when she was 11 yrs old, she started having bouts of swallowing problems with different foods –bread butter, gel cap etc, bad enough that we would do heimlich on her. She would also have attacks of itching and rashes often. One time, her rash was so bad we had to take her to the ER. The ER doctor referred us to Dr Gaglani. The doctor got my daughter tested and found that she had a lot of environmental allergies. She started her on allergy shots and some medicines. Over months most of her symptoms improved dramatically. Her allergies, itching, swallowing problems have responded very well to her treatments. I am very happy with the staff at this clinic and it is always a positive experience everytime I visit them.
