I’ve been using ideal feeds products for a few months now and I can say it’s amazing. From being able to walk more comfortable to me doing squats at the gym everything just seems to make me more effective and efficient when I use these ideal feet insoles. One star and if i could leave a negative I would. I had an appointment at the Lakeline Mall Dr location in Austin and the salesman was very pushy and rude as soon as I said no sale. My eyes just about popped out of my head when he said that the exercise insert set cost a ridiculous amount of money. For the three sets of inserts, plus the cushion inserts that go on TOP of the inserts, it was $2,000. When he was stating the breakdown of the prices, he said, 599, 399, etc. First thought that popped in my mind was $5.99, then $3.99 but wait, then I was like -- FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS?!? and he said yes. When I said, no thats too much. He kept on giving me reasons why theyre worth it by stating, well, look at it this way, you spend a lot of money on tires, and other stuff then when I said I would tell my husband these prices but I didnt think he would go for it either, the salesman said if your husband cared about your pain, he would have been here, OMG! I felt like I had to explain why my husband wasnt there. He just kept going on and on and pressuring me. If I were anyone else that cant handle confrontation or gives in to salesmen, I would have gotten a loan to pay these suckers but I am not. I would NOT recommend The Good Feet Store if they keep this guy on their payroll.

BEWARE. This cost way too much and they are only interested in making the sale. After a couple weeks the arch supports seem to be helping alleviate my foot pain. However beware the salesman. He hugely oversold me on lots of extra inserts that I dont seem to need. And it cost me a lot more than I expected, as it turns out you cant bring anything back even if you havent used it. All sales final, no returns, only exchanges.

I was limping into the store with a bone spur on my heel, I was helped by a young man who was very knowledgeable about how I walked and fit me with the proper shoes and inserts. Just trying the shoes on with the inserts, my right heel pain was 100% better. I could actually walk normal! This was the best thing I’ve ever done with my feet. Thank You Good Feet Store! 😊

I love The Good Feet Store and their products. I walk a lot and have not felt this good or been able to walk as far prior to using the products. I am a believer and cannot imagine being without these inserts.I also want to say the staff are very knowledgeable and courteous.I could not be happier with my investment in this system.

I went to Good Feet Store because of Plantar Fasciitis. Ive had the 3 step orthotics for about 2 weeks and have had very good results. Would definitely recommend the knowledgeable guidance of Jacob Snow at the Lakeline store.

Excellent customer service. I have being using their inserts for 10 years. Before my knees and feet hurt all the time after I use their arc support my feet feel great. This is the best investment that I ever made.

I bought shoes and supports in March. Lately I decided they are too short for me, as my toes hit the end when walking a longer distance. I called the store to inquire about getting the shoes stretched and Jason told me I could exchange them for a bigger size. After almost 3 months of wear! Great customer service. The talk was very persuasive, then stupid me asked how much. Well over $1400.00 for all. I decided I needed something so bought the arch supports (1 set) and 3 sets of neoprene with a big toe sticky piece...all for $725.00.My feet still ache. I will be spending less with a medical doctor. Dont waste your time or money. I screwed up but you dont have to.

Good feet is what everybody that stays on their feet all day need. I am a mailman and my feet where in pain for walking all day after good feet all the pain went away. Thank you good feet

I decided to buy othotics from the Good Feet store about 10 years ago and I have no complaints. I came in recently to the good feet store again and I got my used orthotics replaced. Bunion pain is gone and I am back on my feet again.

Though the Good Foot Store sounds good, it isnt. Its just a way for the Good Foot Store to lie to their customers and take their money. They have you go into big debt and believe this product will help you and your planters foot will get better. Its a lie. This product has led me to have surgery and even in more pain than before. Try everything else before going here. Second trip trying to find correct fit. Charged over $700 the first visit. Did not fit properly. Went back to exchange and charged additionally for exchange guarantee. Still cant wear them or the houseshoes purchased. Wanted to exchange for different size or return but receipt says All Sales Final. This place is a scam. Wasted almost a $1000 and no relief.

