I love them! I previously used another company and I am so glad I found them instead! Very accommodating and affordable. My son loves moonwalks for his birthday parties, so they will be my new go-to for renting his moonwalks. I waited very last minute this year to book the moonwalk (I usually do it weeks in advance), and they had availability. Thank you guys for help making my son’s party a success!

We rented a water slide for my sons party. They delivered it a day early, which was a huge bonus for the birthday boy! The slide was in great shape. Set up and take down was quick and easy. Will definitely use this company again.

We had the most amazing experience with Austin Metro Moonwalks! Superior customer service! I was contacted 3 days before my party and we arranged a drop off time. It was brought a day early at no extra charge to me. The slide I originally reserved was damaged so they offered me a comparable slide at a discounted rate. They arrived early and were very fast setting up. The slide was clean and in great shape! We will be using this company every time we have a party :) very highly recommended

The Water Slide I rented was exactly the way it looked on the photos. My son and all of his friends loved it! they had a great time on it and never got tired of getting up and down of it. I personally loved their customer service!!! I really liked not having to worry about picking it up, setting it or anything like that. They took care of all of that,and that saved me a lot of time. I would definitely rent from them again.

I have used several companies, but Austin Metro Moonwalks by far is superior to all.1. Their online booking makes everything completely simple.2. The bounce houses and water slides that you see on their website are exactly what you get. They arent fake or generic images like every other moonwalk company. You see what you get.3. The were always on top of keeping me in the loop with when Id expect the delivery, when they were close to dropping off, going over safety rules, and giving us a heads up on their way back to pickup.4. Everyone I spoke with, drivers and the owner himself were very professional and polite.5. The inflatable bounce house rental we received was very clean and looked brand new.Everything went great and made for a wonderful party for my grandson. I recommend them to anyone.

These guys made everything so simple! I really appreciate how they gave us a 1 hr window for delivery and showed up on time. The delivery guy was really good at his job, he was in and out in less than 20 minutes and made sure he went over all the safety rules with us. Our guests all enjoyed the snow cone machine and the bounce house rental for the kids. Next time we will be sure to try a water slide! I definitely recommend this company to any friends who ask us who to use for their party.

I like the companys speed of service and ease of ordering the jumper. I ordered on a Thursday for a party on Sunday. The item was available and ordering it online was very easy.We needed it for a party at 2pm and it was delivered at 10am for no extra charge which gave my children time to jump before the party.I was notified before pickup to ensure that we were ready for pickup.I will definitely be ordering from here again.

This is the second time weve rented from Austin Metro Moonwalks. Great experience both times. Their prices were reasonable in comparison to other moonwalk rental places. The drop off and set up was early, easy and quick. The equipment was great. My kids had a blast- totally worth the money to wear them out playing. The pick up was easy and no hassle. Im sure we will rent from them again.

Booking online was easy. I was having phone issues the evening before when they tried to confirm delivery for the party. I emailed late and someone was there to respond and make sure we were set to go. Set up was fast and easy. The kids had a GREAT time! :)

The bounce house princess castle was even better than we had hoped! The delivery was right on schedule and very quick and efficient. Pickup was prompt and easy as well. We will definitely be renting again!

Austin Metro Moonwalks did a wonderful job. They were early and the bounce house rental looked as though it had never been used before. The price was also extremely competitive compared to the other party rental company I used before. I fully intend on using them again every year, the bounce house was a huge hit and they could not have had better customer service.

I rented from Austin Metro Moonwalks for my nephews birthday and we all had a blast. We rented the Spiderman themed bounce house along with tables and chairs. Its too bad his birthday is so early in the year because their water slides look awesome. Everything was delivered and setup on time and looked and smelled brand new. I was happy with how clean everything was and how professional the delivery guys were. I wish they had a few other themes to choose from but other than that I have no complaints. I love Austin Metro moonwalks!! Ive been using them for years and I always have a great experience!! The guys at Austin Metro Moonwalks are always very professional and on time!! I would recommend these guys over anyone else in the Austin/Round Rock areas!! They are always so pleasant to deal with!!

These guys came out to our school today and had several issues. First they show up without the blowers. So they had to go back and get them and set up late. Then they didnt put tarps down for the slip n slides. What a muddy mess. They also only put stakes on the back of the bounce house. It is designed to have stakes around all four corners. It had so much movement on the front it looked dangerous.Would recommend finding a company that is better prepared and takes safety more seriously.

Do your research before you rent from a company that writes their own reviews and has family members do the same. quick search will show you the truth. I should have done my research.

We rented a waterslide from Austin Metro Moonwalks last summer. It was a great experience as they were very professional and easy to work with. They showed up early with our slide, and were flexible with pickup and drop off times. Their prices are super competitive and I highly recommend them. The waterslide was a huge hit for our party, and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

First off, this was by far the easiest company to book with. I reached out via FB, on a Monday night (8:32 to be exact), with my event only two wks away. I figured Id hear back on Tuesday, but that wasnt the case at all! I got a response within minutes! So my moonwalk was booked that night. The day before my event they reached out to confirm my appointment and let me know who would be dropping the moonwalk off. Needless to say my event went well and the kids loved the moonwalk. The set up and pick up went just as well. I will definitely be using them for all future events. All around great service, and even better prices!