I was expecting to leave with new shoes that helped my feet but they don’t specialize in shoes; they specialize in selling insoles they made. The insoles felt great and helped my foot pain when I tested them out but they gave me the price at the end and it was $2,000! Waaayyyy our of budget and they kept trying to get me to finance even thought I said no. I learned a lot of what type of shoe and insoles I need and what was causing my pain, and I’m sure their insoles are great but the website doesn’t mention anything about prices or products and I had sticker shock! Their cheapest insole was $275.

Appreciate her checking how much lifewas left in my maintainer orthotic. I toldher my heels were a bit sore and thenshe put some cushions in the heel of myboots. This was all right before myhiking vacation in the Blue Ridge Mountains ofNorth Carolina. My feet felt great throughthe whole vacation. I think the sales ladythat helped me was Bonnie.

After years of issues with foot/leg pain and lots of trying different things, we went into Good Feet hoping it wasnt just another gimmick. We had heard positive things about them and how they could help correct problems. Its been over a month now and I would say it works with about 80% success!!! I highly recommend Good Feet for anyone with issues and are on their feet a lot to go in and talk with them.

I ❤️ love my new arch supports from The Good Feet store!!!!! My knees were giving me a lot of problems lately along with aching feet.... Went into the store with my 5 year old daughter. First of all, the patience of the gentleman that helped me was phenomenal. My daughter is a VERY impatient child and he was totally on board with making sure she was comfortable. Secondly, I bought the temp inserts because Im just starting my job. I didnt have the funds to buy the three step program. Since buying the temps I have now bought new shoes and the difference is entirely noticable. My feet dont hurt as bad as before and I dont hurt as bad. Great buy.

Mr. Dan at The Good Feet store was so helpful in explaining and showing me how the inserts would help my posture, my walking steady and faster, the easy of using the different inserts and how to use each one daily. My feet were hurting while trying the inserts out and after a couple of walking from my chair to the door to see how they felt was Amazing! They really do as they say make your feet feel better. It has been one week and I am adjusting well with wearing my inserts. Good by sore, tired feet and hello to no more pain! I love these inserts.

My work requires me to be on my feet 80% of the day. And that is on concrete and steel floor plates. I really never had trouble with my feet before but in my late 50s, I started experiencing severe pain in the souls of my feet. By 11 AM I ready to sit the rest of the day. I was at the point of looking for another job. Last year I tried the Good Feet Store for my birthday and what an excellent gift! I work 10 - 12 hrs a day, mostly on my feet and I can thankfully say PAIN FREE! Thank you Good Feet Store for keeping me going through the day, with many hrs left over!!

The lady tried her best to address my needs however I have thus far experienced a lot of discomfort /pain from the arch supports. I’m continuing to use them in hopes that eventually they’ll start feeling better. I think I’m making progress but the jury is still out.I’ve since returned to The Good Feet Store and have been fitted with a different set of inserts and it has made a world of difference- I can’t imagine being without my inserts now. I’m able to wear them all day without my feet hurting which before going to the store my feet would be killing me before the end of the day.

Hello, my name is Debra, Im 72 and still work a 40 hour week most of which Im standing on a concrete floor. I have to have comfortable, happy feet. This hasnt been the case since I have very sensitive feet with arthritis in my neck and back.In 2015 I went online to search for help. I found The Good Feet store in Austin. I went out there and my 1st service rep. was Mike Newman, he was very helpful and I bought my first support system. It was just the start. After awhile the supports normally flatten and you have to replace them. No problem the store has your back. Then something else, my feet become even more sensitive and Im in pain again.I go back to the store a number of times, over a period of two years and multiple sales reps. we tried every possible type of combination. Nothing was working for me and I was very frustrated and in pain.Then Justin Snow introduced himself to me and said he wanted to help me, that he would be my single source at the store and he would work with me until we found a solution. OK, hopefully this time with Justins help, Ill have an answer. Within a few weeks, true to his word, he found a combination of supports that no one had ever thought of, he invented a system specifically for me and today finally and with great relief the SOLUTION.Almost as soon as I put the new combination on and walked across the store, NO MORE PAIN!I almost tackled Justin when I hugged him. First, I love the product, as I have since I first bought the three piece set in 2014.This time, however, I had a dishonest salesman. I paid for the $99 lifetime replacement plan, and was treated like a $99 customer. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, eager to have me out if his way, interrupting me before I could tell him why I was in the style of support I was in. That is already tried the others and the Max support is the one that works!He took my used Max supports, and gave me what he thought I needed.A day later I returned (another 55 mile trip each way), and obviously annoyed, he gave me a “new” set of Max supports.When I got home, I noticed they didn’t look new at all. In fact, they looked exactly like the ones I turned in two days before. Worst of all, of course, my feet hurt like heck.I went back the next day, and got a different salesperson to open up a brand new package of Max supports, same as the ones I had been given. There was no resemblance between the two! If those weren’t the exact pair I’d given him two days before, then they were nearly the same. Either way, they weren’t new, which means he lied.The second salesperson didn’t hesitate. She said, “Sure, take these new ones. No problem.”My feet feel fine now after three 2-hour round trips and a $99 fee. My fear, of course, is that this is the way I can expect to be treated if I’m not on guard. I just can’t believe 1) they would issue used orthotics, and 2) they’d take the time to lie about it. I have to believe this is a rogue salesman, and not the way the company does things.

The service was good but i do not appreciate the fact that the store changed its policy about giving the insoles free for life. I wasnt planning on having to pay money for them and it was very disappointing. I almost feel like i was lied to.

I was surprised that what I saw on the infomercial was true about the orthotics. But once I was standing on them and my posture was improved, I was more stable. I wasnt able to buy the whole kit but will be going back to get all the pieces.I find them comfortable and my knee pain has been alleviated.

Ive been a customer for over 3 years. For the most part, everytime that Ive returned to the store Ive been helped by knowledgeable salespersons. Last weeks visit was especially nice. I had serious concerns with my inserts and the gentlemen took the extra time to answer my concerns. Now Im walking once again without pain.

Went in expecting to buy 1 pair of supports like the ones I had lost several years ago. After spending 30-40 minutes with the super nice and knowledgeable young man I not only replaced my supports I also purchased a pair of tennis and the inserts. Now I am walking on air. I had completely forgotten how it felt to walk and not have your feet hurt.

I could no longer take walks due to foot pain and knee pain, and was becoming more and more discouraged. My husband and I would start out in the neighborhood and I would make it a few houses away and have to stop and turn back. I own MANY types of insoles, each of them came with the promise of pain free feet. I had seen commercials for Good Feet and wanted to see what they could offer, but was skeptical.When I was measured and fitted with insoles and took a walk in the store, I was astounded at the difference they made. To me it was miraculous! I felt taller, more grounded, and my knees felt healthy. There was no pain in my feet, knees, or lower back. I spent the very next day walking with my grandson in the park pain free. I feel more alive than I have in years!

This was a very fast experience, no fancy tools or science and a repetitive sales pitch. I have been wearing the inserts for a week and they are helping with pain but not sure I can say they are any better than other insoles I’ve ordered on amazon. More time will tell.

I would give Good Feet a 5 star rating BUT the upsell was what brings it down. What I needed was new a set of insoles and some new walking shoes. Which I got and ARE EXCELLENT. The insoles and shoes have completely helped my inward foot which was causing pain, and would eventually cause bone problems if left unattended. My arch is noticeably better. Also, they were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. So, 5 star excellence on that front.The minus 1 star is because I asked what I didn’t need from the collection of 3 different insoles plus, the Hug insole. I was told I needed it all. It amounted to about $1700. I could have started with just the one insole and new shoes to see what I would need and use. I’ve had them for several months now. I almost only use the full insole. I prefer to use that one. It gives great support. I would rather have 2 full insoles for an extra pair of walking shoes. I don’t use the relaxer, maybe some day. The Hug, I use rarely in an office shoe only because I have it. All sales are final. I know this is a science, which I like but I have found that I got what I needed with 1-2 insoles with their fantastic shoes. I would rather come in again for other insoles instead of buying them all upfront, not knowing if I was going to use them.Having said this, I would highly recommend Good Feet.

My experience was amazing. I have been having back pain for the last year and every day it was getting worse, I mean just washing dishes, walking and exercising was painful but the day I walked into the good feet store my life changed. I think it would have been a lot less expensive to go to a podiatrist baguette my arch supports. Insurance would have paid something on them and I ended up spending $1,400 at the Good Feet store. I really dont think that my out-of-pocket expense through the insurance utilizing an MD would have cost that much out of pocket I kind of feel ripped off

I had plantar fasciitis. It started slow (sharp pain in feet when getting out of bed) and gradually got to the point of constant pain over about a year. I heard the ad on the radio, I went in and got assessed and left with my setup. It took a few weeks, but the problem has been fixed. Truly no pain. Responsive and informative staff. Im quite impressed and thankful to be pain free.

Extremely over priced, Terrible customer service, attempted to return something that I didn’t feel good about buying, never used or touched....told no! Last purchase I will ever make here, and Never will I recommend to another person again!

Doug was great! He brought out every type of insert and a pair of tennis shoes for me to try. He helped me choose the perfect insert and before trying on the tennis shoe I asked if he could show me some others that were more my style. As a good salesman should do…Doug picked up on my personality from our conversation about music and he said, I think I know which one youll like”. In the short time I was there he picked the exact tennis shoe for me that I would have picked! It was like walking on air so I bought a pair. Most comfortable shoes I have ever had on my feet! For fourteen years I did hard labor at a local food bank. Although it was a labor of love, it took a huge toll on my body. My knees were so trashed from pulling orders I had to crawl upstairs to get to my bedroom at night. The plantar fasciitis prompted me to visit the podiatrist, who measured my barking dogs and had some inserts fashioned. They offered some relief, but blew out in no time at all.I heard the ad on the radio about The Good Feet Store and thought, What can I lose? Twenty-four miles later I arrived and was given courteous and patient service from Mike. He explained that, rather than just an insert to offer comfort, The Good Feet Stores theory was that the feet have muscle memory; that is to say, they can regain their long-lost structure.The sensation of being able to stand correctly and walk was astounding!Yesterday, I returned after three months to check my progress and have the expert discern if my inserts were still viable. They were, and after more foot imprints it was evident my soles had radically reshaped themselves.My suggestion to all who have given up hope, is to visit the store, go with the program and be patient; its going to take some time.Worth every penny!

The Good Feet store has provided life changing results for me! I am only in my mid 40s and was experiencing far too many leg pains than I should for my age. I couldnt climb steps without pain, my lower back was always an issue, and if I wanted to wear shoes that werent specific to my foot pronation, then I would suffer dearly the next day.Almost immediately, after adding the inserts from The Good Feet, these problems went away. I have also added lots of new shoes to my wardrobe and none of them cause issues!I am so thankful that I got turned on to The Good Feet Store and would highly recommend them to anyone who plans to walk the rest of their life!

Let me start off by saying that its well worth the money, you wont be disappointed.The cost is a little high but the outcome you get from wearing these inserts or whatever you want to refer to them as is relief.Your feet can be killing you and you walk in this place , let them do their diagnoses and you will walk out feeling better.I was a skeptic as first but I can attest to the miracle that occurred . I can walk again.Now you say that is a lot of money 1100.00 to 1400.00 , but its the best money you ever spent. You only pay once and they will adjust or replace the plastic insert for you whenever you need it. That is the guarantee .I bought mine about three years ago and lately they felt not right. I went over to the store and she replaced them for 24.95 . Not bad for three years of pain free walking.Give it a try , you will forget about the money you spent.Keep up the great work.

I felt the high pressure sales pitch. The salesman was wearing wrinkled and stained shirt. He seamed to be good at making the customer feel bad if you try not to purchase something. I purchase the second level inserts and wished that I had never gone there or purchased anything. The salesman uses a ink pad style foot impression. My son went to a competitor and receive a 3D scan and a scientific analysis. I got my feet scanned. My right foot has no problem, but the Good Feet store guy insisted that my feet were in terrible shape.

WHAT A SCAM! I was sold 3 boxes of plastic that are worthless! These people take advantage of people who are in pain. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID! Go to a real foot doctor that actually knows something about feet. These people are a SCAM! They are salesman and nothing more. You can get an ACTUAL custom pair of orthopedics for 1/10 of the price. There is nothing custom about the orthodontics that they sell you. They are pre manufactured and sitting in a Box. I got ripped off for $1500 for something I was told would get me out of pain immediately. They prey on people and take advantage of people that are in pain. I should have known that this was a scam when the sign on their front door says no refunds for something that is so expensive. SCAM! This would be 0 stars but you have to put at least one

Not very happy with my last visit. I took a pair of boots in to see if new supports would fit in the boots and I could wear. But I ended up paying a whole bunch of money not to accomplish what I needed. Will not go back.

Awful awful in every possible way.1. Radio ad says inserts starting at 69.99. The reality is that based on their 3 step system the 69.99 inserts are simply useless unless you purchase the whole thing. The ad is just bait.2. The 3 step system cost me 1123.00. Yes you read that right. Over 1,000 bucks.3. High pressure sales. Be careful or hell sell you the shoes on your feet.4. The inserts are made of flimsy rubber and or plastic.5. It takes an 1hour or more to get them to tell you about this and look at your feet. He told me it would take 30 minutes. I was exhausted.5. IT GETS WORSE. THE SALESMAN RICH TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD TAKE INSTALLMENTS AND PAY IT OFF IN 12 PAYMENTS WITHOUT INTEREST. I NOW HAVE A WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD. HE OPENED A CREDIT CARD UNDER MY NAME. I filled out an application in less than 5 minutes and apparently thats what he used. How he got me approved, I dont know. I am on social security. Shame on them and Wells Fargo.

Went in to just grab some replacement cushions but they offered to do a quick check up since it had been a while and ended up replacing my main inserts under warranty because they had flattened out over time. Overall good experience and glad to have full support again.

Ive been hurting for 6 months with my feet , I limped my way into the lake line mall location in Austin Texas . Justin snow said we are going to fix you , with a doubt in my head I allowed him to do his job . At the end when I was told the price I almost fainted. He was able to get me what I needed in a very reasonable price payments. I been using the support for 3 days now and I can not believe how much the pain has just gone away . Now if I had to pay ten times that amount I would do it in a heart beat . Thank you good feet store for getting me back to normal and getting me on the road to recovery to live a life free of feet pain.

Big feet, big problems, Good feet NO problems! Have had my inserts for about 1.5 years. Started feeling discomfort in my right heal while on the field. Went in this morning to the good feet store. Scott checked my feet and my inserts. He made some adjustments and put in the new inserts... I literally was raising my arms singing as the pain subsided immediately. Both my excersizer and maintained replaced and my feet are rejoicing again! Now I can hit the field with confidence and know that my feet are good to go! Thanks Good Feet Store! Felt pressured into buying over priced plastic foot inserts. Over $300 each. A 3 step systemNever go into a store to buy something when you are in pain and desperate for relief. You cant think clearly.

I love my new inserts. No more achy feet when I get home from a long days work. Rich and Mike were both very helpful. Once I needed a tweak in my inserts, it took about 10 minutes and I was out the door. THey explained everything I could ever want to know about the use of the correct inserts.Thanks, Rich and Mike!

These folks were great! Did no dancing around, just went straight to the point of where my problems were. I am a Paramedic and am consrantly on my feet covering different terrains. It MIGHT have taken a day to get used to then inserts, but I no longer take my boots off and wish for some hot water to soak them in after I get home. Nurses....these will be great for you as well. My gjrlfriend is an RN and she is REALLY thinking about getting some soon.

Rich did a great job. My foot feels better than it has in weeks. Im hoping for continued improvement over the coming weeks. My heel pain is much better now. Thank you !

Added a second pair of supports to my existing orthopedic insert. Process was quick. The new support feels great.

After many years of having my feet hurt everyday, I went to The Good Feet Store. So glad I did..only wish I had gone sooner! Heidi was great...she explained how their inserts work and answered all my questions. yes, what I needed cost more than I was expecting, but as much as my feet, knees and back hurt and the amount of money I spent on different shoes and insoles was not helping so I decided to try it. So very glad I did! just a couple of weeks after getting my inserts, I walked in a walk to raise money for state hospital..over a mile! and NO FOOT, KNEE OR BACK PAIN!

But they are real uncomfortable my back hurts more but I know I have to keep them thank you

I had a lot of foot/arch pain and it was to the point that I could barely walk. Scott fitted my feet and the supports. Right way I felt more stable and had less pain. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Dave was great fitting my supports to help with my heal pain. This will help me get back to my boot camp workouts and cycling that I enjoy so much. I can already feel the difference.

Extremely over priced. They sell just cookie cutter insoles that are not custom made for your foot. Asking price $1500 you should receive custom orthotics. I ended up just buying their $100 insoles mostly just to give it a try and now they are in a land fill somewhere, pure trash.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to take the time to answer your questions and make sure your informed and happy.

I could barely walk into the Good Feet Store, I spent 18k in medical last year with chronic pain in feet legs knees hips and back. I came in with a frown and was smiling as soon as Scott put in the first set of supports!!! Omgosh!!! Amazing job! Thank you

Well to begin... i definately was able to tell a difference with the 1st set of orthotics BUT 2ND set are TRASH... have had for 3 months and still CANT wear them with NO PAIN. I realize they arent the $1800 set BUT for $100 i expected more. HELL i want the worn out set BACK. Good luck and dont waste your money

I cant speak to the effectiveness of the products, only that their sales tactics are pressuring, rude, and unethical. My wife went in to check the place out, and ended up getting pressured to make a $1200 purchase. She told them I need to talk with my husband for a purchase like this, as should be standard practice in any marriage. And the response of the salesman was if he supports you and your body he will support this purchase. Cant believe he had the nerve to say that. I realize the manager will respond to this review and say ultimately the decision to purchase is made by the customer, but sales tactics like that are beyond crossing the line. The fact that all sales are final should tell you a lot about their product and intentions. AVOID!!!

I live in MO now but 4-5 yrs ago I visited Good Feet because my best friend, Jeannie suggested I check them out...I have bone spurs & what a wonderful surprise to me at how much better my feet are since I started wearing the arch supports ,etc. Best Friend saved my life!KATHLEEN

I was skeptical that I would feel any relief; however, I felt relief with each step. Dave was very knowledgeable. I am leaving with more relief than anticipated. I would recommend Good Feet to anyone.

Before leaving for the Camino de Santiago in 2017, I was experiencing metatarsal nerve pain. I sought help from a podiatrist to no avail. Upon returning home, after walking over 500 miles, I could barely walk. I went to the GFS on an impulse, having never heard of the company. Before leaving the store, I felt better!. They set me up with the trainers and arch supports. I am a nurse and wear the supports in my shoes everyday. They have given me back my quality of life. I was very concerned with the price, but realized that having a replacement warranty would offset the expense long term. Since then, I have also purchased the dress shoe supports and have recommended the product, with good success, to another hiking buddy with similar issues. I will be leaving soon for another extensive hike. I am anxious to test them in the field.

Before I bought the supports my heel as well as the whole bottom of my feet hurt constantly .Ive had the supports for 5 months and my pain is nearly gone! Scot fitted me for the supports and I recommend them to everyone. I brought my brother in and he also is wearing the supports.

I visited the good feet store on lakeline mall drive. Theres an older gentleman and a younger guy that work there. The older guy my be a racist. He chose to ignore my presence in the store and when to help someone else.

Excellent customer service. Scott took good care of me and my 80-year-old mother. Im hoping this will help my flat feet deal with prolonged standing.

Rich was very helpful in fitting our daughter for inserts. He was patient with us as we asked so many questions and did a good job going over payment options.

David was incredibly helpful - he listened to my problems and offered up great solutions, which I am hopeful will solve all my pain! Im excited to try the custom orthotics that he recommended. Not only was he diligent in explaining all of the support options but he was incredibly patient as we rolled in 10 minutes before the store closed and with a fussy baby too! Cant thank him enough for all his efforts and Im no longer dreading standing for 8+ hours at work!!

SCOTT HELPED ME GET NEW INSOLES. I CAME IN WITH TERRIBLE HIP AND ANKLE PAIN. I HAVE HAD MY CURRENT INSOLES FOR 41/2 YEARS AND WAS SO HAPPY THAT I JUST HAD TO REPLACE AND NOT REPURCHASE. I WILL REMEMBER THAT NEXT TIME I AM FEELING ANY PAIN.LAURA

My new plastic inserts from you store have enabled me to walk for 45 minutes wthout limping last weekend. I have Plantars Fasciitis in both feet...my right heel is the most painful. But now it takes me only 15 minutes of walking with the inserts for the heel pain to go away! I am active again...its a whole new world for me!
